here we go
finally done :icontardboogieplz: :iconvictorydanceplz: :icondweebdanceplz:

man, this thing took just freaking long :faint:
when i imagine that the plan was, to build this in my three weeks vacation (last year :D ) and meanwhile a half year is gone since i started the boosterpack :D

ok, i had a few breaks, one with Renamon and a few others
so the pure building time was about two months
but also a long time :aww:

i have to say that i don't have any clue about Gundam Wing/00/Zero ore whatever which series is called
i know about the Gundams and love the mecha design (specially this one because of the wings) but never saw one part so don't bother about the name ;)

ah, big mechas with wings
i just love this shit :la:

even the sheets where not the best (they are very pixelized)
i'm totally pleased with the result
but during the building and right now i can say, it's definitely not a starter model
i had to modify a lot of stuff and quite every blue and grey edge is recolored to hide the folding lines
but all over is was pure fun :meow:
and...
surely not my last Gundam model ;)
the next one is allready planned

what's left to say
ah right :)
you can download the sheets here
also i wanna refer you to my building process gallery
just if you may stuck ;)

-other shots-

and a little special one here ;)

Finally painted the mech I designed for the Gruntz game rule set. This really is a very well done miniature! Here's original concept art...

Finished my 1/144 HG Gundam Astray Red Frame over the holidays. One of my most favorite mobile suits as I am a big fan of melee-centric suits. Had a challenge with this one as it involved 2 hard-to-work on colors: red and white (very Japanese don't you think?)

Shown here doing an iai/draw close-up pose with the Gerbera Straight Anti-mobile suit katana.

So, bought my first LBX kits. They're really damn fun, but I knew there was no way I wasn't going to modify them. The shoulderpads on Buster are from HG Buster Gundam, a long with some other pieces. I made his waist a double balljoint/replaced the hips, too. On Proto, I painted his main antenna what ever piece the grey of his body (because painting yellow is the biggest pain in the ass), obviously gave him the shield + the rifle, made his sniper attach on to his back, did some general painting fixups, made his abdomen joint a double balljoint, and, though it isn't that noticable, made those waist flap pieces move so his hip articulation isn't hindered forward/back (he can kneel, now).

The mods here aren't very noticable, and some were only done due to me accidentally ruining the original. The original hips on this guy were terrible, so I replaced the socket with a similarly sized socket from a smaller POM Transformers piece. I did some work to the torso, allowed the lower neck joint to move down more (was a lot more difficult than I was expecting), and had to redo the entire faceplate area.

I love the military-based poses you can pull off with thing. However, I hate the lower legs being so god damned katoki that kneeling requires the leg in front to be stretching forward. That being said, I also didn't like how high the hip joints were (not how lower the legs were, but rather that the legs should've been shorter, and the joint should've been lower in the thigh). In turn, I replaced the hips, ridding of the center swivel while making them more efficient. I drilled a tiny hole into the purple scope-thing on his head (because it was colorless), and replaced it with a transparent green square I cut away from an older kit with that color on the runner. I painted the piece behind the visor yellow, and drilled a hole into the other orange section (the "diamond") above it, and threw a yellow piece in there, making it seem as if it had a circular light inside. I also remade the neck entirely, with two double balljoints + one sliding balljoint. And, finally, painted all of the darker purple pieces an even darker, flat purple so it was more easily distringuished from the normal purple.

Some close-up shots of the Nemesis.

The Nemesis Assault Suit is the largest ever produced. Standing 140ft tall and packing enough advanced weaponry to take on a battleship.

They are piloted by the elite of the UEC ( United Earth colonies) in their fight against the corporate executives.

The kit is in 1/300th scale , approx. 14cm ( 5.5 inches) tall.

This mecha kit was sculpted, produced and painted by myself.
