Alright, look down at your lists, and I will assign you each on a mission! She had these copies because she had sent Kikai to make a bunch of copies for their friends, all of which had gotten dragged along on what should be a simple errand. On one side of the paper was a list of groceries. On the other side was a sheet of instructions for simple hypnotism that Kikai had gotten off the internet, on the website jedimindtricks.com (that wasnt supposed to be on the back, Kikai was not paying much attention to the photocopier, as the machine did not entertain her. Chapter 13: Head Trip
BeastBoy fell deeper and deeper into the swirling vortex, drawing farther towards the
mental realm of Raven's mind. It was like being on a roller coaster, where despite how
fast you knew you were probably going, everything else around you felt as if it were
going in slow motion. For BeastBoy, that was precisely the feeling. Holding Raven close,
doing his best to keep her from slipping out from under his grip, he continued to fall.
Moments later, reaching the end of the line, the exit portal opened a short distance above
the ground, ejecting BeastBoy into Raven's mind. BeastBoy spilled onto the ground,
landing flat on his back almost in cartoon fashion, similar to the coyote hitting the canyon
floor, kicking up a thin cloud of dust upon impact..
In spite of how convincing a hard landing BeastBoy made, and the velocity it felt he was
falling at, the impact didn't hurt anywhere near as bad as he would've thought.
Apparently the laws of physics of R

Raven nodded. "Tell me," she began, leaning closer to the screen, "Do you recall the period you spent in your system's stasis lock? Around the time BeastBoy and myself found you in the kitchen?"
Cyborg looked up for a moment, tapping the side of his head with a finger. "I wasn't fully online, but my central processor was still running. So, yeah."
"Were you able to hear BeastBoy and myself trying to snap you out of it?" she asked.
Cyborg cracked a smile. "Man, do I. I meant to tell ya, my own personal thumbs up on the college joke," he snickered, "Barber or clown, HA! That's BB's academic standing alright."
Raven raised an eyebrow. "Then, you do remember?" she said straight to the point, uncaring of Cyorg's approval of humor.
Cyborg nodded. "Yeah. Why?"
"Because I want to know something," she replied.
"Sure," Cyborg cheerily responded, "Shoot."

Chapter 11: Rude Awakening
Raven groaned, shifting uneasily, rolling over onto her back. Her face shriveled in discomfort, her eyelids slowly cracking open, just enough to squint into the darkness around her before slamming them shut once more. It took a minute or two to sustain an effort to keep her eyes continually open, feeling as though twenty-pound weights were anchored to every one of her eyelashes. Groggy would be an understatement.
Placing a hand against her forehead, somehow hoping to soften the throbbing of her head, she attempted to sit up. The thumping against her cranium intensified for every inch she did so, making the pain visible by the slight cringe in her face, but she managed to sit up nonetheless. A sigh escaped her mouth, slowly removing her hand from her head upon reaching her inclined position, steadying herself.
At first, everything was a hazy blur, rubbing the unmistakable feeling of sleep from her eyes. She had no idea where she was or how she got

Fatal Phantom: Ghost Butterfly Chapter 4Fatal Phantom: Ghost Butterfly Chapter 43 years ago in Sci-Fi More Like This
Fenton shined his light upon the ghosts as he shook in fear and began hyperventilating. They stalked slowly toward him, moaning gibberish to each other. The teen pressed his back as hard as he could against the wood, barely able to hold the flashlight in his quivering hand. He stared frantically from one ghost to the other, unable to form a clear thought. What do they want?
He suddenly remembered the camera hanging around his neck. Fenton fumbled it in his hand, pointed it toward the ghosts, and pressed the button. But he apparently had pressed the wrong one; the camera made a low winding down sound, then folded itself into a tight box the size of a wallet.
Fenton gasped loudly and attempted to pry it open, smacking the side with his palm and shaking it violently, but it wouldn't budge, "No no no no no! Not now!"
He looked back up just in time to see one of the ghosts swinging his sickle down at him. Fenton barely managed to duck in time, the sharp tip embedded in the gat

"Uh," came Matthew, sleepily. "When did you become my mother, again? Just go to bed if you're tired. I'll see you in the morning and stuff."
Gilbert pursed his lips together, willing himself no to catch the yawns his roommate was spewing. Finally, he sighed, crossing his arms over his chest.
" Want me to carry you?"

It was an eerie, cold sight, like nothing they'd ever seen before. The sky was a dark, subdued indigo, nothing like the bright sky of the human world or the ghost zone. Clouds drifted slowly in front of the moon, not a single star shining. The sight of the village itself gave the boys shivers, just as dark and lifeless as a graveyard. The only light being from dimly lit paper lanterns and torches, which did little more than cast shadows against the old buildings. The air was cold and heavy, cold like a chill winter morning, yet there was no mist upon their breath, nor chills against their skin.
The pair stared in silence, neither sure what to say next. Words didn't need to be exchanged between them to know how frightened each other was. Phantom's words had set the scene a bit it too well, it did indeed look like a lost village, trapped in time. But just where was this village?
Fenton finally broke the silence, the only real question he could form, "W-what do you mean? 'The lost village

It had been two years since Danny and his ghost side separated from one body, but it didn't feel like it had been that long. People treated them so differently now; the Fenton family had gained another son, though some say only by appearance. Since there were now two Danny's, they couldn't very well call them both by the same name. Their birth son was still called Danny, and their new ghost son was simply called Phantom. It felt demeaning somehow, only acknowledging him as a ghost rather than a boy with a real name. But he just brushed it off most of the time; after all, there couldn't really be two Danny's in the same household, right? But between the pair, they referred to each other as Fenton and Phantom; it had a nice ring to it, though they did call each other Danny on rare occasions. Jazz was really the only other person who picked up their names they gave each other, honoring their decision to call themselves that.

Janet shivered in the cold and buttoned her coat as she headed for home. It had been a long, rough day at the warehouse she worked at and she just wanted to go home and get off her aching feet. She followed the same road she'd walked every night for three months and didn't think anything of what little light there was from the streetlights that were on the verge of burning out.
A train passed loudly overhead on old tracks that should have been torn down years ago, yet were somehow left standing. The screeching and grinding of the metal would have been nearly deafening to most people, but Janet had lived in this area for so long that she could even sleep through it. She sidestepped a puddle from a dripping drain runoff from one of the tall apartment buildings of this shantytown. Her footsteps echoed loudly against the walls as she walked, amplified by the lonely feeling around her.
As the train disappeared and the air was still once more, there came a very quiet sound, a distressed soun

Madre and Padre?Miguel always felt awkward when near a church. He wasn't one to shun faith or push it away entirely, as Tulio always seemed bent on doing - he was completely open to the concept, despite the trials that life had thrown at him. No, the reason he felt awkward was simply because he felt he felt he was tarnishing the place. People like him and Tulio weren't generally welcomed at such establishments, so they steered clear if they could help it, just to avoid any trouble. But steering clear could be damn hard when it was the coldest, wettest winter night you'd seen for some time, and you had an armful of heavy groceries. A situation like that can make the usually cold and intimidating exterior of a church look warm and inviting.
