Under a sky so blueUnder a sky so blue, I shall wait for you,
In that grassy green field where you and I would always meet,
Where we would lie in and talk for hours on end
Of sweet nothings and other silly trends.
Under a sky so blue, I shall wait for you.
As I lay here, in that grassy field, I wonder.
Wonder, wonder, wonder where you are.
O! My heart aches for you and your safe return, this is true,
Under a sky so blue, I shall wait for you.

The thought arose in Raven’s mind spontaneously, as she watched the sun rise over the bay that ordinary and rather early midsummer’s morning with hooded eyes and a frown on her face. A soft, frustrated sigh passed her lips and she assumed her lotus position on the roof of Titans Tower. She had been feeling this way for the longest time: irritable, sluggish and downright fed up with how things were nowadays—it felt as though she was stuck in some sort of perpetual time loop. Since the Brotherhood of Evil had been defeated, Trigon had been slain, and Slade had all of a sudden gone missing; Jump City had become rather peaceful… almost quiet. Too quiet for the empath’s tastes and the funny thing about it was that she’d thought she always was accustomed to it.
Even so, she figured, these halcyon days were needed for the ci

Raven and Robin would fight side-by-side. They would protect each other. They would cry on each other's shoulders when times are ghastly. They would search for one another, never stopping until they succeed even if they die. They will never let anyone hurt them:
Slade will never touch Raven.
Trigon will never pull Robin down.
But what would happen if their trust is broken by someone or one of them or both caused it? What would happen to them? Will it break the team apart into two: half would side with Robin while the other with Raven.
How strong is their trust?
"Hey," Robin said, walking up to Raven.
"Hey yourself," she replied to him when he stood next to her.
"What you doing?" Robin said, swaying back and forth on his toes and heels.
"Stargazing," Raven answered simply.

Beast Boy searches through the Rx cooler in the Titans' infirmary. He slides several bottles of unmarked fluids aside, groaning as he struggles to locate the one he seeks. After a few moments of searching, he finds it. A small container, no bigger than a Tylenol bottle, filled with a neon green liquid. He holds the bottle in his hand and stares at it. After a few moments, he places it in a pouch on his belt.
"So I guess you plan on going all out..." He hears a voice comment. He carelessly looks over his shoulder to see his leader, unusually dressed in a black and grey variation of his costume.
"What, no cape...?" Beast Boy remarks.
"No. It would just slow me down... "
"Slow you down...?"
"The one that hurt Starfire will be there..."
"So what will you do when you find him?" Beast Boy asks.
Robin slings his utility belt over his shoulder and exits without responding. Beast Boy slams the cooler and follows after. Soon, they have met up with the rest of their team in the living r

Wiccan stirred, as if waking from a thousand year sleep. He was terribly stiff and sore, something he'd expected after tonight's futile battle; and at first it had caused him a great deal of pain to just open his eyes. But he was able to force his broken body to act in spite of the discomfort. Cracking open an eyelid, the black of unconsciousness gave way to indistinct shapes and spots of color.
He blinked oncetwiceto clear his head, and gradually, everything began to focus. Overhead, the offices and huge shopping mall of Downtown Jump loomed; illuminated by faint, pallid streams of light cast by the moon.
Slowly he sat upright, ignoring the excruciating pain that reeled throughout his body. It would be quite a long while before his healing magic could kick in, for his body and blood cells were much too debilitated to perform a self-rejuvenation.
He knew that his teammates were all right; he could sense

Garfield woke slowly, rolling over in his sleep. Something seemed...off. Opening his eyes blearily, he noticed what it was: his wife wasn't there with him. Shooting up off the mossy floor, he ran out of the waterfall cave...and saw her leaning over in the bushes, retching.
"Raven! What's wrong? Are you sick?" If Carrion had messed up when he revived her life force...
Raven started to chuckle, then she stood up, tilting her head back and laughing. Garfield could only stare at her. Her hair had grown out over the past year, and she hadn't bothered with cutting it. As she stretched back, laughing, so full of life she seemed to be glowing, he knew he'd never seen her look more beautiful.
As her laughter subsided, she went to the lake and splashed some water on her face before saying, "So that's what he meant..."
Raven looked up at Beast Boy and smiled.

Starfire was up as usual, but today it was earlier than her usual time. Sleep wasn't pleasant as it usually was. Her mind was clouded with what she had seen in her dreams, her memories, and on TV.
The alien princess was alone in her room and the eerie buzzing sound caused her to get out of bed and make her way to the roof. She secretly wished that she had some company in her room, she can't stand to be alone all the time.
As she made her way to the door to the roof of her new home, she paused hesitantly, afraid that it may wake someone up. Gently, she pushed on the door and into a cloudy, lavender atmosphere. The air invited her into a cold embrace. The average human would shiver from the

"Like I would tell you why!" Nikia snapped trying to wiggle free, but ended up quieting after a few minutes.
"Now dear girl, your going to tell me what I want to know . Unless of course you want to be locked in a cage " Slade threatened a few inches from her face, she could feel his breath on her face.
"you can do the worst thing in the world to me and I wouldn't talk! Go to hell and rot!!" Nikia resumed struggling in her bonds, trying to get away from Slade.
Slade backed away from her irritated and reached for a near by device and electrocuted her. Then just watched her scream in amusement until she passed out. not long after she passed out he left the room and locked the door.
"The child is as stubborn as her parents, but I wi

Months began to fly by. Before they knew it, it was the first day of Spring....
"Rachel?" She heard her Aunt knock on the door. She grunted and swung her legs over the side of the bed. She slid of her slippers and answered the door.
"Your Uncle and I need to talk to you."
Garfield, Karen, Kori, and Dick sat on a picnic blanket that was shaded by a tree in the park. Victor was at the grill cooking hotdogs, hamburgers, and Gar's Tofu dogs.
"Hey, how much longer on the food?"
"A couple more minutes."
"Has anyone heard from Rachel. I haven't spoken to her since Spring Break started."
"That's his department." Dick gestured to Garfield.
"She texted me awhile ago. She said would try to make it."
"I think that's her there." Victor said as he placed the food on the blanket in front of them.
"Hi, Rachel." Rachel waved back and sat against the tree that shaded them. She pulled her knees up to her chest.
Victor nudged Garfield, "You shou
