Bondage for Beginners For those of you in the know, the thought of bondage can often conjures images of whips, double locking handcuffs and beautiful black leather in all forms of gags, leashes, collars and more! For those who don’t know (*smile* ) prepare to be informed and titillated as we envelope you into a world of erotic play and sublime sensuality. Bondage is not just about ropes, gags and handcuffs, it’s about so much more. It’s about bringing playfulness back into sex. But first we will begin with a few beginner topics about bondage or BDSM.Bondage for Beginners9 months ago in Personal More Like This
BDSM represents bondage, discipline, sadism, and masochism; however, I personally like to think it stands for Beautiful Delicious Sexual Madness. If you’re looking for a sexual change—and a hell of a way to turn your lover on—then exploring the world of BDSM is definitely a road to consider.
While this may sound a bit daunting if you ha

just opinions, there is no more validity to them than to anyone elses
so, let's start with frozen....
i made a huge mistake before frozen...huuugeeee mistake.
i listened to that let it go song....
now, what follows is an example how one small thing can snowball into a huge friggin thing... see what i did there ? snowball?
so i listened to that song.. and ..um.. it sounded glorious... but it also sounded like an anthem to coming out of the closet.... i mean, i deal with subtext a lot. and even i have seen people see more in my own writing than i intended. rarely but it happened. so subtext is hardly a new thing ...
we are talking about a song that says
don't let them know don't let them see , be the good girl you always have to be
conceal don't feel don't let them know... well now they know...
and this is just some of it... there is this vibe of a sexual liberation in the s

Disclaimer: A lot of you know me in the cosplay community, and some of you might think that my words may represent the community or organization im involved in. These thoughts are my own based from my own observation. Blame anyone else and ill just laugh at your expense. Thanks.</i>
Bear with me for adding another thought regarding the cosplay scene, i cant help it if certain issues or stories end up quite thought provoking.
Stories of cosplayers being harassed by some spectators are the common buzz in the community recently, and it had me thinking, what provoked these people to commit such actions that are considered unappropriate by the cosplayers themselves?
There are already tips and suggestions focused towards the audience on how to treat cosplayers. Now in this blog, id like

We Love Artists' Alley
We're back at Comic-Con!
Last year, our sponsorship of Artists' Alley was a huge success. We were able to provide a more comfortable environment for the artists, display their art on huge screens over the Alley, and let people attending the convention draw with deviantART muro on fantastic digital screens. We plan to do this and more in 2012 as we take on the great pleasure of sponsoring Artists' Alley at San Diego Comic-C
Modeling 101While working on my FAQ page on my site, I noticed that the topic of 'modeling tips' was one of the most often asked about. At first I was going to write up a page regarding it, and just placing it on my members-only section of my site. However, due to the amount of times I'm asked about this topic, I decided to put together some suggestions and post them for everyone to see.Modeling 1016 years ago in Personal More Like This
1 - This is something I can't stress enough. BE PROFESSIONAL. Its so simple yet so sad how many people I've seen fail at this. Act professional and you will be treated as a professional. Nothing can lead you to more jobs than a good reference from most or all of the photographers, designers, stylists, make up artists, etc. that you have worked with.
2 - Network Network Network. With the internet at your fingertips, you can reach thousands of photographers. Unless you have some major traffic already coming to your profiles, you need to get your image and name out there in order to get work, whether it be for a port
On dA for 10 yearsI'm happy to have been here for this long.On dA for 10 years1 year ago in Personal More Like This
It doesn't feel that long - but in a few more years I'll have been on this site for half my life. Sheesh!
I've improved so much having an audience to show work to, even if the point of the work wasn't an audience - just having a platform from which I could do anything at all has been really amazing for me over the years.
And then... PMD-e... which has been a really tremendous learning experience for me (and others!), in so many ways. I don't want to turn this journal sappy or anything, but I've been lucky to have met so many people and have gotten the chance to help create a community with its ups and downs.
And... speaking of such...
I'll be making a journal later about the state of PMD-e right now - I know the updates have been sporadic, and this has been for a few reasons. I've been thinking about how to word things for a few days now, and I don't think I've quite gotten it yet.
Anyway, for those of you who've been around since
Draw Me!?Hey Everybody!!Draw Me!?1 year ago in Personal More Like This
So I think it's about time I made this post.
A lot of you have asked this question: Can I draw you?
And to that I say YESSSS (as long as it's not vulgar or porn)
You are allowed to:
draw, paint, sketch or use my poses as inspiration no problem,
But please let me know when you do and please credit me as the model (link to my DA page would be nice!)
You are not allowed to do (WHATSOEVER):
any photo manipulation, retouching or use my image on a product (specially if you benefit money-wise from it)
All drawings of me will go into my favorites and from time to time I will be featuring the art in my journals
To all those who have already drawn me, thank you very much
Makes me smile everytime and I'm always impressed by your work and honored to have inspired you.
Here are the art works of me that I have found so far!
If I missed any of you let me know!
PS: This is not a critique journal, this is to honor the artist that were so kind to tak the time and d
On misunderstandings about cosplayThis is a topic I've been meaning to talk about for quite a while now. I finally got the motivation to when Sarah sorairo-days emailed me to share my thoughts on what cosplay means to me, and what I feel it really means to be a cosplayer despite all the misconceptions about the hobby. It's for this article on Random Nerds, in which Sarah shares her side of it as well.On misunderstandings about cosplay3 years ago in Personal More Like This
Over the years, I've witnessed how cosplayers are constantly looked down upon, which makes people apprehensive towards it. It's such a shame because it's a wonderful and rewarding hobby which brings people together. And in general, I am firmly against making anyone feel bad about doing something they want to do.
I am aware that the concept of cosplay might be too much for some individuals, but our intention definitely isn't to get all up in everyone's faces and say everyone should cosplay or whatever. We just want to promote a
Custom Breaking Bad FiguresCustom Breaking Bad Figures3 years ago in Personal More Like This
Last year I sculpted up a few portraits of Bryan Cranston as Walter White from my favorite show "Breaking Bad". I was finally able to put the finishing touches on 3 custom figures of Walt, all of which were given to the creators of the show this past week.
It's been a helluva lot of fun, and a tremendous thrill to get to meet the artists behind this terrific show that has been so inspiring to me. Kinder people you will not meet!
So here's a look at the finished custom figures. These were pieced together from various sources, using Hot Toys bodies, and clothes I found on ebay and then altered. The heads were all painted by some talented friends of mine, and they really brought Walt to life. It's been a lot of work to try and piece these together in my free time, but I really enjoyed doing it.
ps- A random winner was chosen from my last giveaway. I'll do another giveaway in the coming months, I'm sure. thanks!
