Upon malodorous rapture of orphaned darkness,
eternal melancholy becomes twisted and hollow
In the severed reflections of sanguine shadows,
we will drown in ruby tears of pain and sorrow
Whispers of odium seep gently into my dreams...
The Raven lingers in solemn clouds dark as coal
My blood surges like a chorus of bitter requiem
And my lips the anathema of your dying soul
Dark lust hums like a cold tide of weeping voices
Perfumed in ash & bone, hallucinations imbue
Blood soaked robes hang from my slender bride,
shimmering like scarlet threads under ebon skies
After sable petals fall upon my beloved's grave,
there will dwell but ravaged winds of lonely cries
O' Witch of mine, dark'n dreary, forsake me not
In a sombre kiss, veiled in falls of ambient pitch,
we drift into the renaissance of the Falling...
ever dreaming and bathing in the poetry of death
In the web of mortality demons haunt & undress,
Deep in the gloaming, I beseech thy last breath
My thirst seeth

Poison panted as he ran through the alleyways between the buildings of the second zone, stopping next to the one he'd guessed his savior had been on top of to shoot from that odd angle. He walked around looking for a door, pulling out his ray gun to take a look at it to try and survey the damage done to it.
The creaking of a hinge interrupted his thoughts. Red and black hair, bright red jacket- it was exactly who he'd thought it had been that had saved him. She hadn't paid an

My mystical marionette,
Wood of your chest heaving with pain,
My dear delicate Rosette.
It's ok to go,
Though I know I'll be left alone.
I should never have brought life
To a thing void of flesh and bones.
Thank you for bringing me joy
When I thought I could feel nothing,
Who knew there could be so much soul
Dancing beneath a string.
But you don't need to be here anymore,
Holding on while I hold your burning core,
Petting at the synthetic strands of your puppet hair
And gazing into your button eyes of despair.
I should have told you oil spills,
I should have told you fire burns;
A lesson no one should ever
Have to learn.
The furnace is hot my child,
The furnace is hot...
It'll hurt quite a lot my child,
It'll hurt quite a lot...
Now let go and rest your tired head.
Close your eyes to the glowing red.
Just listen to me sing
A hymn for the body dying.

Killjoys 05 Flames and Revenge"Where the fuck is it?" The heavy shelf crashed to the ground as she shoved it with just one push, just to get behind it. Its contents spilt all over the floor, some things even being smashed beyond repair but it seemed to be the least of her concerns. Getting down on her hands and knees she ran her fingers through the dust and dirt that had been revealed, searching for something. She smashed her fist into the steel wall, the sound echoing all around her but she ignored it despite that the punch had made her wrist practically crumble from the blow. She was covered in dirt and grime from head to toe and the room behind her looked like the scene of a crime with how she'd destroyed it. She'd been searching all night long and didn't plan on giving it up at this point even though it was well into the morning. She pulled off her jacket and dug through her pockets again just to double check that the missing item wasn't in there. When had she last had it? She couldn't quite remember.Killjoys 05 Flames and Revenge3 years ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This
CursedThe clock of the city hall struck ten. People who were still at work hurried up to be done with their tasks, a few cars were going from a side to another and there was no people walking down the street. Everyone was sleeping in their warms beds, having a pleasant rest. It was the perfect moment to strike, and she knew it. The teenager stood up, rubbed her hands and walked out of the power station. She usually didn’t care about the time when she thought of looking for prisoners, but she had to admit that night made things much easier, and quite fun. Not making any noise, she walked towards the city nearby, down a hill. Wind took some scents, some sounds which made her smile… the scent of thousands of cells awaiting her to be opened, the screams of desperate people begging her to come to them. The teenager had an urge of arriving soon, but she decided to think a bit who she would set free first.Cursed10 months ago in Short Stories More Like This

Everyone is walking out the door,
I don't have a clue.
It makes me wonder,
about all the bad talk that could be going on.
If they bad talk the so called better people,
it makes me wonder all the bad they say about me.
What do they call me?
A bad friend? When I'm always there.
Desperate? When I only like one guy.
A downer? When I hide sadness around everyone.
A big mouth? When I listen to problems and not talk about mine.
These people are what I call "friends",

Luckily I still have a few friends,
that will help me to the end.

You yearn anyway
As your heart races with their nearness
As you find the courage

To take a breath and look up into the eyes
That you yearn to watch you
That you wish to see you in the light you see them
You close your eyes
Take another breath
And whisper the words

Glass Heart 39 Love Comforting sleep only lasted for a mere hour or two before the nightmares started. Scarlett tossed and turned throughout the remainder of the night, riddled with bad dreams manifested by overwhelming guilt and fear of the future. Each time she woke up, she found Tony’s arms still around her and considered she could find sleep. He was warm, and each time she fidgeted to try and ease up the tension building from her nightmares, he tightened his grip on her.Glass Heart 39 Love1 year ago in Introductions & Chapters More Like This

Ran blinked his multi-colored eyes open in confusion when he heard a soft vibrating sound come from the other side of the room. He was about to sit up and investigate, when he heard the light "tap, tap, tap" of fingers hitting a keyboard. He then assumed Hisoka had received a late-night text message. He rolled his eyes in frustration and pulled the blankets over his head, letting his eyes closed again. He heard another vibration, followed by that same tapping sound. Once again, he attempted to sleep once more, when there was another vibration.
He grew frustrated and pulled the blankets down slightly, subtly rolling over so as not to alarm his roommate and peered at his through narrowed eyes. His raven-haired companion looked disheveled in the soft glow of his cell phone, and the luminescent light turned his skin a ghostly white color, revealing small bags under his eyes, and blood-shot sclera. He honestly appeared to be a mess, in the raven's opinion. Not to mention his mess

A Lesson about ToleranceTolerance is something that is important to just come along with each other. Not only in internet, but in real life as well.A Lesson about Tolerance4 years ago in Philosophical More Like This
We all faced in our lives situations in which someone hurt our feelings, or tried to change something about us. When facing such situations, we ask ourselves, why people do such things? Well, I want to explain it to you and hope, that this will get you a better understanding for how important it is to tolerate each other.
How I came up with the subject:
I read the journal of a very close friend of mine and she wrote about her teachers. First she is getting ignored by one, another one is just never pleased and another one told her to quit drawing manga and try comic instead...
Okay, first people might just say 'teachers are stupid, ignore them!' but then again I had to think about my own time in school... and not only in school, but in my private life as well and it keeps bugging me so I just need to write this off.
I always came along greatly with my teachers, be

We would cower in holes like tiny rats whilst our parents acted strong
The Dragon would burn our homes away and all would turn to dust and ash
Our entire lives would be swallowed up! In a single crimson flash...
It used to be a time of darkness, where a man would live in constant fear
Yet we have found a special way, to protect the lives that we hold dear

A group of our honoured champions, who will slay the beasts we hate!
Now they ride for the Volcanic Wastes where the Dragon call has sounded!

It's dark all dark no light to be found.
I desperately call out a name,
But I hear no one's voice but my own.
And I hear an echo, but nothing else.
Who am I calling out?
It sounds like a name, a boy name.
Who is it?
Suddenly, a chilly voice that sounds a boy version of my own responds:
"You took my life in mother's womb!"
"You're a murderer!"
"I should have been the one to live!"
It's his voice again
It's the boy from my dreams that looks just like me.
My twin who wants me dead
But he doesn't exist!
I clutch my ears and fall into a fetal position on the ground.
But the voice keeps getting louder, my hands can't block it out.
I start to spiral down, faster and faster,
Until he gives me his final message:
"The world would be much better off if I had lived and you died."
My vision turns into cracking glass.
Suddenly, it shatters into pieces and the shards begin to fall.
But if you see closely enough,
On every glass shard,
Is the name of a person I hold dear.

Because I will always be kind of broken
So this is me trying to undo what you have done
Maybe this has happened to me for a reason

That I don't need vengeance
All you have is a life that is ready to break
All you know is how to reap the innocent's faith
All you will ever have is a mind full of guilt, and it's so ready to cave
All you will ever know are the faces of the past, every single one crying in vain

I pulled my head and a load of flailing clothes out of the dryer. "Oh no, sweetie, you're kidding!" I followed the cold draft to the open door. Buford was standing at the bottom of the steps, tears welling up in his blue, seven-year-old eyes. He pointed to the spot where his Jack-o-Lantern used to sit.
My own heart sunk to the spidery frost formations on the steps. He was a timid kid, Buford. He was fiercely intelligent, and he took pride in his work, but he got discouraged easily.
His grin had been so unreserved last night when he had shown Bret and I the lop-sided cackle of his Jack-o-Lantern, his bright little face smudged with the orange-yellow juice and webs of pumpkin guts still trailing from his elbows and fingers. It had been a project of many hours of scooping and carving and even more drawing and redrawing the perfect face. It was his second one this year.
