Theres just something about a woman in a white dress.
Let's face it, this is just the tip of the iceberd. The white dress is a symbol, seen over and
over again in art, everywhere.
Is it for purity? Or the whimsical, fairy tale feeling it evokes? Its hard to pinpoint.
As a woman, there is also something about the way you feel wearing that white dress. Its being young in the summer, or simply feeling beautiful.
I have listed more "famous" shots featuring white dresses at the bottom of this article. In the meantime, most of these selections are unknown and do not have hundreds of favorites, so please give them praise.
The selected photos are of many different styles and intent, but the iconic white dress is seen throughout. Watch as it is used in many different ways, from establishing mood to the simplicity of having a white dress in a photo shoot.

While it can really bring out the color of the eyes and make them pop, having your model stare into the sun should never be on the agenda. Not only is it exceedingly uncomfortable for your model, but it casts very harsh shadows.
