"Hey, Rietz! In the corner!" Katy the barmaid pointed at the corner of the bar. Yep, here it goes, drunk dudes starting a fight. "I could be one of them" thought Kai, while walking through the crowd; "security" said his t-shirt.
Two minutes later unknown to Kai guys where out of the bar. "Go suck each other dicks in some other place!" he shouted, slamming the door right under their noses. "Great job, Rietz! As always!" Katy shouted smiling, but her words sank in the noise of music and crowd.
"Then I deserve a drink!" Kai shouted back, taking a seat next to the girl.
"You're not allowed to drink at work, you know that?"
"And you're the girl who telling me this?" the guy couldn't hold back a smile.
Kai was a little boozy by the time Katy pointed at the door of the club, saying "Time to work!"
Fight after fight Kai had to kick out people from the bar, he worked there for three months already and even though the guy loved staring at almost naked girls, drink and ha
VO - Kai x Alice storyIt was 5 am, the most boring time for a night at the bar, Kai would've gone home, but his shift lasted till 7 am. "If I buy you a beer, will stop looking so freaking depressed?" a girl sat next to Kai, who was just staring at nothing and pretty much sleeping with his eyes opened.
"Did somebody say "beer"?" he yawned, turning to look at the unknown to him girl. She had short dip dyed hair, which looked damn bad ass turning from white to black at the ends. And that's what made Kai pay some attention to her.
"And you are ?"
"I'm Alice, nice to meet you, Kai" her eyes didn't seem to be happy seeing him at all. They had this predatory gaze as if she offered Kai to buy poison instead of beer.
"How do you uh, shit, I always forget about this stupid thing" the security guy pointed at his badge.

"Fucking drugs " he muttered, starting up an engine of his Impala. Kai drove fast, he even made a hook, just to enjoy the speed and roaring sound of the engine. He spent two hours at the gym, beating the hell out of his punching bag. And when he thought, he's forgotten about that drugs thing, Kai returned home.
Rietz bought a pack of beer on his way back and ordered pizza, no sleep for him tonight anyway. When he was done with the first bottle, Kai reached to his bass, but his hand grabbed just empty air.
"Fuck, Aeric, again?!" he cursed, calling his friend on the phone.
"Hello ?" Aeric tried to sound serious, but it ended up with a stupid giggle.
"Where. The Fuck. Is. My. BASS?!?!" Kai shouted.
"Jeez, man! Relax! I borrowed it, no big deal!" Kai could hear noises, which Aeric was making with his bass. It did
VO - Freaked Out - Kai oneshotWhat's good about night shifts is that they don't make you lie sleepless in your bed. You don't have to replay in your mind all of the things that have happened to you and what could have possibly been changed.VO - Freaked Out - Kai oneshot3 years ago in Short Stories More Like This
Kai didn't want to face it, but work is work and sometimes you have to do certain things. Like working at day time. He knew Aeric was somewhere out of town, summer had just began so he spent all of his free time riding his motorcycle. Kai though didn't feel like driving. He just felt like if he was at the helm right now, he would crash. There were too much energy in him; he felt his fingers grew numb because of muscles in Kai's arms, which were too strained. He wanted to beat, crash and destroy things. Luckily the guy knew what to do in cases like this.
Kai headed home to take his boxing gloves, too bad he left them there. Usually, there was a spare pair of gloves in his car, so that he could go to the gym anytime he needed to. But the old ones had been torn last time he was at

“Pft, It’s like 1\2 of my own record, you know I can do better” Amy took a sip of sweet liquid. The room was flooded with people: parents with their kids, who ate tons of ice-cream; couples, sharing milkshakes and waffles; groups of teenagers, talking and laughing loudly; and Amy.
“I wouldn’t mind an extra pair of hands” pointed Kev, arranging boxes full of all kinds of ice-cream.
“Wha…” started Amy, but couldn’t finish the sentence, Kevin threw an apron at her.
“Customers won’t wait!”
The girl didn’t mind working, she even enjoyed it, the only thing that made her uncomfortable with working on the last day before Christma
