How about your LMS books. In the short of it, we ran into a huge hold up with a publisher, but now everything is A-OK and back on track.
LMS: Killbook of a Bounty Hunter will be coming out this spring/summer. No exact date yet, but let's get to the basics:
1. Everyone and anyone who ordered and book last year through our pre-orders: You guys are still guaranteed your copies. If you never got a response to your email, rest assured, all will be looked at and taken care of. And if still nothing comes, then you can personally message me on here once the books are in.
And incase you missed what you now get with that, follow this link here: http://danluvisiart.deviantart.com/journal/Regarding-LMS-Please-read-321728310

hard cold advice from a fandom artistJust wanna share this awesome list that had been written by Euclase (http://euclase.tumblr.com, but the actual post already deleted) These are trully wonderful list of the truth^^, i kuddos u Euclase bb for your analysis n opinion coz some of them are ironically true:hard cold advice from a fandom artist4 years ago in Personal More Like This
So I love fanart. I think it's fun. I think it's a great way for someone to learn skills and build confidence in a relatively safe, amateur setting, but sometimes it's not sunshine and butterflies. Fanartists, because of the very visible yet niche nature of their work, are destined to encounter shitbags on the internet.
Since I've been sharing fan art online since 2002, I thought I'd type up some notes. This is just my experience/angle on things, so ymmv.
1. People will steal your art.
The difference between fanart and regular art is that it's recognizable by subject, and since you don't own the subject, everyone will assume they have the right to it. They'll put i
5 Tips On Fantasy ReligionsI'm not looking for a religious discussion. If someone starts one, I will rip your face off and block your comments.5 Tips On Fantasy Religions3 years ago in Personal More Like This
1. How involved a deity is affects religion. At least in fantasy, anyway. Now of course there are plenty of fantasy religions that don't bother to clear up whether a god actually exists, and the driving elements of the story or more about religion and power rather than spirituality. So considering whether god or gods actually really do exist at all in your story is a perfectly cromulent question. However, if a god does exist, and is constantly involved in the lives and well-being of its worshipers, enemies or non-believers might think twice before some serious smiting ensues. For that matter, followers of an attentive god might watch their mouths. (Look at the Greek Gods and what they did for slights!) A god may be protective, but that doesn't necessarily mean benevolent. In fact, a god or gods may have the att

Cosplay Photoshoot EtiquetteMy good friend hikaraseru has written a very good guide on how a standard cosplay photoshoot should be conducted in a conducive manner. I got her permission to post the entire article up, so hope you guys like what she is presenting to us.Cosplay Photoshoot Etiquette4 years ago in Personal More Like This
Want to plan a cosplay shoot, but somehow things just don't turn out right? Maybe the photos were not how you visualised them, or that the photographer seemed to be extra grumpy, or you just don't know what's going on? Read on for how to get the best out of your cosplay shoot:
The 4 Ps:
Having a plan is essential and should take up the most time overall in your shoot. Speak to the photographers closely, because they will be the ones producing the photos that will be the end result; make sure they are aware of the concept and background of the series you're shooting. Some photographers will want to do their own research prior to the shoot (reading the manga/watching the anime/looking up reference photos) - so make sur

THE NEXT THREE YEARS OF MY LIFE
I had received a job offer at Microsoft. I guess this could have been one of my first 'big time' jobs, so I was a little ecstatic. It felt like a slow build to get to this point, after numerous indie games and under the table freelance jobs, but finally it had come.
I was working with my now best friend and business partner, Stephan, a suave German who I had met only a year or so prior. He had brought me into the fray, working with several other individuals who will, well, simply be known as individuals for privacy sake.
But yes, finally, I could put a professional company I

PE: Walkthroughs, an alternative way to learnPE: Walkthroughs, an alternative way to learn3 years ago in Art Features More Like This
Walkthroughs, alongside tutorials, are always an excellent way to learn. It's really helpful to get educated through a tutorial which tells exactly what to do in a detailed way step by step. However at times what is even more helpful is to actually see the artist in action, there are things you need to see get done by yourself and here is where walkthroughs come into play.
There's always something fascinating about seeing the different stages of the creation process of a piece, and you can always learn from the artists and adapt part of said process to your own.
Besides showing part of this process through images which show the different stages of a piece, and

Fabric, thread, machines, paints, wood, tools, thermoplastics, LEDs, mould castings, brushes, dyes, wigs, make-up, contacts, boots, prosthetics, convention tickets, travel expenses, luggage, skin care, gym... the list goes on and on. Every single cent we earn, we constantly throw it all back into making our beloved costumes and feeling good for a few hours while stressing for months prior-hand. Non-cosplayers may not get it, but we do. For us, it's not a sacrifice. The chance to hone our creative spirit and create something from nothing is a rewarding life experience. Some think that the cost of an outfit is more valuable compared to medication and psychological sessions.
But like it not, we've all gotta come to a conclusion that the hobby must come to an end for us one day, and to have some money saved up for your next step in life is a greater advantage than having nothi

So I'm currently reading a book with a ton of interviews from famous photographer and I wanna do the same for the next blog, so if you want, here's a few questions (but not limited to just these) for you to answer
1) How did you first get started into photography
2) Who and what are your influences
3) Have you ever been published or received a DD? If so, what piece? (include the thumbnail if you want).
4) What kind of education do you have in photography, or are you self-taught
5) Have you ever worked in the field of photography
6) Do you think it's important to have a philosophy
7) What advice would you give to an upcoming photographer
1. For me, photography came with an urge to learn more, to watch different kinds of art more, to experiment, after I foun

EVERYONE! PLEASE READ! VERY IMPORTANT!FOR THE GOOD OF YOUR DA ACCOUNT PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!!!!EVERYONE! PLEASE READ! VERY IMPORTANT!4 years ago in Personal More Like This
OK, so many of you have heard this already, but there's a hacker going around on DA, he's getting into peoples accounts, and even worse, he deactivates them completely. There is a way to avoid this though, if you ever get an email from nobody@Da.com or something like that, asking you to change your passwords, don't do it, it's a trick to get your account hacked, just delete the email as soon as possible.
IF A PERSON CALLED SIMON ASHTON ( SIMON25@HOTMAIL.CO.UK ) CONTACTS YOU THROUGH EMAIL DON'T OPEN THE MESSAGE. DELETE IT BECAUSE HE IS A HACKER!!
TELL EVERYONE ON YOUR LIST BECAUSE IF SOMEBODY ON YOUR LIST ADDS HIM THEN YOU WILL GET HIM ON YOUR LIST. HE WILL FIGURE OUT YOUR ID COMPUTER ADDRESS, SO COPY AND PASTE THIS MESSAGE TO EVERYONE EVEN IF YOU DON'T CARE FOR THEM AND FAST BECAUSE IF HE HACKS THEIR EMAIL HE HACKS YOUR MAIL TOO!!!!!...
