My latest is an unbelievably detailed and incredibly huge sculpt from pkking ... Guardian Beast Barretta (Height 28CM X 35CM Width X Length 45CM ); the kit also comes with an incredibly detailed base that I tried to give that "pits of hell" look. I see this figure at a HUGE gaming miniature and as such wanted to show him off against some gaming scale figs. So, my first diorama pics show him vs. three gaming scale angels who have got their work cut out for them. As always, everything is hand-painted with acrylics.
I hope you like it. It was definitely an endurance test with such a HUGE figure and SO much detail.

Vacuum Arachnid No 3 created June 4, 2013 visit [link] for more mechanical sculptures, news, and special features!
Vacuum Arachnid created with recycled watch parts and an old vacuum tube. The body of this arachnid is composed of an old electronic vacuum tube. Copper connectors at the bottom of the tube provide a base to which the legs can be attached. The legs themselves are made with recycled watch strap springs (the type that holds a watch strap or band to the watch itself) along with small watch winding stems.
Size is 64mm wide by 59mm deep by 57mm tall. All creations made by A Mechanical Mind are one of a kind, never to be reproduced exactly. All parts are soldered, never glued.
Each sculpture comes with a 3” wide by 4” tall glass display dome with wooden base. Sculptures are not toys and should be handled sparingly, as their parts are tiny and delicate.

Today I have done something really crazy! I repainted this littlest super tiny Tinkerbell ornament by Keepsake... the hight of this ornament is about 1 inch, the face of this figurine is about 0,3 inch... it's smaller than my fingernail! This is by far the tiniest thing I have ever painted! I hope you like it!
I stayed up late finishing this piece last night for my friend's birthday today haha. I would have to say this is by far the biggest piece I've made (excluding miniature rooms). The whole piece measures about 4 inches tall and 4 inches wide. I also love how the "grass" turned out. It is actually texturized, even though you can't really tell in the picture. =]
