Chapter 4: Doldrums.
"Don't know where you come from, and I don't care. Just play the damned song, already."
June 23, 1715.
The air was hot. That was all Edward could think about at the moment as he leaned heavily against the Jackdaw's wheel. They were a day and a half out from Havana, but it was just long enough to make the wait seem an eternity. And why were they not already in Havana, enjoying all the wine and women they could stand?
Because, frankly put, they had hit the doldrums.
Edward abhorred doldrums. He hated them even more than he hated needles. Hell, he hated doldrums almost as much as he hated being hungry, and that was truly saying something. Having grown up in poverty, without shoes and never knowing when his next meal would be, Edward hated feeling hungry more than anything in the world. For the doldrums to come in a close second was a true measure of his distaste.

You were reading your favourite book at the coffee shop near your house, and realized you had made a mistake coming there. Not knowing there was a Rock Band competition happening today on the café stage, the place was crowded with teenagers from your school. The ones you did not want to see outside of that place.
You tried to concentrate on your book, but finally put it down on the table in defeat. It was too loud for your taste, but you tried not to let it bring down your mood. As you observed your perimeter, your eyes made its way to the stage. Yeah, the drummer was good. The guitarists were awesome too. But, oh god, that singer.
That singer was tone deaf.
As the song finished, the audience around the stage cheered for everyone but the singer, as you assumed. For about a half hour, you watched people come onto the

Chapter 5: Confusion.
“How can shits like them confuse and infuriate me all in one go?”
June 26, 1715.
“Sometimes, I wonder if he just can’t help himself.” A sigh, and Connor raised a sympathetic eyebrow at the sound of his companion’s low-register “boy” voice.
Rhian pursed her lips as she firmly screwed in a peg on her violin, tuning for the fourth song of the evening. She had walked away briefly to take a small break and enjoy the first sips of her pint of ale; the other, she had put in front of Connor, who was sitting at a table near her corner. The man in question had not so much as touched the drink. Rhian could not honestly say she was surprised. Of course, when she came back, she found that the A string peg on her violin had slipped, sending the string in question skewing wildly out of tune. Hence, why she was re-tuning.
“The man’s a pig,” she continued,

there are two curse words in here, so if that's not your cuppa, be warned...
Sherlock sat at his chair in his mind palace. His long fingered hands were pressed against his lips, his eyebrows furrowed in a state of extreme concentration. He gazed ahead at space, a glassy look in his pale eyes.
John was on his laptop, writing yet another blog entry about their newly solved case. Over time, he was needing glasses. Glasses were perched on the bridge of his nose, the reflection of the computer illuminating the lenses. Clearing his throat, he pushed up the glasses with his index finger and popping his knuckles. Shortly after he resumed writing, Sherlock spoke up.
"What are we going to do," murmured Sherlock, sitting up in his armchair and setting his hands on the side. He gripped the sides so tight that his knuckles paled to a whitish complexion. His teeth were gritted.
"What are you going on about now?" said John in an exasperated tone,

"Good news for the Fire Nation, their greatest threat is a kid." Uncle said.
"That kid, just did all of this." I said, gesturing to the snow-covered ship.
"I won't underestimate him again. Dig the ship out and follow them." And I turned to see some soldiers thawing out the few who were frozen by who I assume, the (e/c) eyed Water Tribe girl.
"After you're done with that..."
'I will capture the Avatar is it is the last thing I do.'
Meanwhile on Appa's back...
"Just wait until you see it, guys! The Air Temple is one of the most beautiful places in the world." Aang said, as he was making sure Appa's reins were tight around his horns. Katara heaved a great sigh,
"Aang, I know you're excited about going home, but it's been 100 years."
"That's exactly the reason why." Aa

Then, a shadow of something or someone was walking into the room, at least towards it. "Firebender, nobody make a sound." Sokka whispered.
'But you're making a sound idiot...'
"You're making a sound!" Katara whispered harshly, only to be shushed by Aang and Sokka. Sooka stood with his club at the ready,
"This Firebender won't know what hit him." But when he stepped out a animal sound echoed throughout the room, I stand up, and look towards the doorway, only to find a, little animal with brown and white fur, and bright green eyes, just staring at us. Aang shouted,
"Lemur!" At the same time Sokka groaned, drooling,
"Dinner..." They both chased after the poor animal, who probably thought he was going to be harmed.
'Poor little guy...'
