TF2: The Secret Spy Chapter Four"Looks like it's going to be a good day" Marc said as we parked the car in the hotel's lot. I exited the car taking in the beautiful vibrant blue of the sky. Not a cloud in sight. "I could get used to this" I smiled stretching as I made my way to the trunk popping it open. Adrien bounding out the back to help me with the luggage. "Now you have to wear a dress!" he mused practically skipping.
"Shhhh!" I snapped quickly peering around to see anyone who may have heard. The parking lot was empty. "Sorry Ade just...just be careful yeah?" I sighed smiling weakly as I grabbed my case. Adrien beamed at me. "Will do!" he replied cheerfully before rushing towards the hotel gesturing me to follow.
My room was on the fourth floor of the hotel. Adrien and Marc were a few doors down from me. Which was relief as it would be weird not having them close by me. My room was quite nice. It was painted a faint shade of lilac with furniture and decoration matching it in shades of Mauve, Silver and Maro
TF2: Seven Minutes in Heaven - MedicYou bite your bottom lip nervously as you look between the Medic and the Spy – the only two mercenaries who are yet to be paired off. You let your gaze linger on the Medic far too long and turn away meekly when you notice, trying not to draw attention to yourself.TF2: Seven Minutes in Heaven - Medic2 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
The Spy makes an impatient noise and shakes the bag in his hands at you, goading you to hurry up. His masked face shows his displeasure. You ignore his raised eyebrows and plunge your hand into the dark bag, letting your fingers trace the sides till they reach the bottom.
Your hand searches the near empty depths of the bag till your reaching fingers brush against something silky and smooth. You gently wrap your fingers around the foreign object, feeling how it is virtually weightless. Its presence is only just recognisable on your skin.
You retract your hand and see the item resting against your fingers. It's a long feather. The plume is a clean shade of white, the feel of it against your skin soft and light. You feel y
TF2: Seven Minutes in Heaven - SpyYou kept your eyes pinned to the ground, staring at the shiny grey floor beneath your feet, the whole time the Medic was in the closet. You felt too scared to look at the Spy after seeing the slow-smile that spread across his face when the door closed behind the Medic. You shudder as your mind conjures that smile again.TF2: Seven Minutes in Heaven - Spy2 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
You look up suddenly when you hear the door being opened and the Spy calling the Medic and his partner back from the darkness. You swallow nervously when you see them emerge, both smiling at one another. Oh god, this is it.
“Our turn, cherie,” the Spy calls to you, a more pleasant smile on his face. You get up slowly, almost warily, and cross the room to him. You eye him nervously, looking for a hint of the smile that had crept upon his face before. It doesn't show, but you aren't fooled.
You take a deep breath and step inside the closet, unfazed by the haphazard and dust-ridden mess that litters the floor. You stop on a patch of floor that isn't cluttered j

Your hand skims the bottom of the canvas bag, causing something metal to roll into your fingers. The sudden coldness almost makes you jump back but instead you curl your fingers around its cylindrical shape, letting your fingers stroke the smooth curved surface.
You pull your hand from the bag and open it to see a long bronze-coloured bullet sittting in the palm of your hand, an inch of the curved tip the colour of copper. You roll the softly gleaming bullet across your palm before running your fingers across its smooth surface, holding it up to the remaining mercenaries.
“Whose is this?” You ask, regardless of the fact that there is only one man who uses such bullets. Heavy stands up, a smil

“As long as I gaze on Waterloo sunset, I am in paradise,” the radio sang as you stirred the chili simmering on the stove, tasting it every now and again and adding spices and seasoning till the mix has the right level of heat and flavour that you liked. You turn the heat down on the other pot on the stove, the bubbling water calming enough to show fluffy rice floating in the water.
You look up at the clock just as you hear the familiar sound of a key turning in the lock of the front door and hear it open with a creak as your lover returned home from work.

Eyes (Engineer x Reader) Free days were hard to come by in the mercenary business. But a free day came like a miracle to the RED team. You normally spent your free time pouring over books, making plans, baking with Pyro, or gathering intel. And when you made plans, you spent the afternoon with Engineer. You two had an odd way of doing things. You would sit in his workshop and read while the man would work on his inventions. There would be an occasional chat, a "have you read this yet?" or "Hand me that wrench please," then a "Goodbye, Engie." "Bye, Darlin'." This time, when you took your rightful place in the chair next to him, things went a little differently.Eyes (Engineer x Reader)1 year ago in Romance More Like This

I had disobeyed the captain again. He was angry with me, but not so much as when I nearly burned down the fort, which was a misfortune altogether. Though that did little to comfort me when he put me on laundry duty, the worst next to bathroom cleaning. It was boring, standing around and washing every article of clothing possible. And it wasn’t like the boxers or underwear bothered me.
It was the socks.
They were dingy, holey as can be, and they rank from all the running around. Ewwwww, just thinking about them made me sick, because they went through them so quickly in just a week. That’s why I had to perfume the room when I came down, cause you could smell it all just in the hallway.
“Gross.” I mumbled, throwing a load into one of the six washers we had, making sure to fit the right amount to get them cleaned as possible. “Men are so dirty, how can their clothing withstand it all? You would think it

Glitter. That’s what the sky looked like at night out in the desert. Like some enthusiastic child spilled out a jar full of sparkly sliver over black paper, each piece shining and flickering. It was amazing, in every detail, craning my neck to look further at the Milky Way as the campfire cackled by my ear.
We were still trying to get to know each other, only a few days spent at the Fort since the beginning of recruitment. No one spoke much and we kinda stayed to ourselves in our own little worlds. Of course we wanted to work together, hell we going to have to at some point. But we’re all tense and possibly homesick right now, not knowing what each day will hold for us. That’s why we were having this little desert camping experience.
I looked back at the fire, again thinking of each individual man sitting around me. Why was I the only girl!? It felt too weird, lonely, and scary. Brute men like Heavy could hurt m

“Keep doing that and your going to catch a cold before we even get to the Fort.” My window was then rolled up, stifling the fresh source of wonderful smells.
“Sniperrrrrr!” I dragged out the r’s. “You’re killing the mood.”

I stumbled into the bathroom at around ten, washing my face and slipping into my pajamas. Thankfully I didn’t take long changing, because as I was brushing my teeth, Scout came barging in. Shirtless, and brandishing a toothbrush with a giant bottle of mouthwash, I was almost lost for words, throwing my dirty clothes aside.
“Um, pardon your intrusion?”
“Yeah, sorry doll. Sink’s broken in my room. I knew you wouldn’t mind me coming in here, I am your favorite after all.”
“Mmmmm-kay. I accept, but only if you remember to knock next time.”
I hopped to one side to make space, trying to stifle the oncoming yawns. It had been a busy week, fighting nonstop and in the rain at one point. I hated those the most, because my weapon would shock me if I was soaked. So I was getting ready to sleep in late and rise with the pace of a drugged snail.

My eyes could not go any wider, watching as Soldier ran yelling as he gave chase to a seagull squealing loudly. The poor rat with wings was barley able to escape the man’s brutality, flying as fast as he could as Sol ran a few more paces before watching in scorn as it escaped. He then proceeded to pull out his gun and pop a bullet at it, missing by inches.
“Soldier, you can’t shoot on public beaches!” Medic exclaimed, trying to pry the weapon out of the buffer man’s grip. Good thing we were the only group out today on this secluded beach. “Especially not at the wildlife.”

The hazy afternoon sunlight streamed across the blood soaked battle grounds, a few limbs and bodies scattered about in painful and nasty positions. Just from where he watched, it looked rather gruesome to Acelin, staying low in the waters for safety. He didn’t like the smell and decided to stay as far away as he could.
Slipping to the other side shore, he crawled partially out, feeling the warm baked sand and rock beneath his skin. He liked it, since it didn’t burn and felt good. Letting his extra limbs slid up out of the water for a quick sun tanning, he relaxed back, sighing softly before closing his eyes.
“AAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!” Acelin screamed loudly, before slamming his hand over his mouth. Too much noise would attract too much attention. But what the hell bit him!? It hurt like a mother!
Yanking out the remaining tentacle in the water, he shook his head sadly. Never had he liked fishing, he thought

You were also much more serious and stern than your predecessor. No rainbows and angels in your head. You always had a slightly angry look on your face, always frowning with your brow creased. You were reserved, and that was an understatement. Even when you spoke to the others, it was still muffled by the mask, and you did have a pretty deep voice.
And oh, if there was ever one person on your team you couldn’t stand, it was Spy. His cocky smoothness.

"Come in..." Medic's tired voice replied.
You pushed open the heavy doors and entered the pristine white infirmary.
How Medic kept it so clean was beyond you, but, somehow he managed it. There was not a spot of blood on the floor, at least not until you entered. "Ah, crap. I'm getting blood everywhere..." You muttered.
