Happy Halloween!

Costume: Splicer (based on BioShock 2 "Baby Jane" concept art)
Photographer: Paul Hillier ~roadragebunny
Event: Silver Snail Halloween Party, 2012. Toronto, ON

This costume is finally getting closer to what I want it to look like! ^_^ Too bad that between the chest, arm and leg (not shown) it took me 5 hours to do the SFX. I used gelatine, so it took a while to set before I could add all the colour. For a better view of the makeup: [link]

Here's my entry into the Resident Evil Afterlife contest, hope you folks dig. Learned a new technique with the blend tool while painting the hands on this, excited to try it on some new stuff.

Can't wait to see the movie this weekend, i'm sure it's gonna kick ass!! :D

I've been waiting to submit this until October. It's my Halloween ball! I found the perfect orange thread and thought silhouette work would be sufficiently spooky. The moon is the only "real" temari stitching on this one. There are (of course) 13 spokes in the moon. Materials: cotton machine sewing thread (background), cotton pearl #5 (ground), various metallics (moon), Very Velvet (tree), silk pearl #12 (bats). On the reverse side (not shown here; photos didn't turn out) are a couple twisty little houses also done in the velvet thread.
Edit - I submitted this guy to the Halloween contest sponsored by darkfantasy here: [link] and the contest sponsored by =xgnyc here: [link] and the contest sponsored by Ancient-Hoofbeats here: [link]

How cool is this! I got an honorable mention in darkfantasy's contest! Thanks! And congratulations to all the winners.

More coolness! I placed second in the Artisan Crafts category in xgnyc's contest! woot!

f.i.n.a.l.l.y. my entry for dA's Spooky Crafts contest! late, but not too late 8D

all-in-all the theme is more halloween than spooky, that's why especially the left side is dedicated to the contest. the TRICK side decorated with studs, spiderwebs, scissors & more!

usually my headphones-submissions look different, but this time i also wanted to the packaging and a detail! c: and yes, they're for sale! please let me know, if you're interested <3!

Everything is edible and everything except the pumpkins are made of fondant. The whole thing took me a week to make (Jack alone took me 2 days)
