This was requested by =explosiv22.. not directly "blending" was requested and what she got was 5 videos of various types, ROFL.

This one is about blending one colour to another colour outside of a natural blending family. This technique works best with the brush nib of the Copic sketch or Ciao marker, but it will work with other markers as well, with a little practice.

There's more marker information and tutorials at my blog, MarkerGuru

:bulletred: here isA scan of the image used in this video so you can see the effect better than my grainy webcam.

I'll take requests for videos :) check out my blog

Here is the video walkthrough of painting basic facial hair.
A little boring? Yes.
Repetitive? Hell yeah.
Hard? Not really!

Once you have all your tones/textures down, it's just a matter of going over the area again and again and building it up. One strand at a time haha.

Mainly for anime style art. This is the way I draw, there is plenty of room for improvement but I'm sure it will help some build their talent to a certain level. Good luck!

A nose drawing tutorial.

I tried to draw different types of noses to convey that the same process could be used for all types of noses.

So a quicky little video I made on refilling Copic Markers.
All my Dry ones are Ciao's so I demo'ed on them but you can do the exact same thing for a sketch.
This is MY method. It works, and it works well for me. Some people couldn't stomach losing a drop of ink, if that's your issue, then measure it out, or let it drip on the nib you pulled out and have it soak up your drips... hey that's a good idea.

Incidentally, you can pull out your chisel nib and replace it in the same way I reefed it out of my marker here.

One day I'll demo the Booster needle too, but i find it so pointless...
There are a couple other methods I'll demo later too.

anyways, dont forget to check out my youtube channel: [link]

some things are too big to make it on dA, so I'll be posting there.

BUY REFIILLS:
So many people have asked where to buy refills.

If you're in BC head into an Opus. It's an art supply store. They can order them for you, or buy online at [link] - they ship across Canada.

If you're NOT canadian [link] is the place to go. (the shipping is WAY to much to canada though!)
