My art swap contribution for :iconlove-of-foxes:
*SwiftBlue-Fox and their character of the same name. The character description mentioned a love of music so I rolled with that.
Hope you like it!

The pose was referenced from a random google image.
Character *SwiftBlue-Fox

Decided to make a few raccoon pieces, and this is one of em...Here we see Mom and babies, resting snugly on the floor of the forest, a place that in the natural order of things, they most likely would not be. ;) But, I like to think that their forest is so gentle and protected, they can go around taking naps like that.

size:2.5x3.5 inch
media:mixed

:bulletblack:The original of this artwork is up for auction, right now--> here

Here's a work I did for school. I used a lot of technicals: 3D (using Blender) for the head; watercolor for the neck; then charcoal pencil; clay; wood, plastic and iron wire for the wings; gouache on wood; raster graphics or bitmap (using Gimp) for the legs; then colored pencil; oil on canvas; drawing pencil; oil pastels; vector graphics (using Inkscape); Indian ink: paint on glass; photograph; 3D animation. It was looong.... but I've finished it!
It's 2,40 meters long, 75 cm high and 70 cm wide (because of the wings).

---

Seeing as how Caleb has some sci-fi backstory in his history, there's only so much lounging around that a rotund fox can do before the call to action strikes!

Having played a vanguard in Mass Effect, I knew I had to commission Sugarboy from FA for a picture of Caleb right in the middle of a powerful biotic charge- combined with his um.... mass, as it were, stepping aside is probably a good idea...
