This was my entry for the Williams competition to show support for Bruno, and I put a lot of hours into this. The fabric was a big pain but it was worth the detail, and the whole thing was worth the hours in the end because I actually won the competition! Apparently Bruno picked the winning entry himself so that's basically made my life, the thought of him actually seeing any of my art is too scary to think about.
Anyway I won a signed Malaysia F1 programme, hence the title. <3
I used a photo ref for this one but could not find a copyright from the photographer. I kept googling but I'm hoping this is public domain since it was so prevalent in the search engines.
Anyway...this isn't drawn with ill motives. Ayrton Senna was and still is my favorite F-1 driver of all time. I sure miss seeing his skill at the wheel, especially in the rain.
