I know - one could start a war with this sentence, but let's take a look on the subject. I think I've heard that Anime is NOT a style at least twice just today. This is a subject that has divided DeviantArt for years, and was the real cause behind the creation of the "Anime/Manga" category.
Assuming Anime is NOT a style, I find it amusing that we have people around the world living in a sub-culture that is purely based on that alone. We have Anime conventions, Manga publishing conventions, Cosplay conventions, Anime/Manga otakus, Anime websites, Anime games, and nowadays we have western comics and animation borrowing heavily from Anime style.
From the artistic community, many of Japanese mangaka (cartoonist) Tadashi Ozawa's books have been translated to English, and are available at Amazon.com or a bookstore close to y

Reduced commission prices are gone, back up to normal prices, which still isn't half bad. I'm extremely busy with classes, though I'm excited and eager to get going full-steam in them. I'm currently taking Principles of Biology, Principles of Biology Lab, Personal Wellness, Environmental Geology, College Algebra, and Principles of Economics: Macro. Six classes and sixteen hours. Not bad at all, though four of those classes I have every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and lets just say that definitely keeps me busy and moving. Thursdays are my chill days since I only have Environmental Geology on those days.
Overall, not to bad and I'm enjoying most

The worse offender is EA, but there not alone Ubisoft and a long list of others are right behind them.
Because of this most games these days are focusing on "13 year old's that live in New York City" the games are accessible not finished and minimum effort, they just all round suck.
A side factor of this is most hardcore games have became completely extinct, look at RTS the last grate one was Supreme commander FA, and that was years ago, RTS are totally deadthe only ones that do get made are the most accessible heaps of crap like Star Craft II and all C&C games, they have almost 0 base building and the economy is focused on rush, RTS should be at leas

Specifically, the site I seem to visit most often is Gametrailers.com and the award show that they promote is called the VGA awards. Gametrailers.com also produces a web show called Bonus Round. Bonus Round is a show which gathers reviewers and people from the industry to discuss gaming. It's a bit unprofessional, the host Geoff Keighley interrupts as often as he starts conversations, but it's a very interesting program nonetheless.
