Finally done! This time I'm happier with the hair, compared to Supergirl's. The surprise here is that the costume I finally choose has changed from the sketch's, as it's a modern one. I like this more than the old golden suit. I think that what I like less it's the skin. In some areas its a little too blackened, but it's not easy to control for me yet.
It's been difficult but I've learned a little more of it, and I've realized that there are some things to change when preparing layers prior to color with shadows. It's something that I'll try to execute in new works to come.
Hope you like her, as an amazon has a little more muscle than the previous girls.
My wife and I have collaborated on many books (her penciling, me inking and coloring) such as:
Peter S. Beagle's "The Last Unicorn" Anne Rice's "Servant of the Bones" Alex Archer's "Rogue Angel" Jennifer Love Hewitt's "Music Box"
She's also drawn Sonic the Hedgehog, sketch cards for Lord of the Rings, Hellboy, Marvel & DC, and many more. And last year, she created and managed the all-female comics anthology WOMANTHOLOGY, with all proceeds going to charity.

This was originally a marker sketch which I was only planning to quickly splash some color in Photoshop. But the more I stared at it the more I didn't like her face and I kept retouching and retouching and retouching...it wouldn't end! Fortunately, sleep deprivation made me stop.
