Mask of the Egyptian Goddess, Isis. Sister to Nephthys, wife to Osiris and mother to Horus.

Isis was seen as a nurturing figure and was a patron of nature and magic. When her husband, Osiris, was murdered by his brother, Set, Isis restores his body and along with her sister, Nephthys, brings him back to life and later conceives Horus, who in the end, avenges his father's death.

Isis Originally was depicted wearing a throne on her headdress (her name means throne) but then later shown with the headdress of the goddess, Hathor (cow horns flanking a sun disk).

The first of five new masks commissioned by a customer, this mask is made from 8oz leather, is hand cut, shaped and then painted with acrylics.

Leather mask of the Greek goddess, Hera.

Portrayed here as one of her associated animals, the peacock. Hera was the goddess of women and marriage and although married to Zeus, king of the gods, always got the short end of the stick when it came to their relationship :(

Made of 8oz tooling leather, painted with acrylics and added some Swarovski crystals for that extra Mmmph!

Front view of my Robes of the Silent One costume.

This is my Regalia of Weisshaupt (mage) costume from Dragon Age 2 (Legacy). It took a month to make, and contains about 2000 galvanised steel scales, 11m of leather strapping, 23 buckles and 250 pyramid studs. It weighs 10kg but on the upside you could hit me with a sword in it and I'd probably be ok. I also made the staff.

UPDATE:  I have now added a tutorial for how this was made to my website.  It can be found here:  tatjna.com/about/tutorials/gre…

Please come on over and say hi, and ask any questions you have. I love talking about my work, and having a Q&A may help other people in the future who want to find stuff out.  Don't be shy!  ;-)
