Cats sleep almost twenty hours a day, the rest of the time they howl for food, hunt and claw your wallpaper - well that's what Arran and Skye do. But most of the time, these little angels are curled up somewhere looking absolutely adorable.
So the theme of this contest is "Cute and Comfy Places to Catnap'
We want you to take the best photo of your cat/s sleeping, it can be a strange sleeping place like the bath, which Arran took a liking too. Or it can be on a silk dressing gown which Skye loved and Mum didn't - when she saw the claw marks.

The objective of this poll is to decide the background of the character which mostly affect the costume. It's not a decision to define the exact location but to aid the feeling and atmosphere in which character comes from. I've also avoid using names that can indicated specific race, culture, location, etc...

Because for the Neo Fantasy vote, I think it's good to prioritize the costume aspect of the design and then shift to the body feature. I believe the result opened up further options compared to the others. If we had different result, I would have built a poll for let's say, occupation which was an alternative route of decision making. At least we know we're going to be working on a female costume for the 20's, so we can leave that aside for now...
I had several means to taking general personality poll, it was mostly for the visual purpose. If the decision was evil my visual approach would have been some what simpler to establish, Dark tone, slick feature, perhaps a body type for agility, it's cliche but the

Thanks to everyone, I think I have enough people to run the show. Honestly it's more than I expected, so let's begin the workshop. For the starter I came up with 4 poll options. At this point we like to avoid any definite decision to prevent ideas locking into specific direction. Since it the first workshop, I like to stay within my comfort zone, rather than going over my head. (Which means we'll be doing a human character design and not creature or something else.)
