Reflections (?)I was going through my gallery and ... I was ashamed to see many bad pictures! I don't know what I was thinking. I hesitated remove some, but that would be very inconsiderate of me part (for the many comments that there're).Reflections (?)1 year ago in Personal More Like This
I find it hard enough to leave those pictures (Believe me! I would like to put my head in the land or flee to a mountain) but I think that is a way to see how I'm changing over time. It's weird. I couldn't explain it.
I hope to improve or at least get new things. It will be a very difficult task. I'm a very "hard" to pose and it's tough... To this must be added the fact that I use the timer, which complicates things even more. Add the lack of space, low mood and mediocre cameras and....voila! Disaster! hahahaha
My Development of Art Since My First AppearanceToday I was thinking about revamping my ENTIRE gallery and getting rid of all my old crap and all because it's OLD stuff, you know? Stuff I don't want and don't even care to look at anymore and just plain EMBARRASSING to review! When I am able to get a premium membership again, I will reorganize my gallery because I am just 85% not enjoying having my old work still around. I am proud of myself for improving of course! But looking through my old art I don't want them to be up in my gallery anymore. I really do no appreciate it when dA artists that I follow do that but in all honesty I am getting frustrated that my gallery is getting cluttered and I really DO need to clean it out. But before I do, here is my improvement journal entry in which i will be going through a commentary on my journey through my first encounter with deviantArt, as NAN-EE (i have once had another account before this one in 2008 and it had such a ridiculous name lol), up untilMy Development of Art Since My First Appearance2 months ago in Personal More Like This
Well.... I'm not getting any sleep...I just watched V/H/S and well......the title speaks for itself. Seriously this has got to be one of the most freakiest movies out there. I am a huge fan of found footage films. But this one really scared me. Now I am going to be stuck watching Adult Swims Toonami cartoons. Like I know what the heck is going on in that cartoon called Bleach. When I first read that the title was called Bleach I really thought that there was going to be a bunch of Clorox bottles fighting crime or whatnot. But instead, all I got was a bunch of demons and monsters and swords and ...things......and people talking about who knows what. I guess if it gets bad I will go watch Food Network and learn how to make crème fraîche.Well.... I'm not getting any sleep...1 year ago in Personal More Like This

3.) Wear a shirt that says "Life". Hand out Lemons to People in Public.
4.) Hire 2 Private Investigators. Get them to follow each other.
5.) Fill a condom up with water and leave it on a busy side walk. Observe the results.
6.) Keep a squirt gun in your car and have it loaded at all times.
7.) Play flash light tag in a crowded place at night.
8.) Freely distribute mini bottles of blowing bubbles in crowded public places.
9.) Get to school early one day and if you can get into your classroom you can do this. Write out the biggest, most ridiculous assignment on the board. Also include an impossible deadline and huge penalty if they don't finish the assignment. Watch the look on your classmates face when they come into the class in the morning and realize what is on the board.
DON'T GO TO ART SCHOOL- By Noah BradleyDon't go to art schoolDON'T GO TO ART SCHOOL- By Noah Bradley4 months ago in Personal More Like This
The traditional approach is failing us. It's time for a change.
I'VE HAD IT.
I will no longer encourage aspiring artists to attend art school. I just won't do it. Unless you're given a full ride scholarship (or have parents with money to burn), attending art school is a waste of your money.
I have a diploma from the best public art school in the nation. Prior to that I attended the best private art school in the nation. I'm not some flaky, disgruntled art graduate, either. I have a quite successful career, thankyouverymuch.
But I am saddened and ashamed at art schools and their blatant exploitation of students. Graduates are woefully ill-prepared for the realities of being professional artists and racked with obscene amounts of debt. By their own estimation, the cost of a four year education at RISD is $245,816. As way
