I wanted to try drawing a hobbit on this way cool leafy paper with a brown pencil, so I chose Pippin--but he didn't turn out looking quite like Pippin, so he's in Scraps.

You can critique if you want but nothing major, please, I'm relatively happy with this as it is...I usually have a hard time capturing my own feel, my own interpretation of a character and I really feel that I accomplished the desired 'mood' with this current pic.
My favorite Laguna is the calm Laguna, the Laguna who's mellowed-out and reasonably mature, yet still just a big kid at heart.
I did use a screenshot as reference (one from the ending FMV) but I changed it to suit my preferences.
His ponytail IS there, it's just hard to see and quite unrefined.
