In Remembrance...A faint sigh escaped the blond man as they were walking through New York. A grumble then soon escaped him as Tony was being especially secretive on where they were headed to. He didn't even give him a hint on how he should have gotten dressed.
"Oh Cap, don't be so glum! The baby will catch it and be sad all the time!" Tony grinned cheekily then patted the man's belly as they walked. "Be happy! We're out in the city! And we're going to explore one place I know you haven't seen yet." he mumbled the last part then instintaneously made himself smile again.
Steve's brow rose as he sighed gently then nodded. "Fine.. But couldn't you have at least let me know how you wanted me to dress? I'm just in a t-shirt and jeans and I'm not-"
Tony interrupted him. "T-shirt and jeans are just fine, love. Besides, you'd not be able to fit inside your suit or uniform anymore anyways. So.. Just deal and go with the flow of New York social society."
The blond had no idea what he meant by the last

"No. We're not doing that to our child, Stark." He said, only calling his partner by his last name when he was mad or upset at him.
"Oh come on, Steve! This will be great for the baby! He or she could fly in it and everything!" Tony said to his boyfriend with a pout to come along with it. "Please?"
The reason for their fighting? Tony wants to build the new baby a suit of his or her own so she could be safe. Steve only saw the bad side of this and immediately struck it down. Why would a baby need a suit of armor at only a day old? It just didn't make much sense the the super soldier.
The blond sighed gently then ran a hand through his hair. "Tony, love, please. I can just imagine the baby accidentally launching one of the blasters or just hurting themselves in it. Or launching Extremis on accident and disrupting a satelite. Just leave it be." He pleaded, which he foun

It is not like he forced himself to stay up, although on some occasions he did. But this night, he was meeting a new deadline for a new design of jets for SHIELD. And, he managed to make it with an hour to spare. So, he decided to call it a night, er, morning and head off to sleep next to his partner, Steve.
A yawn escaped him as he stretched his sore back. Once he heard a satisfying pop, he sighed happily then climbed into bed. Just as he had fallen asleep, he could have sworn he heard an alarm.
"No..." Tony grumbled then quickly turned the other way, wishing the device would just turn off.
But sadly, it did not. Steve's hand slowly tried to turn the alarm off. He stretched then sat up and glanced around. His eyes soon rested on his twenty-two week belly. He tapped his fingers against it in a soft motion and smiled
WinterIt was a rare moment when Tony actually woke up before Steve. And this is one of those rare moments. He yawned and stretched his body. Once he heard a satisfying pop in his back, he smiled to himself then looked over to Steve who was asleep next to him. Weird, Steve was always awake by now. But the pregnancy has taken its toll on him. Even with the super soldier serum, he feels weak since the baby is taking most of his nutrients. Tony wouldn't be surprised if they started him on iron suppliments or something along that line.Winter3 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
He stretched once again, then went down the hall towards the kitchen to fix himself up some coffee. Breathing in, he could smell the aroma of his favorite cup o' joe. Vanilla Hazelnut. "Mm..." Was all he muttered as he awaited for the pot to finish brewing. He then began to recall what he and Steve were talking about the night before.
For some reason, they started about snow. This made Steve frown deeply since he was frozen solid in ice for seventy years. All Tony

Lifting up a cool looking red, white and blue watch that oddly resembled his shield, something brown had caught his eye in the corner of his vision.
Looking up he noticed a girl walking by. She looked about his age, 25 to 30 max. She had bright brown hair, long and curly. She looked just like...
He didn't even realize he said the name out loud until she turned around. Steve's heart began to pound, there was just no way, Peggy would be over 70 years old by now if not already passed away. There was just no way she was standing only a foot away still as young as the day he last saw her.
She looked just like Peggy, only Steve noticed her eyes were blue and not the soft brown he knew she had before he was frozen.
"I'm sorry, I thought you were someone I knew." he blushed with apology.

Steve was going back from a mission SHIELD sent him a week ago. It ended a day earlier, so he was allowed to come back. Steve was a realist. He knew that Tony and their teenage son will probably go wild without any supervision, so he just asked Tony to not order junk food for every meal for both of them and make sure that Peter doesn't stay up late every night. Tony just smiled and reassured him that everything will be fine. Steve had no other choice as to believe him. So when he got out of the elevator on their floor, he did expect to see some mess. But what he saw, wasn't a mess. It was pure chaos. He dropped his bag to the floor, looking around the apartment.
The floor was trashed with bags of chips and wraps from take-away food. A whole army of empty alcohol bottles on the table told Steve that Tony recently organized a party. He saw some damaged furniture with scorch marks, probably Thor's doing. It was one of Tony favorite drunk games, to provoke the demigod that some ungodly pow
Waking up in VegasThe light streamed through curtains landing on the dozing face of Tony Stark. His eyes crinkled against the early morning assault that was only amplified by the steady beat his blood vessels were pounding out against the inside of his skull. Hotel, maybe? He asked himself.
Tony also catalogued a soft groan coming from the other side of the bed. Deep in timbre, which meant male. Not unusual for Tony. He became aware of his bisexuality quite some time ago, so that was no surprise.
What was a surprise was the incredibly familiar shock of blonde hair that appeared out of the luxurious pillows.
Tony's eyes blasted open.

"Babe, wake up."
Tony groaned in response, breathing deeply. He was lying in bed entangled in covers. Somehow he knew it was still too early for him to wake up.
"Tony, wake up."
Steve slipped under the covers, getting closer to Tony until he could drape himself over the smaller man.
"Hey, wake up, you promised that we are going out today," he said, kissing Tony's temple. Tony groaned again.
"Later," he grunted.
"Now, you knew that we are going out and you were not supposed to work till morning, it's the last day of the exhibition, wake up," Steve gave him a last kiss on his temple and got up, pulling the covers to Tony's waist. He shuddered at the sudden cold and pulled them up again. Steve looked impatiently at him. He didn't intend to get up. He sat again on the bed, pulled the covers down and planted a wet

Tony was walking towards the kitchen direction. It was 10 p.m. and he knew that he still has at least two more hours of work to do, but he was already sleepy and needed coffee. As he entered he saw Steve, his back facing Tony, doing something at the kitchen counter. Tony snuck up on Steve and wrapped his arms around his waist.
"Hi there sexy," he said in a seductive whisper. Steve shuddered.
"Tony! Don't scare me like that!" he scolded the brunet.
"Sorry" Tony murmured pecking his cheek. "What are you doing?" he asked looking over Steve's shoulder.
"I'm making brownies for you." Tony smiled hearing that. He always liked Steve's cooking and lately he also got into baking. Still, he refused to use the kitchen robot and preferred to do everything with his own hands, but it seemed that he found comfort in it so Tony was not trying to convince him to use the benefits of technology.
"I like your brownies" Tony said, nuzzling Steve's neck. Steve shuddered again, but this time from a different

Steve and Tony didn't have a big dinner party to announce their engagement, and neither of them flaunted a diamond ring around to show it either, so when their friends received the invitations they were all extremely surprised. Pepper was the first to call, asking Tony if it was true and not a really stupid joke. She only truly believed it was happening when Steve confirmed it, and then Pepper screamed into the phone and Tony hung up. He'd call her later to apologize. Eventually.
They took their time to plan the wedding. Tony was a party man, but he completely agreed with Steve when he suggested a discrete ceremony. Peter was not such a big fan of that idea, but his parents scared him with horror stories of hours and hours posing for pictures and getting his cheeks pinched by creepy ladies who smell like socks until he was totally on board. The ceremony would take place on a Sunday afternoon, at Stark Tower, with close friends and the team as guests.

The last two weeks were tough for Steve. Fury sent him for some mission in Brazil and, as usual, Tony nearly threw a tantrum hearing that. He was pretty sure that Fury is having his revenge on him for his latest trip to a burger joint. It was normal for him, but what was unusual was that he entered the bar in his Iron man suit. He slowly took steps to the counter, his armor making clank sounds on the floor, everybody's heads turning around to look at him. And the look on the waitress' face, when he leaned his metal arm on the counter, took his face plate off and said "I had a rough day, coffee and bacon burger, pronto," was just priceless. Tony had a blast the next day when newspapers were all over this, but somehow Fury didn't appreciate his idea. And he sent Steve away from him. Captain said that Tony is just looking too much into things, but Tony knew better. At least in his opinion. So, after kissing the pouting brunet

Tony dragged his feet in the bedroom direction. It was 4 a.m. and he just finished working in the lab, wanting nothing more than to just lie in his bed. His breath quickened as he made it to the bedroom and saw that his bed was already occupied by the muscled figure of Captain America. They were already dating for a while, but Tony still was mildly surprised seeing Steve there. They didn't make any agreement that Steve will be sleeping here, somehow it happened naturally. And it did make Tony happy. He changed into his pajama bottom, leaving his tank top on. He slipped under the covers, next to Steve, not hugging him or anything, just being next to him.
"Tony.." Steve murmured softly.
"Sorry, woke you up?"
"No," Captain opened his eyes with a smile. He moved closer to Tony, letting the covers slid from his body and Tony noticed that Steve was shirtless.
"Take it off," Steve gently tugged Tony's tank top. Tony frowned, and reluctantly took his shirt off, just making sure that the covers

"Can we keep it Papa?" Peter's big round brown eyes pleaded his father as Steve knelt by his son to see what he had.
"Tony, come here," Steve shouted in his direction and Tony grumpily came into the foyer.
"What?" Tony snapped trying to get into the kitchen for some coffee or some sort of sustenance.
"Just come here," Steve was patient with his husband but Tony really didn't want to be bothered right now. He humored Steve and went by his side and what he saw in Steve's hand made his eyes go wide.
"Oh no, no, no, no! We are not having any cats running around this house!" Tony pointed at the kitten sitting contently in Steve's large hand.

The door eventually opened, and Steve was greeted by the sight of the toughest looking middle aged man he'd ever laid eyes on. "Well goo
DancingTony was sitting in his workshop, working on a flaw in one of his gauntlet repulsors. It had a tendency to overload and lean towards exploding when used too much. Putting it down, he looked up and stretched, freezing when he saw Steve sitting across from him. Tony looked up from his tablet at his 8-year-old son. Firstly he thought that Peter was referring to the device and it caught him surprised as Peter was already familiar with different machines and was good at dealing with them, despite his young age. But he didn't refer to the tablet. He was pointing his small finger at the glass with scotch in Tony's other hand.
"Oh.. That's.. That's daddy's drink, Peter," he answered, uncertain where this conversation will be going.

There were few things that had changed for Steve after he was given the serum. The most noticeable one was his appearance - from a small shrimp he became a hunk, able to make every girl swoon. Then it was his strength, quicker healing. All of these were considered as perks. But he also saw some drawbacks. First - quicker metabolism. He just had to eat. And he ate a lot. He was kind of embarrassed of it, his appetite nearly as big as Thor's. But every time Tony saw Steve eating, he ate with him too, which was good, because Tony had his days when he didn't eat at all, just ran on a mix of caffeine and sugar. So, maybe after all it was a perk. The second one - his quicker metabolism made his skin like a furnace. He could walk on a snowy day shirtless, melting the falling snow even before it touched his skin. But it just reminded him that he was different from the others. But then again, Tony loved that, and always found comfort when after a long day, he could nuzzle into Steve, enj

"Mr. Stark." he greeted once he reached me, stopping.
"Captain." I returned, nodding once to him, "May I help you?" I brought my glass to my lips to take a sip of my scotch, but he took the glass from my hand and set it down on the table beside me, his eyes never leaving mine, as though they couldn't.
