I walked lonely and lonely on a silent street
Saw empty benches where dear ones meet
Underneath were impressions of invisible feet
Tenderly touched by the cool breeze
Heartily greeted by nodding trees
Oh! I was like a guest to a land of love and peace
The daffodils in yellow
Looked up and said hello!
I was standing in a meadow
Basking in The heavenly glow
Eternal bliss as far as the mind could go
Like an enchanted audience in a cardist's show.
The leaves so mesmerizing like the spades of cards
My joy now equivalent to the thirteen hearts
Clear water falling like diamonds
I felt like the queen of my club ready to commence
I was in my world, my world of pleasure
Wanting to keep this safe, safe as a treasure
My mind was fresh and pleased
Wanting this tranquility never to cease
But, the silence didn't last for long
As it was broken by another dawn
This happiness and serenity in my world of fantasy
A paradox it is, in the world of reality.

A word can say it all
but there are some subtle moments in life
that doesn't require it at all
Packed with love, you gift your daughter
your heart wants it to say, that you love her
She might take it with a sigh
or with a glitter in the eye
either way, you got the reply.
When the string of friendship gets a knot
it's hard to say what happens to the heart
you want to talk to her, you try to look at her
when she looks away, you get the answer
you are hurt, sad that you did something bad
A tight warm hug from your mother
tells what you have not what you had.
You and your brother get into a fight
you yell, shout, throw tantrums, run out of sight
you sit, weeping at a corner all through the night
when he comes and sits right next to you,
you know everything's alright.
You want to talk to him, you want to tell him
how you feel and how you have felt
he looks at you, gives a cute smile
that itself makes your heat melt
You wanna prove yourself, want to show who you a

My heart skips a beat, like a skipping stone,
It's a rush.
It's like moonlight. To fade away,
it takes a word that's longer than a while
sweet as the sound of a chime
like the words of a poem that rhyme.
like soft rose petals. I'm taking dips
in the ocean of your talk.
when you walk that walk.
freezes time, oh, I can write a book.
the only one I see now.

Parted without any goodbyes…
falling from the highs
fresh and beautiful!
Just falling freely, with no rule….
All those eyes watching,
see a bright smile, and sing,
"wonderful, delightful, how free!"
The real truth can anyone see?
As it dropped off the leaf,
all eyes gone and solitaire engulfed it's belief
of someone to understand,
that there's a frown behind that smile
None stretched their hand, let it dissolve in the sand
the dew drop's worth just lasted a while…
nobody to understand the story
of the one that lost it's melody,
waiting to be freed from melancholy:
The song of the one, who's lonely…

Sound of the heart beat.
Gentle tapping of the feet.
Fingers clicking, hands clapping;
slop, drip, drop of the maid mopping.
Honks and horns of cars and vehicles,
kisses and licks on ice-creams and popsicles.
Theres no need for strings
for a heart that sings.
Everything has a beat, tune and rhythm
life is a movie on mute, without them!

Im standing in a crowd,
My eyes taking me around like a cloud.
To the right- a woman in a tutu swirling
I wasnt the only one, fifty others were watching, enjoying!
How did she get all that attention? Mere dance?
Or did she cast a spell to steal a glance?
To the left- My ears then distracted me-
To the sound of a child laughing uncontrollably.
How does this innocence exist in this world of cruelty?
How can he smile like that? How can he be so carefree?
Now to the left my sight caught hers
Beautiful, blue-green windows to the universe!
Beautiful, eccentric, exotic pair of eyes,
Why dont I own such powerful lens that can see through lies?
I then look ahead, a group of friends
Lost in their own world of fun and contend.
They are true to themselves, never have to pretend
Because thats their world right there, the beginning, the end.
Im surrounded by people, people happier and better than me,
Why dont i have that?
Her skill, his innocence, their bond,

A path of stardom upon which chosens tread.
Danger of a poisonous apple to be fed
to an uncrowned beauty whose lips tell a tale unsaid.
The wall inside his head,
With imagination it is all set to be painted.
Imagination lit by the color-Red.
The depths of the ocean that can never be seen through
An open mind like the limitless sky, flying in freedom found new.
Of the beauty that lies in her eyes, she had no clue.
The wall inside his head ready to be born anew,
to unravel the mysteries that it held-the color blue.
Darkness, negativity, engulfed the sad sack.
So lonely, no one to catch her when she falls back.
But there is another face to this, that should not be held back.
Elegance, simplicity and beauty in those locks of hair falling on her bare back.
The wall inside his head says, "Explore! Experiment, with the most versatile of all" -the color black.
Peace, purity, everything that is right.
The moon in the night, pearls and diamonds sparkling in sunl

As her hands stretched, her heart eased.
As her feet rose up, her mind drifted away as it pleased.
As she hopped and gracefully ran across the room,
Then constrained, now free; she saw herself bloom!
As she turned and as it transformed into a piqué ,
She felt all her dreams coming closer, she saw her way.
As she leaped with her legs and arms open wide
She finally broke free and stepped to the other side!
As her elegant body struck the final pose,
Her head was up in pride, as millions rose.
Dance was not just a profession, but passion that she chose.

I don't care if you insult me,
Do I need your opinion?

I don't care if you tell me to go to hell,
I'll only see you down there.

I am not soft, I am not mild.
I am the darkest creature, the Angel of Death.
I am the blackest of shadows.
The sickest mind, and the most twisted of souls.
I am he that spills innocent blood in the snow,
I am hate, I am greed and control.
A soul so black it quenches light,
My clothes stained red, no longer white.
I devour flesh with only words.
No need for guns, no need for swords.
My skin is hideous
my eyes constantly wander
but still they're focused
your happiness, I will squander.
I am the evilest creature, the bringer of death.
I am the darkness personified.
The ugliest mind, the most twisted truth.
I am he that has dead bodies quantified.
I devour flesh with only words.
Your plea for justice? Completely absurd.
My soul's so black, it will destroy the Light,
My clothes stained red, no longer white.

Love shining in the the East,
and Tender touch of council
ensuring the rest in the South.
And indelible truth and hope enveloping the West.
A living being could ask for nothing more.
For all you give, and nothing that you take,
For all the sacrifices you make
and for all that you put in stake.
Between dreams and reality,
I avail my imagination
to express my never dying gratitude.
For you, dear mother, are, my World.

let it sting with it's truth
start to comfort you with it's twisting metaphors
I have yet to leave this serene lake of words
Ripples turning into voices
spoken with enough force to push me under
make me gasp for breath as the lines finish
Poetry becomes us
becomes love and hate
souls holding on to anything that's left
My hands glide across the water
feeling it's pulse
the beat of a heart romanticizing and utilizing the words
we have learned to make
Fading into an ever-lasting tremor
the tremble you hear when emotion becomes too much
Waiting in the pause
silence before the question
that one question that you know will haunt you
Hold the air in your lungs
the waters grasp has slipped
from around your chest
Breathe while you can
before the grip of a poets tongue
can pull you under once again

Deceived, confused and abandoned;
A state that cannot be mended.
He stood there looking into his past, he then closed his eyes,
saw his big brother walk right into his demise.
"Such a selfish act to be carried out by my selfless big brother? So unfair!!!
Written off, forgotten, why didn't anybody care?
Hatred ran through his veins,
Anger and despair tied his heart in chains.
His heart rusted and was soon as cold as winter,
Rage took over and turned him into a sinner!
He sliced and destroyed everything in his way,
He caused bloodshed and sorrow, night and day!
As he saw his sword dripping blood,
He also saw his eyes burning in flames
Of hatred, vengeance, It has many names
But for a person who chooses this path,
He destroys himself, and so.... he is named Wrath.

The worst phase of life is
when you're doing something that's lost its purpose.
Life becomes so bleak, so monotonous.
It's like you can feel time,
every minute, every second, it's a fuss...
You try to find reason, but eventually,
it's 'cause....just 'cause....

Why did Einstein create such equations?
Why is Math full of calculations?
And why does English need so many punctuations?
Why is there a need to study
Math, Physics and Chemistry?
The very thought of it, makes a student's life history!
When the black and white paper finally arrives,
the time-table for examinations,
it causes tension and irritation.
No parties, no excursion.
Only mugging up, slogging and exhaustion.
The definition of an awful week of preparation.
When comes the last day of examination,
it is an occasion for celebration!
But, when the results reach home,
it's time for a brief explanation...

This distance between us
is devouring my lungs.
I'm left here gasping,
trying to suture back together
all the broken nights-
the cigarette burns in my bedsheets.
I'm tracing maps on my limbs,
and I'm painting black holes on my palms,
pressing them into letters
left on my nightstand
untouched and unread.
I keep telling myself
none of this is about you.
But I'm reaching for empty galaxies
as I try to remember what it felt like
to be one of a binary star.
Light-years away, and I'm here-
just another nova on your ceiling,
searching this vast universe for you.

Whilst my wandering dreams continue on, apace.

Surely it would be a mistake.

Time to be going,
I regret in knowing.

The darkest night and hottest fire.

Content, and happy.

You decided wasn't worth it.

The gates are open, they're flooding out
I'm a one man army, there's no doubt
These soldiers are of different shapes, sizes and color,
I use all my might, strength and power
to put up a fight.
They're strong, don't get me wrong,
This war will last very long!
I'm pushing, trying to get through,
So irritating, so confusing, so tiring! (phew!)
My brows are crossed and my mind is lost
and my body can't bare it all
my eyes go fuzzy and then i fall...
Now i'm buried underneath this rubble,
I can hear my mother scream,
"If you'd have kept your wardrobe clean,
You wouldn't have gone through all this trouble!"
