The pain is excruciating. The sun beams into my eyes as I lay on my back in the muddy field. A light rain shower has started, and the humid air slowly drains out any hydration I may have had in my body. I can taste the dry hot air on my even dryer tongue. The august sky is beautiful though; I see that, even through this pain.
I hear the muffled sounds of people, or at least I think that they are people, laughing, screaming, and yelling! The soccer field that I was on just a few minutes ago has in an instant turned into a whirly unidentifiable mess. The trees that once surrounded me now look like tall, scary creatures. And the sky. This august sky looks like fire. Beautiful fire, but fire nonetheless.
I raise my hand to my face and immediately feel the welt growing on my forehead. I think that I may be bleeding as well.
"You okay boy," I hear someone ask. I force myself to attempt sit up

Note from the translator: This is not a word for word translation. So there will be words missing, or words added when comparing the original. I tried my best not to change the contents. BUT, sometimes I just had to. The thing is that Kyoux plays a lot with form and tense, and that made it that much more difficult to translate. I wanted to leave as much as possible as it was in the original so that the atmosphere and her writing style were reflected. And that might get English people confused sometimes, as it probably would be written differently if the correct English were used. Of course you'll find mistakes in the text, so please, instead of mocking my language skills, just sit back and enjoy a beautiful love story. I decided to try and translate it because I adore their story so much that it would be a pity for other

Glas Clann Tribe, Ancient Oak Forest
Offaly County, Ireland approx. 5000 BC
Nothing could have woken the village faster than the high pitched scream that Saorla, a respected mother of the Glas Clann tribe, let out that morning.
It rang throughout the village, leaving a haunted echo that seemed to rummage through each hut to wake the inhabitants.
"Goodness!" Started Aonghas, who bolted upright from his pillow in alarm "what is it this time?"
Early morning light poured in through the entrance flap of his hut. As he sat, blinking through the hazy darkness, a cool breeze rustled its way in and filled the room, making Aonghas shiver under his blanket. He had never really been much of a morning person, even though morning always seemed to enjoy bursting into his hut each day to greet him.

After the Lockdown
After experiencing a night full of intense encounters, we believe that history repeated itself while we were locked inside. Witnessing a possession was without a doubt disturbing, and the lost soul of a murdered woman who made contact also had an affect on me. With each of us receiving an attack, we all endured our own kind of nightmare very much like the former patients trapped within the Asylum.
Now, I wait once again for my chance to investigate on my own Ghost Adventures.

Set up for Lockdown
With the Exterior Static Night-vision Camera set to go, Aaron joined us in unloading the minivan full of camera gear.
Zak grunted as he lifted a heavy black case,
"Geez, what's in this thing, a body?"
Overhearing his comment, I snickered as I assisted them.
Nick filmed Zak near the entrance,
"Dusk is arriving, so we're getting locked in. Keith, you ready?"
"How about you guys?" Zak asked us.
"Born ready." I replied,
"I'm ready." Aaron proclaimed,
Nick gave a thumbs up,
After several minutes of collecting the gear, we knuckle-pounded Keith and watched as he shut the door. The only light we could see was the light from Nick's shoulder camera.
Hearing it lock on the opposite side resurfaced my excitement from my first lockdown with the guys.
"All right, let's establish a base and call out the X cams."
Once everything was set, Zak checked over his list of Static Night-vision Cameras.
"Before we got locked in, we set an X camera in the Cemetery. Doris and

Skye followed her father through the doors of the surgical wing in silence. Padraic kept his face forward and expressionless. The silence played heavily on Skye's nerves and she wished to break it. At the same time, she was afraid to. What if her father told her that Alex wouldn't make it? Would she be able to keep walking down this corridor if she knew only sadness waited at the other end? So she kept quiet, her fingers fidgeting within the pockets of her jacket.
As they neared the end of the hall, Skye noticed they were heading toward the recovery rooms. A spark of hope lit within her and she turned to her father. His smile beamed down at her.
"Daddy?" she asked, her eyes wide.
"He's going to be fine," he said. "It was tricky for a while there, but he pulled through. He has an amazing will to live."
"Thank-you, daddy!" she cried, throwing her arms around his waist.

Something definitely wasn't right, the entire atmosphere of the room changed. I slightly stepped back, getting an overwhelming feeling of dread.
He struggled to speak as something was fighting to take control over him.
"You need to get out of here."
"I'm not leaving you here."
As I stood watching him, he began hissing, gritting his teeth and clenching his fists.
I stepped forward slightly in concern, reaching for his shoulder.
"Come on, Nick. We need-"
Suddenly, I felt a very forcible shove. Screaming as I was forced back and my back hit the wall. My Digital Recorder fell on the floor beside me.
Meanwhile, Zak and Aaron were downstairs.
"Did you hear that?"
"Dude, that was no ghost."
Staring for only a second, they knew something was wrong. They broke into a fast jog, flashlights in hand heading for the stairwell.
A few feet away with little strength he had left, Nick screamed.

Peering into my LCD screen, everything was in various shades of green on the Night-vision. We walked slowly down the first floor hallway.
Filming behind Zak, he spoke out in a gentle tone.
"Is there anyone here?" he paused, pointed at us.
"I'm Zak, this is Nick, Aaron and Aura. We mean no disrespect for those of you that died here. Can you come and talk to us?" he paused again, listening for any response.
Suddenly just ahead of us, we heard an unexplained squeaking noise which sounded like a patient ward door opening.
"Did you hear that?" I whispered to Zak,
"Yeah, I heard it." he replied quietly.
We stood still for a minute and looked around, I walked forward a few feet and found the first X. I also noticed the door was open further than the rest in the hallway.
"Zak, over here." I quietly called out.
He held out a Digital Recorder inside the room while Aaron and Nick set the Static Night-vision Camera. I filmed Zak as he asked questions.
"Did you make this door move?"

Sasuke seemed even more aggravated now, but at least this time he didn't kick up such a fuss.

We sat around the oval table with television screens at the end, we took turns showing our evidence while Aaron and Nick filmed us.
Zak spoke first, explaining the footage on screen.
"Now while we were doing the walkthrough, Keith Caswell told us about a woman who we later found out was named Diana and she was attacked and killed by a male patient. She doesn't like men so we sent Aaron inside her room and not long after we left, he felt a forcible shove after he asked if she wanted him out."
Bryan nodded, intrigued.

Here is how the interview works: You can all ask questions and chat freely in the chatroom called AtAChat. I will be copy-pasting your questions to Alexiuss and he will answer them in live time in ATAInterview.
We conduct the interview this way to avoid having the artist spammed with too many questions all at once, and to reduce text clutter so that you can all read the artist's responses to the questions.
A special thank you goes out to our lovely mods, ~Melancholy-Minds and ~Twilight-Zero!
Please be aware that we do our best to get as many questions answered as possible, however, if we do not choose your question to send to the artist, please do not be offended. It does not mean it was not a good question. It is just not possible for the artist to answer all questions. Thank you for your understanding.

Aonghas and Fearghus took their places on either side of the Shaman, who stood at the front of the circle. Aonghas took one last look up at the night sky, catching a glimpse of the moon's pale face through the parting clouds. It seemed so round and full, but he knew better. I always used to compare myself to the other artists that I would see, artists much older than me, with the training and the experience I didn't have. It didn't seem to matter to me where they came from, just that they where good and I was not. If I had understood at the time that someday, with perseverance, study and practice that I too might be ask good as them, maybe I might have worked a little harder, studied a little more and not been so down on myself.
Now I look back on a lot of the artists who were my idols, megabytes worth of their art saved to my ancient drive in the basement for reference and inspiration. I realize, they really weren't that good. Some of them were actually quite bad. At any given time, if your art sucks to you or even thousands of other people, it is amazing to someone and you are inspiring someone else by sharing it with them.
If it seems like you are not improving at all

You were in charge of most things chore related around the house. Even at age seventeen, your parents still treated you like a ten year old slave, making you do everything for them, and when you refused or had done your chore wrong, you were beaten.
In fact, you had to wear jackets and pants to cover up bruises and scars your parents had given you. Though the ones on your face were just there for you to lie about, and let people think you were clumsy and fell all the time, causing your eye to be black, or your jaw to be bruised. A few words from the author:
The chapter below has come into being spontaneously, for fun, without the bigger concept of writing any more chapters. It wasn’t supposed to have any form of continuity, and the thread of Marcin & Nivan - the two heroes in this story - was meant as a note of spice in their created lives. Both characters were created for the purpose of a role playing game, both of them had partners in their lives as well as separate histories. And so it was meant to stay... in the beginning that is. But "Karma" wanted it different
After the unexpected warm reception of the first chapter the author decided to continue the story. She wrote the second and the third chapter intertwining the boys paths, added a few others and so the story took shape.
The author intertwines the lives of two men, best friends in the pas

The strange feeling came over the tigress Penumbra once again. Her paws tingled, her charcoal hair rose as if electrified, and her body felt faintly as if it were being constricted by the air around her. She flicked her ears in irritation, but she was too used to the phenomenon to express actual alarm. She didn't even bother to raise her head off of her single broad foreleg. The sensation would pass, as it always did, and she paid little mind to it.
It was the water leaking from the rusted pipe above her head that caught her interest, though. She had been absent-mindedly watching the pure water fall, drop by drop, from the peripherals of her vision. Now the rhythmic, predictable dripping slowed until it stopped. Then, in defiance of every law of fluid dynamics that Penumbra knew, the drops of water began to rise from the floor and slip back into the pipe. Penumbra stiffened and swivelled her head to watch.
