ParaNorman - Going With A Fight - Chapter 7"Alright, where is he?" Shrall demanded, looking around the room. "You better have a good explanation for making us come here instead, Sheera." Demar growled, looking around the house. "Oh, don't get your hood in a knot." Sheera snapped her fingers, and in an instant Norman appeared, fainted. "There you are, boys." Sheera smirked, gesturing to Norman. "Free for corruption. Seems as though we won't need Courtney after all " she shrugged. "Yes, it seems so " Shrall nodded, then turned to Demar. "Bring her back." He ordered. "How about you bring Ombre too? I'd just love to see how he reacts when he sees that the twerp lost." Sheera smirked evilly, hoping they'd buy it. "You can't tell me what to-" "Demar!" Shrall interrupted him sharply. "Just do as she says, it won't kill you." He growled. Demar murmured something under his breath as he started up his spell.
Sheera tried her best to avoid glancing at the door that lead to the basement. She was hoping that if Norman - the REAL N

Coraline looked out the car window, bored. Her parents had to go on a business trip to some place called Blithe Hollow, but she didn't really know why or what it was for exactly. Since they didn't trust her at the house alone (especially after what they called 'The Snow globe Incident') and they both had to go, she was dragged along for the trip as well. Her mother, Mel, glanced back at her as she heard yet another sigh from Coraline. "You're overreacting, Coraline. This'll be fun!" Mel said in a cheery voice, trying to cheer up her daughter. "Yeah, right " Coraline replied gloomily. Mel smiled faintly at her daughter, then turned forward again. "The people here look nice " she tried again. Coraline examined the crowd that was walking around the street. "They look like normal people to me " she sighed, unimpressed.
That's when Coraline's gaze went to a boy walking down the sidewalk. She lifted her head off of he

Coraline ran to the hotel room as fast as she could. When she got there, her parents were getting ready to leave. The text they had sent had said that they were going out to eat and they wanted her back so she could get ready. "So where are we going to eat?" Coraline asked as she got ready. "Well, this kind woman invited us to eat at her place to make us feel welcome in town." Mel answered. "Now don't take too long getting ready. We don't want to keep them waiting!"
Soon they were all in the car heading for the house they were eating at. "Who are we eating with, anyway?" Coraline asked. "The Babcock's, Coraline. They're a very nice family!" Charlie answered. I'll be the judge of that! Coraline thought, smirking to herself.
Once they got to the house and they were out of the car, they went up and knocked on the door. After a few seconds, someone came down and swung the door open with a raised eyebrow. Coraline and the boy gasped simulta
ParaNorman Fanfic - Norman's LifeCourtney had been waiting excitedly to see her baby sibling ever since her mother told her that she was going to have one. She had gone out of her way and done extra chores around the house so that Sandra could relax while she was pregnant. When her mother had woken up in the middle of the night screaming, Courtney had immediately panicked and rushed into her parents room to check on them. Her parents were both getting out of bed and her father was putting a coat on Sandra. Courtney tried to ask them what was going on, but Perry just told her to stay at the house with Grandma. Once they were gone, Courtney's eyes widened in realization and she smiled brightly. "I'm gonna be a sister!"ParaNorman Fanfic - Norman's Life3 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
When Perry came home alone, Courtney had immediately begun to panic. "Where's mommy? Is she ok? What happened?" she asked frantically. "Oh, don't worry, Courtney. I'm sure everything's fine." Grandma assured. Courtney looked back at her dad, worry in her eyes. "Your Grandmother's right. Mommy just needs t

"Looks like she found your little doll."
"Yes, the vermin showed it to her " the Other Mother came up to the Blithe Hollow Witch, who was staring intently at a crystal orb. "She's going to warn him." The Witch pointed out, unimpressed. "He would've found out eventually anyways. Besides, it's already served its purpose." The Other Mother snapped her fingers, and in an instant the Norman doll flew in through the open window, landing in the Other Mother's hands. "Thanks to your spell, of course." She added, tossing the doll aside as it started to glow. "Now we just have to get them here." "And what luck that the snake took away his memory." The Witch smirked. "Oh, if only she had taken Coraline's as well." The Other Mother sighed, pouting. "Perhaps she will." The Witch pointed out. "We just have watch and wait."
" I'd show you the doll, but I left it back at the mansion." Coraline finished explaining. "Conside

Norman had eventually gone back to his room to get some rest, but even though she tried, Coraline couldn't do the same. She didn't want to have another nightmare, and that was for a few reasons. First off was the fact that it was after all a nightmare, and no one enjoys those. Second was that she didn't Norman to worry about her again. She found it a little unnecessary, really. He was already nervous about the house, and he didn't need to be up all night worrying about her as well. So Coraline decided that the safest option was to stay awake. Luckily she didn't feel all that tired anymore anyways.
After lying in bed for a while thinking, she decided to explore the room a little. She didn't find much, though. That is, until she got to the closet. It creaked open, and at first she saw nothing. That is, until she looked down. There was a fain green glow, small and barely noticeable, coming from underneath some boxes. She moved the boxes a

Norman suddenly jolted awake, staring at his bed sheets. He lifted his head up a little and turned to look at his clock. Midnight. What had woken him up this late? He couldn't remember if he had a bad dream or if it was something else, but after a moment or two he decided it didn't really matter, so he tried to go back to sleep. It didn't work.
He tried everything he could think of, but for some reason he couldn't go back to sleep. After awhile he had enough and screamed into his pillow in annoyance. He took the pillow off his head and started looking around the room for more options. "There has to be something else "
When he looked forward, a gleam of light caught his eye, making him blink rapidly and put his hand up in front of the gleam to cover his eyes. He glanced under his hand slightly to see that there was something across from his bed. He raised an eyebrow and got out of bed, trying to get a better look at what it was

Norman felt bad for lying. Sure, he barely knew this girl, but still. He didn't want his ghost friends to feel like they meant nothing to him. They were already ignored by everyone else, they didn't need the one person who could actually see and talk to them to be ignoring them, too. He was taken out of his thoughts when the girl spoke up yet again. "Anyway " she started. "My name's Coraline. What's yours?" Coraline extended a hand to him, waiting for him to shake it. He hesitated, then shook her hand her question. "Norman." He answered the question simply. "Well, then " They let go of each other's hands as she continued. "Nice to meet you, Norman!"
He smiled at her, about to return the comment when he suddenly heard one of his ghost friends, the pilot, yell at another ghost, who ended up being Mr Pranderghast. Norman turned slightly to face them, giving a 'What on earth are you doing?!' look to them both. "Sorry 'bout that, N
