Another cool set of pictures I took last year when I went to Europe.
The original sculptor's name is Guillaume Geefs, and he sculpted it in 1848, along with it's twin sculpture (also of Lucifer). The title of the statue is L'ange Du Mal. He currently resides in one of the basement levels of the Royal Museum of Fine Arts in Belgium. I went there last year.
Freezing temperature... but who can resist Sighisoara, the pearl of Transylvanian cities?
Sighisoara (or Schäßburg in German and Segesvár in Hungarian) is probably one of the most historical places in Romania. It's a city that has been founded many hundreds of years ago near the ruins of an ancient citadel dating since the Roman Empire.
Here in Sighisoara it is suposed that Vlad Tepes (better known but improperly called Dracula) spent his childhood. His father stayed here, 4 years. FULL VIEW MANDATORY!!!
