Damn!
what a project :faint:
not because of the model itself
it is not very hard
more because of the sidework of the "Papercraft Tutorial" where is use this model for ^^;

to build this model and more to show you how i build it, make this model to something very special :meow:
and i hope you will enjoy building Gomamon as much as i did

About the Model:
the model comes on 10 pages, with 117 pieces and is about 20cm high

the sheets don't contain the hair
even it was a pain in the ass to peel all the wool in the right direction, is was quite funny (and a huge mess :D )
but trust me and you can see it in the Tutorial
to build all this triangles, i guess it wouldn't make fun :aww:

in my case i use colored sheep wool to build the hair, but you can also use paper, cardboard, plush, felt or whatever
it's hair, it don't look always the same ;P

About the Package:
The download package contains as always
three pdo files
one with folding lines and texture (lined)
one without folding lines and texture (lineless)
and one white with folding lines (white)

also the same as Adobe Reader PDF's
and also the original textures

if you have any problems ore questions
feel free to ask :)

to download the model
click on the download button on the right side
you can thank dA for, that i can't write the direct link anymore

some word to the bloggers

and the most important thing

Behold, the long-overdue articuno! Do you know how old this is? This is way back when I first started with paperpokes. Except back then, it was a typical ripped pose. Recently, I revamped articuno, fixing textures and changing the pose drastically, adding a few more polys to the tail so it curves with increased fluidity.

I figured I should upload this photo montage. The model is by me, but the build and photos are from Destro2k, who has been awesome in building these guys and sending the photos and improvements over.

Gigimon is available for download over at Papermon.

here we go
Devimon in it's dark pride :evillaugh:

man, it was not easy, specially the fingers are tough
i tried to build the model with round shapes but for the fingers it doesn't work at all
(i'm also not really the professional at this technique ^^; )
but i'm very happy with the result
it's a really cool model and i wanna thank :iconz8-0: for letting me build this :)

you can download the model at digipapermon.blogspot.com

:iconvictorydanceplz: :icondweebdanceplz: :iconcarameldansenplz: oh yeah
big mecha dragon :icontardboogieplz: :iconlawooplz: :dummy:
this Digimon has a long story
i had this model meanwhile since a really long time
but wasn't able again to edit the mesh
so i was again happy that this time :iconmichelcfk: MichelCFK started the work
but as i ask him when he will start with it, he told me that there is so many stuff inside the mesh, that it is impossible to build :'(
and if i could try to build it
so i started the work and i can tell you, it was more like a pain in the ass to remove the mesh and collissions
it was really confusing and i still have a lot of shitty faces in the sheets
so do not wonder that there are some triangles at the grey zone ;P

anyway, after a lot long nights i finally can give you Wargrowlmon back
i hope you like it ;)

the model itself isn't really that hard as it may look
it has just other dimensions ^^;

build the lower torso, lower arms (blades and claws) and shoulders seperated
combine the shoulders and the head with the pages 28 and 29
and continue to the chest
when you are done you can combine lower and upper torso with each other

for the other stuff
how to add the antenna or how the claws are working
please take a look at the building process gallery
i explain everything there

if you still have any questions
feel free and ask me anytime :w00t:
you can also ask me over facebook in my Profile
www.facebook.com/Destro2ksCraftingbox ;P

file description:
the file contains as always three pdo files
one with texture and folding lines
one with texture and without folding lines
and one white version with folding lines

so you need the Pepakura Viewer what you can get "here"

all three pdo's are not protected
so if you have the Designer, you can edit the sheets in the way you want :)

the package also includes the original texture
and a few screenshots what i used
specially for the hair :)

model description:
the model is really huge this time and comes on 47 pages with 350 pieces
and is 50cm tall, 45cm width and has also a depth with about 45cm
but the cool thing
it stands without any weight in the legs :D
i would count the difficult level this time at 7/10

to download the model
just click on download above on the right side
(i can't link the link anymore, dA generate a stupid url :( )

My attempt at making this model: [link]

It is Gabumon from Digimon. It was pretty hard for me seeing as I did it without lines or instructions. I actually left out some pieces because I couldn't figure out where to put them. I am hoping you can't really tell though. :)

You have no idea how hard it was to make this picture.

1. The frickin crafts are ENORMOUS!
2. there's not a big enough piece of paper to make them both fit

I had to get o pieces of each color, and put them both together to get the background.

Nevermind that, i need to scale these down anyways. They are too big.

Both of these designed and built by :iconsabi996: AKA me :P

Will be released sometime on [link]

Please check out my first made from scratch video [link]

Also please comment :D ....

Guilmon is ready! When I said posable before, by the way; I meant that you build his parts separately, then glue hm together in the pose you prefer. But I'm sure creative crafters could stick something through him and truly make him posable.

what you see here is not only the evolution tree of Guilmon
it shows also my own evolution after three years of papercrafting :)

from Guilmon, one of my first papercrafts, where i used the lined sheets and doubled-tape
to Gigimon what i build still with scored folding lines
over Jyarimon, where i tested out the shaded crafting method
up to Growlmon, a really great model what i build for the digipapermon blog

and finally Wargrowlmon, my very own model (and the biggest *bleh* ;P )
what i build from ground base (except the 3d mesh)
and when i look at this picture
i defenitly know why i'm doing this
is there something cooler then this? :D

and for all Digimon fans
yeah, i know it's not the whole tree
but
i didn't said that i'm done here :D
