I really wanted to use my crayons again, the last time I used them was December of 2011. And I also really wanted to draw Jeff the Killer again. So I combined my desires and made this. This took me a few days to complete, 'cause Imma slow. And I had to get used to using crayons again. I forgot you couldn't erase your mistakes and I kept messing up on their eyes. But I think it looks pretty good. Though I think Jeff is due for some eye drops.
I used lyrics from the song Murder Comes With Smiles by Dance Club Massacre, because it was the song that helped me create my creepypasta inspired character Reggie. Who is the guy beside Jeff. Too lazy to explain him so here's his bio. [link]
Secretly I like to draw these two together. I made a comic back in March for my English class where they became friends and I never really let that go. I might draw them together more. Doing random crap. Because I can. Ohoho.
The last time I made of these comics was back in April. I wanted really badly to make another one, but I kept putting it off because of school and requests. And then all of the ideas I had written down I didn't find funny anymore. And that sucks. I decided to switch from soft-cel to hard-cel shading for all of the digital work, including this. I prefer it this way anyway, though I wish I could figure out something to do with their irises. They so plain. This took me longer than usual to do because it's been ages since I've done one of these comics so I had to refresh my memory.
And I used this city stock because I was too lazy to make a background myself. [link]
And then right before I finished putting it together, everything coloured, I accidentally save something when I exited out of it when I shouldn't have and I lost the last panel right before I put it on the comic. I had to redo the entire last panel, which took me two more hours that I shouldn't have spent on this, to finish it. If the shading's off on that one it's because I did it all in one go for consistancy. Yeah. First world problems.
Randomly when in my mom's car being driven to go camping I remembered this song. Sexy Naughty Bitchy Me. My friends showed me song like, four or five years ago and I had entirely forgot about it until that random point in time. So I decided to make the next comic about it. I put the three main characters in this one: Memphis, Stacy, and Stabber. I will neither deny nor confirm that that is really Stabber's phone.
If you haven't heard Memphis' ringtone: [link] If you haven't heard Stabber's ringtone: [link]
A request from , she wanted me to draw the lead singer of the Black Veil Brides Andy Biersack and creepypasta character Jeff the Killer. I decided to draw them in animal-styled hoodies, similar to how I draw the Black Veil Brides in animal costumes. Just because I felt like it. Dunno. Andy's legs look too short. :I
I decided to give Jeff an albino Nile crocodile hoodie, I was feeling crocodile for him for some reason. It was either that or shark. But these crocodiles are apex predators, on the top of the food chain with no remorse for whatever it happens to kill, and Jeff's pretty similar to that. I was going to just do a green crocodile hoodie, but as Jeff wears a white hoodie... albino. Reasoning skills for the win.
I'm not entirely sure why they're wearing these in the first place, maybe they had a bet and Jeff lost, or Andy paid Jeff to wear that with him. Jeff's still not enjoying it.
Watch them ignore your every question with style and grace! Guaranteed hours of fun!!
Yeah. Just... think of this as filler until I post bigger projects that are taking me ages. Yep. Gud tiems. I decided to use the last piece of Copic marker paper I had in one of my pads and drew this. It's been a while since I've used them. Or attempted to.
In a way this is my opinion of "ask accounts" or whatever. I don't really get them/their purpose. They seem kind of pointless... but that's just me. No offense to people to own them/enjoy them.
Also Reggie's fingers aren't the same size on each hand and it's killing me a little on the inside. And I think I'm still drawing him too short... I need to know someone who's 8 feet tall for a reference. Srsly.
A request from , she wanted me to draw her Ruki from the Gazette and Jinxx from the Black Veil Brides.... being unsure. Because she saw an image of him with the caption "does this look unsure to you" and thought of Unsure Jinxx... thus this was born. I made them have their own club for the mentally unsure.
Thank you to everyone who came and watched me do this on Join.me, especially those who helped me with the colours and shading. And those who decided that they needed to keep pestering me until I made the robot purple.... seriously guys. Srsly. :I
So yeah. Still working on that digital colouring as you can see. I think I'm getting better though, now that I know how to remove the white matte. That was so annoying before my god.
A request from , she wanted me to draw her a little red-headed girl with Black Veil Brides' bassist Ashley Purdy. She actually asked me to draw Ash and this girl on a date together and he was giving her a teddy bear, but I drew/inked this at my grandparent's house so I forgot the details and this is what I remembered. When she said "girl" I wasn't thinking teenaged girl, soooo..... If this isn't what you wanted I'll redo it. :I
But yeah. School may have ended but holy gee I'm so tired. Studying for Biology and English finals and trying to finish projects for Bio, English, and Art. I drew this pretty fast considering how slow I usually am, so their arms look a bit too long and the hand the girl has holding the bear has the thumb on the wrong side. Didn't notice that until I inked it. Like a baus. And my eraser had conte crayon on it from my Art project so I got black on her hair when trying to erase it because the shine wasn't light enough. Photoshop for the win.
Also, just for anyone who likes my little Unsure Jinxx thing, I have a surprise for you. Anyone who I've already told, don't spill the beans yet.
I recently discovered that one of Chance and Andy's old videos got the sound back, one I haven't seen before. I was compelled to do a quick drawing of it. As well as the fact that I've wanted to draw them for a few weeks now ever since I drew them on a Join.me session. [link]
It was either this part of the video or the one with Andy explaining how many bowls there are for a certain amount of people. I went with the fog car one, 'cause I went out driving and I kept thinking about it. Even though it was a sunny day, I was laughing to myself about my car being made of fog. Until I started being tail-gated on the highway and got annoyed. I was doing the speed limit, 80 km/h, but he wanted to go faster and he couldn't pass me. So he went as close to me as possible. Really glad I pulled over to let him pass. :I
I tried to decipher what they were saying from listening. For some reason I just couldn't shade Chance's hair right. I'm tired and I didn't feel like trying too much so it isn't the best thing ever. Chance's arms are derped too. And Andy's hair style doesn't look right either. I think he had two lip piercings in that video, the fake ones, before he got the real one in. Dunno.
BEHOLD.... that's all I got. Trying out a new drawing style.
I drew this for the Black Veil Brides to sign when I went to Vans Warped Tour on August 13th, I thought they'd think it was mildly humourous and memory provoking. Well, it turned out that you needed to buy a $30 shirt and poster bundle from their merch tent to meet them, and they would only sign the poster. You can't exactly say I was happy about that, all of this work for nothing. I spent my money on other shirts. I went online after we got back and copied their signatures from the internet so it would look better. My outlining still sucks though, I have the world's unsteadiest hand.
My friends and I had this idea a while back about making a spoof band of the Black Veil Brides, called the White Tuxedo Grooms. We gave the WTG members addictions, Hexx's being nicotine (she's a chain smoker to the extreme). She's not much for conversation, as you can see here. She's more into the "mrr" noises. But we love her anyways.
A request for , she wanted me to draw her judging a Mad Hatter contest between the lead singers of HIM, Ville Valo, and the Black Veil Brides, Andy Biersack. It's a close call to who is the winner; Ville has his abs and Andy has a Cheshire Jinxx cat. Except Jinxx isn't smiling, so Andy may get marks off for that one.
I ended up looking at a cosplay of the Mad Hatter for the reference image, so if the colours are off that'd be why. I believe the cosplayer had different colours, but I went with it because it was very clear on what the costume's elements were.
Also, excuse the half-assed anatomy and colouring. I've somehow got a cold and it's drained the life out of me. Right after I finished my last exam too; well played cold. Well played. And you can see the paper's crinkled a bit. I kind of killed it.
