I finished covering my huge Luna model, she is getting closer and closer to being a garden statue. I started smoothing the model, this will again take me some time before I can repaint it, but everything works great so far. The model is 127 cm tall, that is 50 inches, or 4 feet 2 inches... here is what she looked like as she was just a papercraft:
And she will look like that again, but this time ready for the garden, paper is not that durable in the rain
The other day I was walking pass in art shop that sells overpriced crafting supplies. Anyways, for some reason I noticed they sell a big variety of these small glass bottles! I have always been looking for ones like these for ages ;-; It cost $10 HKD each, kinda overpriced IMO but anyway...
So, I made this between other things that I am doing to take a break. I just chose charmander because it's simple enough XD
I actually did the claws too, but they are too small to be seen ._.
- The glass bottle has a 3cm diameter and is 3cm tall. - The whole sculpt is done entirely with Sculpey III clay, the eyes are clay too and not painted on - Charmander is NOT removable from the "base"
Commission for , Prince Zuko from " Avatar, the Last Airbender". It has been told me to make a figure inspired to Aang and Zuko's Dragon Dance so I tried to make something a bit more dynamic than usual. It took a long time to complete it but I'm really satisfied with this figure! (I also made Zuko with twistable head ) This is *TheBoneYard's drawing that has been my main referece: (cool drawing, among other things)
This is from the old college days. Just scanned in my ceramic slide portfolio. At the time I didnʻt know how to make an instrument but I made one anyway. The neck is walnut. The pegs are from an old violin. The body is was thrown on a wheel and raku fired.
