8:13am - Home
Mom's going home today. She won't be here when I get back from work. I really am going to miss her.
We hugged for ages and ages before I had to leave for work.
"You've dealt with all this stuff pretty well. You hung in there better than I would have, trust me." she told me. I laughed.
"Thanks. I never thought I'd say this, but... you've been a great help."
She grinned. "That's what I'm here for, sweetheart. And hey, you can phone me anytime. I'll be right there."
I could feel tears welling up in my eyes. Oh, not again!!!
"Oh, Dash, don't cry... You couldn't wait to see the back of me three weeks ago!" She giggled, and I just cried harder. She held me tight, and I buried my face in her mane.
"I don't want to live alone anymore, Mom..." I mumbled.
"But you have the power to change that! You need to follow your heart, and it'll take you on the right track. I have a feeling you won't be alone for long."
We shared one last long hug before I made for the door.

"Ah'm sorry, wha--?"
Applejack turned towards the blue pegasus. This was becoming slightly annoying.
"I uh... I said that you did a fine job.... today, I mean," replied Rainbow Dash. She quickly pointed at the nearest apple tree. "The apples, all gone. Ha! I never knew how you could get them all down... you know, with a single kick."
Applejack tilted her head to the right. This was surpassing annoying, sliding towards worrying.
"Are you sure you're okay, Rainbow? Y'all seem a bit…" She stopped mid-sentence, not really knowing how to continue.
"Okay? Pff, of course I'm okay! I was just... you know..." she said, ending her phrase with a wide, awkward smile. The pegasus shifted a bit, trying to arrange the bag she was carrying so it wouldn't fall off her back.
Applejack frowned a bit, but decided to ignore this altogether. She had plenty of chores to do today and she had no time for Rainbow's silly pranks or less-than-inspired jokes.

The gang all stood outside Twilight's house, waiting for Fluttershy to return from the clouds with Rainbow Dash. Twilight Sparkle had managed to destroy her house with books after what she claimed to be "The wildest study day of her life." The group made small talk, waiting for the two pegasi to return to them.
"Where are they?" Twilight asked, "I doubt Rainbow Dash is asleep at this hour..."
"Oh, please." Rarity chimed in, "That pony has to be one of the laziest ponies I've met." The other rolled their eyes and continued looking up at the sky, not seeing a sign of any flying ponies coming.
The remaining four decided it was getting chilly, and to return to the house. They entered one by one, and took a seat to observe the mess Twilight had made of her house. Spike was in the corner, lazily laying in his bed, but not asleep. He sipped some juice and looked at them with his eyes dazed, not feeling any urge to make himself look presentable after all the times he's seen them.
"Spike, get u

Decided to skip the reception outta my account of Zest's wedding, purely because IT WAS BORING.
The food was nice, and the speeches were okay... but OH, the CONVERSATION.
MANEHATTANS HAVE NO LIVES.
One minute later
Plus I am still recovering from AJ having caught the bouquet and therefore by tradition becoming the next mare to be married. I can't look at her without getting the chills now.
At one point I mistook her tying her shoelace back up for a proposal. I got all panicky and sweaty and when she looked up at me and said, "You really like my shoes, huh?" all I could scream out was, "Yes, yes!!!"
So, once all that was over we actually got to celebrate the wedding properly. Considering how dull the conversation was over dinner, I'm quite surprised at the atmosphere of the dancefloor. I wish I had my party shades, but they really wouldn't go with thi

12:22pm - Ponyville Market
I'm sitting here, on a fence, waiting for my so-called "marefriend" to quit doing... whatever she does and GET ME SOMETHING TO EAT. She's working on an apple stall and she still won't let me have any. This is abuse!!
I am on the brink of starvation. I tried telling her this, and she just said, "Go sit over there and wait. Yer bein' a right nuisance today, Dash."
Nuisance? Who does she think she is, my mother?? No, wait, she's way too sane for that.
Five minutes later
How long does selling a bag of apples to somepony take? The market will be OVER by the time we go and get lunch.
Applejack came over and rolled her eyes at me. "Look, sugar, we jus' have t'wait until Big Mac gets here an' takes over. He'll be here by one o'clock, Ah promise."
I got down and slumped against her. "You've broken promises before."
She sighed. "Ah won't break this one."
I opened my mouth to make her
