So much furrrrr~ its pattern is not exactly consistent throughout but whatevs; I'm glad I resisted the urge to give up half-way through xD Anyway; All-'round this was very fun to paint and it taught me alot about detail lvls -aaand I'm so happy with the colors! It's getting more and more easy to pick the right shades with every picture

Up next on my To-Do-List are two paintings (one from September, one from March) which I really want to finish before the autumn holidays...but I also wanna do an animation. And a short comic. First of (currently) 8 roughly same-size speedpaints, done for color practice. It was a bit frustration in the beginning stages (trying to fit the Idol and the creek on the canvas) but otherwise very enjoyable -especially because it's a nice break from the endless fur-painting in my last pieces xD
Maybe I'll do some other scenes from the game, it's so inspirational. c:

A Summer's Day

_{Gift for my dear friend ~Kerixai, her fursona Leeeee enjoying the summer sun.

I actually started this back in December, had it planned as a christmas gift -but you know how it goes: school, no energy for art; out of sight out of mind. HOWEVER between studying for the A-lvls and wasting time on the net, I made it my mission for the easter holidays to finish up all WIPS and open trades -and it's lookin' good so far, 2 done, 3 to go! The entire process has been capped so instead of going on a lengthy rant about shiny overlay layers and dust particles here, I'll (probably) just post a walkthrough of sorts in the near future -if there's any interest in that from you guys. C:
