Soon it's Halloween!!! :squee:

So here is an appetizer on my upcoming "Witch Stock" series that I did in a beautiful Sinister dress/coat from The Gothic Shop:
:la: [link] :la:

I love this outfit sooooo much!! It's so comfortable and the details and fit is exquisite! :wow: If it's possible to be in love with a dress, I think I am, hehe. :meow:

Anyway, I hope I will be able to submit the whole series soon, and that you will find some use for it! :happybounce:

Hugs to all of you
- Maria

If I list a model's icon on DA, it'd be kind of you to drop them a tag or a note letting them know you've used them, so they can see!

If you like this stock set drop me a line and let me know. I have many more poses from this series.

Thank you for your support

As I browsed trhough resources, looking for some good pose for my character picture I realized that it can be good idea post some photos as a repay reference for others.
So this is photo of me in my wedding dress. First of a small series I am willing to post.
The photographer who took it was my husband's friend Richard. All glory comes to him ;)

Free for use as stock as long as you send me a link of your finished work.

Yes, this looks crappy. I have paint, not fancy photoshop skills. :D

I did this because it seemed like fun.. and when I thought about doing a big huge one, the more I paled at the length of time it would take to do so..so I did it on the small tooled piece I'll be using on my toolbag. :)

Enjoy!!!!!!

especially you, :iconwinnietehpoohie:

As requested the start of some tutorials on leather working and leather armours - more to follow.

A fairly brief discussion on the primary concepts in leather (and other) breastplates and other torso armours.

This isn't all inclusive but covers the main concepts that are used and allows a good starting point for mixing and matching to a point where a design can be produced.

These are armour concepts for LRP and costuming and although based on historical concepts and practical armouring approaches are not intended to be historically accurate.

(Though are intended to be believable as opposed to the silly high-fantasy approaches that get bandied about).

DL for full view.
