Dear Cosplayers...I wanted to let you know that I've made spoonflower account here:Dear Cosplayers...2 years ago in Personal More Like This

Spoonflower is a website where you can upload and print your design on a fabric of your choice. I was VERY impressed by the quality of this service O_O And for the perfect fabric, well.. it's cheap!
For a personnal use, I've started to reproduce (adding some little changes because of copyrights problems ) but I was wondering if some of you would maybe want to commission me a fabric design so I can upload it and make it available for you on spoonflower? It's not easy to make a pattern loop correctly but it's quite funny to make
Here are some example of what I've already done:
Controversial OpinionsYou know, sometimes having opinions can make you feel like no one else shares your views, especially if your views aren't being widely vocalized around you. Case in point: It's just been announced that J.J.Abrams will be directing Star Wars 7, and the internet is raging with butthurt about how shitty Abrams is, making over abundant lens flare jokes, and bemoaning the reboot of Star Trek in the process.Controversial Opinions1 year ago in Personal More Like This
Thing is... I like J.J.Abrams. I liked LOST (despite it's shitty/rushed ending). I liked Super 8. I liked Cloverfield. I even enjoyed the recent Star Trek reboot and am looking forward to the sequel. I never had a problem with lens flares or noticed them being over used. And I think overall Abrams has made a fairly consistent batch of quality movies, which is a amazing considering how many directors flip flop between great and shitty.
But I can't often come right out and say that sort of thing because when I do I get attacked for having an opinion that runs counter to the vast majority o

Most people join deviantart because they have some sort of artistic skill to share with the world, and find other people with similar interests and skills. Same thing happens when you go to college for your specific trade. Everyone you meet there does the same thing you do. Spending a number of years in college and on websites devart and tumblr can leave the impression that all of your peers are just like you. You make a lot of friends with the same talent. I'm a digital artist and know many others~

On August 25, 2012, Kojima Productions Podcast member Ken Mendoza and Chris Johns, his sidekick, revealed that Metal Gear series' 25th Anniversary announcement will "shake up" the video game industry.
Kojima tweeted an image of the set up of the stage of the 25th Anniversary Event on August 29, with the Metal Gear Solid Facebook page later posting the image contained in his tweet on 5:15 PM the same day. In addition, Kojima also planned to do autographs of limited edition posters relating to the 25th Anniversary event at the PAX event on September 1, which the Facebook page announced on August 28 at 3:42 PM.
They eventually showed a teaser and demo for the game. Several comments from the demo posted on twitter also hint that the crawling mechanic returns after its absence in Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. In additi

DN: From the Ashes 1Prompt 73 -- LightDN: From the Ashes 16 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
The report Watari handed him silently on the morning of January 21st, 2004 read simply: Beyond Birthday heart attack. After several minutes of staring at the neatly printed words, L lowered the report onto his desk, slowly, before shifting his focus to the young man sitting a mere six feet away.
Light glanced away from his computer monitor and caught Ls gaze, offering one of those kindhearted smiles that L had trouble deciding whether or not were fake. L closed his teeth around the pad of his thumb and quickly looked away, a dozen new thoughts rushing through his mind all related to one central theory.
Prompt 1 -- Beginnings
In the beginning, there was only darkness; blissful darkness, perfect darkness darkness not unlike the beautiful black void of his eyes. His. The one he would one day try to mimic and even strive surpass.

Silent Hill 2 : The Official Novel
By Sadamu Yamashita
Translated by Lady Ducky
Sometimes I wonder: does he really think we're here? In his mind, we are nothing but a fabrication. For him, that is nothing but a reality. And he's happy there. Nevertheless, we are in our reality. For him, there is nothing but pain in this world. What will we have to do to pull him back?
"It looks kinda like milk."
Laura's face stretched into a smile. She began to laugh as her bright, enamel-white teeth peeked from behind her small lips. The town was shrouded in a thick fog that blurred everything into white, as if she were in some sort of magical land. Sometimes Laura liked to think that some scatterbrained god had carelessly dropped his cup and spilled his morning milk all over the place. The mysterious atmosphere could be a sign that there were fai
Socially AwkwardI like the internet, but I acknowledge that it's not perfect. The ability for everyone to be the invisible man allows for a lot of injustice, bullying, harassment, and stalking to take place. This is slowly starting to change, however, thanks to every website gradually forcing people to link to their facebook (or other social media equivalent) accounts. No one wants to lose their personal social outlets as a result of the stuff they were doing elsewhere on the web, if you know what I mean. But... with all good things there are some bad things.Socially Awkward1 year ago in Personal More Like This
I don't know if it's just me, but I'm getting really creeped out how by how much everything is getting connected these days. Nearly every website asks me to post about stuff on facebook or twitter or reddit or whatever. Many websites don't even have personal accounts anymore and just have you link your social media accounts instead. And all of them want to update everyone on your every move 24/7.
And that's what's bothering me. I don't want every

THE ART BOOK: PHASE 2 HAS BEEN PRINTED OUT!
For those of you who don't know, we created an "Art Book" for the purpose of giving to Vic Mignogna which he LOVED. After it was given, we got a LOT more members and decided it would be alright to create a 2nd Art Book. Thus the Art Book Phase 2 was born. lol
Here's the video!! I will take pictures in not too long so that you will all get a better look at the pages. Sorry that my shirt is riding a little low, I need to pay more attention. O.o

How To Not Be a Jerk...on the internet. Gonna keep this simple and to the point. How To Not Be a Jerk2 years ago in Personal More Like This
Do not call someone names or speak ill of them to others. If they did something wrong and you want to do something about it, talk to them privately.
If that doesn't work, just ignore them.
Guess what? Blocking works. Block someone if they're upsetting you and you aren't able to handle it.
If you find someone who has 'bad art' in your standards, don't comment on their art/page/journal about how bad their art is. Instead, click off their page.
If the 'bad' artist is asking for feedback, make sure it's constructive. If you mention that their anatomy is bad, explain how they can fix it. Try to mention something that they're doing good at as well. Be positive.
Do not talk shit about someone behind their back, no matter how bad your day was, or whatever other bullshit excuse you have. There's always a chance they could find your shit comment if you'
contest entry- Broken BlossomsFor a long time, Mary Sunderland simply sat in her hospital bed, staring out the window. Outside of St. Jerome's the trees swayed in the wind, lazy and careless. The wind was warm, she figured, unable to actually venture out into it to see. There was a sense of pitiful weakness in the fact that all she could do was lie in bed and stare at the things around her. There was a vase of now-wilting flowers on the table beside her bed, flowers James had brought to her. It made her sad to think of the way she had treated him the last time he had come to visit, nearly a week ago.contest entry- Broken Blossoms3 years ago in Fan Fiction More Like This
"He only wants to make me happy," she thought forlornly, staring hard at pink tulips (her favorite, trust James to know that) that were beginning to dry up, their beautiful petals curling in on themselves. When they had first been placed there they had been healthy and vibrant, full of life and color but now time had taken its toll, and they were little more than dying, faded reminders of what they had once been
