There is nothing really behind this.

I drew a bear, and it creeped me out. End of anecdote! :faint: I hate this bear.

In other news, I want to actually draw something that I want to draw (by which I mean, something not for someone else). I miss my disney gals/tokyo gals.

Zac Efron is hot.

The sketch for this picture was created at school. I still love the finished piece and would never give this picture away.

Here's a work I did for school. I used a lot of technicals: 3D (using Blender) for the head; watercolor for the neck; then charcoal pencil; clay; wood, plastic and iron wire for the wings; gouache on wood; raster graphics or bitmap (using Gimp) for the legs; then colored pencil; oil on canvas; drawing pencil; oil pastels; vector graphics (using Inkscape); Indian ink: paint on glass; photograph; 3D animation. It was looong.... but I've finished it!
It's 2,40 meters long, 75 cm high and 70 cm wide (because of the wings).

---

Bast is the Egyptian goddess with the body of a maiden and the head of a cat. She is the Goddess of cats, the rising sun as well as the moon, truth, enlightenment, sexuality and birth, fertility and the harvest, the home, music, dance and the arts, among many other attributes.

She is also sometimes considered to be the Egyptian version of the Greek Artemis and Roman Diana.

Halloween was originally celebrated as the Feast of Bast and Sekhmet. Sekhmet is Bast’s twin sister, who has a lion head. While Bast is associated with life, Sekhmet is associated with death and is the destroyer goddess).

In this stylized, abstracted portrait, I portrayed Bast with a golden corona or solar disc to represent the rising sun and life. The triangles are a symbol of fertility as well as the creative power.

Mixed Media (liquid copper leaf, gold acrylic, oil pastels, colored pencils, and black art marker) on tan Canson pastel paper. Original work measures 19×12.5 inches.

Lahyts is my Rainbow Kacheek on Neopets. She's stream punk themed so she lives in Moltara.
I picked her name out because I love the song 'Lights' by Ellie Goulding and spelled it Lahyts, because 'Lights' was obviously already taken and 'lahyts is the proper way to pronounce 'lights'.
I love Kacheeks, so that's what she started out with. However, I didn't have enough NPs to paint her, therefore, she became my lab rat. I prayed every day that she would turn into a cool colour and stay a Kacheek, and luckily she did! It took a while, but Rainbow was the first colour she turned into and I fell in love. Her becoming Rainbow and her name being 'Lahyts' was a complete accident, but incredibly appropriate due to the light spectrum. X3

Yus.. it's an anthro lion. :iconbathlaplz:

Originally, I planned the little sparkle thing he's holding to be the planet Earth (doesn't really look like it).. and the lion is making the decisions on who will go to heaven or hell. He's both a devil and an angel (horns + wings = yay). But this looks nothing like my original decision. :P

The grey background was done in watercolours which I threw on the paper and the rest was done in black pen and white gel pen.

Size: A4
