Makes 15 macaroons
Ingredients:
70 grams of unsalted butter
50 grams of soft flour
50 grams of almond meal
50 grams of corn starch
4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (no sugar)
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Tip from Najika: It's also good if you substitute grated cheese for the cocoa!
Steps:
1. Leave the butter at room temperature to soften it, in a bowl, whisk the butter with a wooden spoon.
2. Sift all of the other ingredients into a seperate bowl, and add to the first bowl. Make sure it is a little moist.
3. Roll the dough into balls of about 3 centimeters in diamet
