Well yeah I'm still quite happy that I left the fandom - I mean, the two newest Kirby games are nothing but CRAP. To me, Epic Yarn was the last good Kirby game... unless they make better ones in the future.
I also realized that I haven't had much other than Kirby fandom friends through all these years I've been on dA. And when I left the fandom, I left all my friends. Daymn.
Last week, I got an old friend back who I lost four years ago... That feeling when we started to chat again... Like it had been a day since we last talked to each other. ;____; Like there was no break in our friendship... that feeling is epic.

If what is being said, that a type of bomb is to be exploded in order to kill thousands of innocent people and that the government knows all too well about this. It all comes back in a rush, this lost memory plays itself back in the theater of my mind. All of a sudden I find myself again, as if I was torn from a dream. I find tears on my face. I’m crying and I can’t stop. And I think how much better things were back then, when innocence was abundant and life wasn't so lifelike.
I found it on a day like any other, checking my Facebook, something I do regularly. I had the computer open to my Mom’s Page, completely oblivious as my hands deftly clicked an album titled ‘Kids Pics.’ A picture popped up of me and my sister when we were younger. I looked at the next picture, and then the next. Taking in each snapshot of my childhood with ease, then moving on. “Click, click... click . . . . . .” That’s when I saw it. The picture that kindled a flame that had been smothered under a cloak of self-deception for years.

Hey guys! I'm sorry for having been so utterly unreliable of late. I hope you have had a wonderful 2013 and that you're all feeling fired up to try something a bit different. I don't know if many of you remember when I ran a challenge called May Mixup Madness a few years ago but we are repeating it this May because, well, we all need to kickstart those creative engines and create something entirely unique.

Ok.
May Mixup Madness follows a similar structure to the cento poetic form in that you choose ONE musician or poet and use lines from various pieces of theirs. You can't use more than one line from each piece so if you're creating an 8 line, 2 stanza poem, you will need 8 different songs or poems to draw from. Once you have your musician/band/poet and your chosen lines, all you have to do is stitch them together to create something new and amazing!

Ch-ch-ch-changes...Hello, dear DA people.Ch-ch-ch-changes...1 year ago in Personal More Like ThisI hate like heck to have to do this, but I'm implementing some changes.
In order to maintain my sanity, I'll be disabling comments in my new entries from now on. It makes me sad to do this, but I've been ending up in the front DA page lately (which is awesome!), which seems to be making me a target for bitchy, uninformed, opinionated jealous people (which is decidedly less awesome).
I'm sad because I've come to know so many of you folks really well (Treyos, Smokewithoutmirrors, ChibiButterfly...just to name a few) and I really DO look forward to hearing from you guys. I'll miss your comments and your input and your wisdom.
But this other factor...it bothers me too much. I'll admit it; I'm thin skinned when it comes to my art. I'm proud of my work and protective of it, and when that shines through in my entries (I know it sounds like arrogance, but whatever),

I can draw line arts, color with minimal shading, and details (such as, fur or hair details)
Those are just overall basic things I can do.
I'm thinking that, if people want to have commissions, drawings will be broken down into categories (such as, head drawings, full body, and weird positions)
Payment will either be points or PayPal…so tell me which is more convenient to you.
Pricings will be dealt with once I have people who say they want commissions.
There will be three commissions at a time.
Thoughts? Comments? Keep in mind that this is not for sure!! I need some feedback so I can change anything that seems ridiculous!!

So, I made these weird characters two years ago and never really did anything with them, so, I've decided it'd be cool to make my own series. So far, I have 3 characters. First is Peach, the sloth, triceratops, flying squirrel, porcepine thing. He's always either angry or depressed and is kinda tsundere. The next character I came up with is Plum, who is a mix between a panda, a fox and a hamster.
