Can you guys imagine .... how scary the world is ?
For a person like me .... it's a lot more scary than it actually is
As a man, who don't want to dominate any other human or animal or alien, the whole world is standing against me
the coin has 2 sides, right ?
when there is light ... there will be darkness, right ?
it hurts me ... when NO ONE talks about this
THEY all see only one side .... and .... place their opinion
what about the other side, guys?
I'm NOT AGAINST women empowerment and women equality
(trust me ... I live in India ... I know how hard life is for a woman)
Across the globe ... women are facing many mental and physical abuse
and I agree that it shouldn't happen and those who are doing such things should be punished
but there is a dark side of this too .....
Today ... it seems like .... My

I Am Me: ReflectionNow that I've achieved a milestone, I reflected on my last 21 years of life.I Am Me: Reflection1 year ago in Personal More Like This
Have I changed?
The answer is simple: Yes and No.
I was looking at my Japanese school year book from 6th grade and 12th grade, which were both "graudations". In both of them, my teachers wrote "you are a strong-willed person who will pull through."
"Hm, that honestly hasn't changed," I thought. My teachers knew me well; screw this "I am lazy/procrastinator" stuff; I never classified myself as one; in fact, I am the total opposite: I am a very persistent, hardworking person. I have always been.
Even in those year books my teachers wrote how they knew I wanted to be a math teacher. I kept going for that dream, no matter how many exams and classes I failed and had to retake; I followed through. So the "core" of me has not changed, and it will always remain the same: the hardworking person that I am.
Also they knew that as strong as I am, I am a very sensitive person. Every little thing I or my friends

Writing a good Artcrossing profileWriting a good Artcrossing profile3 years ago in Deviant Events More Like This
The basics - writing your first profile
What are the requirements for a profile?
It can be a short or as long as you like, as long as you don't give any links to your dA profile, and provide a few different things to inspire a wide range of artists. However, when writing your profile to join our group, there are some things you need to keep in mind.
It's good to share a bit about yourself and what you can do, but it's more important to share the stuff that you like. Remember that your profile isn't to tell others what you can make and do, but to give them ideas on what to make FOR you. A common problem we have with new profiles is that they say a bit about themselves but don't include any information that the artists who get the profile can use!
For example, if you were to receive a profile like this

The Pass-Around StoryThe Pass-Around StoryThe Pass-Around Story3 years ago in Personal More Like This
What Is "The Pass-Around Story"?
It's something NoxSatuKeir made up. Basically, the pass-around story is a story that is written by many different people who each contribute something to the story and then pass the story onto someone else, who contributes to the story and then passes it on, and on, and on.
+ You must copy and paste ALL of the story (and rules and explanation) and then add your contribution.
+ You must include your username/icon above your entry. (So we can keep track of where it's been and who wrote what and all that.)
+ Write who you tagged beneath your entry.
+ You must tag ONE and ONLY ONE person to continue the story. (Let them know when they're tagged.)
+ Tag backs are allowed.
+ Contributions should:
- MAKE SENSE
- FOLLOW THE STORY
- End with a complete sentence.
- Be anywhere from 10 to 350 words long.

How to make a viking dressI used to be a part of one history reenactment group some time ago. Such groups basically reconstruct elements of daily life of people from a selected time period; my group was interested in early Middle Ages, from the 8th to the 11th century, from the Eastern and Northern Europe. Personally, I used to reconstruct a viking woman from today's Sweden areas. Most of you will be shocked, but vikings were not half-naked barbarians with horned helmets. They had no horned helmets. Really. How to make a viking dress3 years ago in Art Features More Like This
Anyway, my favourite part of reenactment has always been all the suit making. Buing materials, planning, cutting, sewing (hand sewing!), embroidering. Then, wearing. Generally, viking clothes are very easy to make, though I admit that the materials aren't the cheapest, if you want to make it as much accurate historically as you can.
Our goal: a simple dress, no emboirdery. This is actually my first viking dress I've ever made.
I've prepared a simple tut

Normal commissions are finally open again! Finally things are alright and I have the time to work properly and with calm on these!
Extraordinary this month I'm with more slots to compensate for the time these commissions were closed. I also decided open for the toned sketch and with patterns for this month :3 so this means all options are available!
Other good news! I'm adding a new type of commission. Pencil portraits, they are shaded and more detailed. And watercolors are back to the options too, renovated and with new samples!
You can ask for more than one/many commission if you want. Progress work lis

Okay - onto the episode! Spoiler Warning for here on out!
Okay, firstly, I really loved the setup of this episode (four for you Greg, four for you). It just seemed really different, like the style was different. I liked how there was a lot of focus on different characters, more so than they've had in different episodes. I mean, we had moments showing Zee's insecurity with her magic, Wally and Kaldur being concerned about the helmet, some little Wally/Artemis development (which I will get into down below), Billy Batson being damn adorable and everything that's happening on the adult dimension!
But even with all that fitted in - it didn't actually seem that rushed (apart fro

It is not difficult and it does not cost a fortune. All you need is a strong will to create, any other problems can be solved
You may find some of the advice written here ridiculous but this is how i began so i'm speaking from experience
- intro over -
If you are a complete beginner i would highly recommend using cheaper metals such as copper, aluminum, anodized aluminum or lacquered copper. You will ruin some to substantial quantity of wire while learning. Don't let that bring you down; it is normal and everyone who makes jewelry has gone through that phase So, unless you are wealthy, get the cheapest wire possible and experiment. Learn how it behaves. If you bend it 3 times will it break? What pressure is the best to hold it tightly without marring it with pliers? I learned on the cheapest wire available so i did not have to think THAT much about the money i was ruining with my failed attempts. You can get these in most craft or
Stop. Comparing yourself to others.....is just plain stupid.Stop. Comparing yourself to others2 years ago in Personal More Like This
Okay, conclusion's out, read on if you want about why I know this for a fact.
I thought I was honestly over this whole "comparing-myself-to-others" thing. But no, I wasn't. I'm still human, so I still have some of this to work on.
I realized this when I was with my bf S. He, is like always say, amazing. He is someone I am very proud to be with, but at the same time, from time to time, it gets me and makes me think "Why is someone so awesome like him with someone so who's 'meh'?" I have questioned this to myself and him, and he got more confused. So I left it at that.
But as we watched Wreck it Ralph today (I've always wanted to see it since it came out, but never got to but finally did), and at the end (spoiler if you haven't watched it) Ralph says "I am bad and that's good, I will never be good and that's not bad, there's no one I would rather be than me". This hit me.
I am me and that's good, I will never be someone e

Several of you asked whether I had a Patreon that you could use to support me, and connect with me there as well. I've spent the last few weeks (well, on and off) putting together a Patreon account - and am now happy to share it here!
Patreon is a site where you can support artists you like creating stuff that you love. It works a little like an ongoing Kickstarter - the pledges start much lower, and the rewards (prints, tutorials, original art, commissions...) are ongoing, too.
It's a dream of mine to be able to work as an artist full-time. Patreon gives me the chance to try if it can work. If you can imagine supporting me - starting as low as 1$ per month - head over and see what's in store for you in return!

How to take crafting commissionsTaking crafting commissionsHow to take crafting commissions1 year ago in Art Features More Like This
Accepting commissions is very different from opening a store in a lot of ways, so I decided to write a separate article for it. However, a lot of what I explained in the article "Introduction to setting up your store" also applies to taking commissions, so make sure to read that article too!
Note: I’m writing this with crafting commissions in mind, since that’s my area of expertise. I imagine that some things could also apply to other kind of commissions, but I make no promises
What is a commission?
A commission is when a client pays you to create a specific craft with their idea or instructions.
How is a commission different from sales in my store?
When you sell something in your store, people are buying your work. When you accept a commission, people are hiring you to do

LINK WARNING TO ALL DEVIANTART USERS LINK
deviantART is known for having issues with copyright and even it's own TOS, and this is not a new thing. Lately it seems to have taken a nastier turn, just as the link above shows. I suggest you all to read it carefully and take a moment to think about it.
This case is only one of many, and if they all are handled as poorly (if you can even call that handling rather than ignoring) all I can see is a rather dark future for devinatART. There are so many art theft cases. Art is being stolen, traced, copied, even SOLD FOR MONEY by people who have absolutely no right to those pictures. And how does deviantART react? If you're lucky or persistent enough the staff might take action and remove the stolen piece. But that's it. There are accounts on deviantART that are obviously FUL
