I'd spent the last two days avoiding him, although I didn't really have a choice but face him in art class. Since I'd moved halfway through the term, I needed to make up a hell load of points. So making a video with that over-cheery guy was the only thing I could do.
Sighing for the millionth time since I'd woken up, I set my bag down with a thud and slipped into my seat. He was trying to discreetly sneak glances at me -and completely failing at it. I glared at him from beneath my fringe, which made him flap about at turn to the window. I wished he didn't have to sit so close to me. I didn't really have a problem with anyone else sitting next to me...just him. If he hadn't tried to make friends with me I probably wouldn't mind him too much either.
"Excuse me?" It was him. And I was totally unprepared on what to say to him. Not that I really cared about what he thought of me, but still. It was a matter of pride, sorta.
"Yeah?" I said, not looking at him. I instead pr

After having the incident with Mom, I decided to go and talk to our Doctor about it. He told me to come see him if there were any setbacks with Mom. I was disappointed that I had to go and talk to him because Mom had been doing so well. Before the incident, she seemed to be aware of the world again. She asked me what score I'd gotten in my GCSE's in the summer. She didn't mention Dad at all, but I didn't expect her to.
"Mom, do you want anything before I leave?" I pulled my black jacket on over my school uniform since I hadn't bothered to change it. Mom glanced at me, looking slightly confused. She always looked confused.
"Where are you going?" She asked, something like fear in her voice. It made my heart ache, but I couldn't wait. Not just because I had to speak to the Doctor about her, but because it was stressing me out to be there. It made me feel shitty. I smiled a smal

"Mom?" Dan called out as we stepped into his house. It was nice - nicer than my own, although I wouldn't openly admit that to someone. The floor was a cream coloured marble and the staircase was some kind of wood. It looked like mahogany.
Dan walked into his living room so I followed him at a distance. There, in the living room, was a woman was sitting in a chair facing the window. She had greying brown hair and wore a pink cardigan with a pair of black pants.
It was a grand room, giving off that 'I've got more
Fat (Epilogue)Wrapping his arms around Phil from behind the couch, Dan giggled softly, pressing a kiss to the others cheek. "I'm home!"Fat (Epilogue)3 years ago in Drama More Like This
"Did you get me a Kinder Egg?" the raven-haired boy grinned back, turning to look at the brunette.
After he finally found the courage to tell Dan about his little problem, Phil was sure that he'd be dumped and kicked out of the flat all together. Much to his surprise, Dan was completely understanding and sweet, and even offered to help Phil get past this whole thing. And, obviously, Phil agreed.
It was now a few months later, and the older of the two was completely normal once more. He'd put on weight, which was wonderful, and was back to a eating properly. Dan wouldn't ever admit it, but he was terrified when Phil finally told him the truth. Now, though, he was happy.
Dan nodded, smiling and dropping the candy in Phil's lap before standing upright. He smiled, running his fingers through his boyfriend's dark hair, mumbling, "I'm gonna go start dinner, okay?"

"Phil, darling, time for school."
Phil's eyes blinked open at the sound of his mother's voice, a groan escaping his lips as he realised what she was saying. He didn't want to to go to school today; he didn't ever want to go to school. He couldn't handle the constant teasing for something he couldn't control; the daunting laughter that followed him everywhere he went, the mimicking, the whispering behind his back. Over the years, he'd leared to not give them the satisfaction of showing them he cared but every word still ached like a bullet through his chest. Every time they mimicked him, he felt his confidence sink lower and lower until he couldn't even look at himself in the mirror anymore.
As slowly as possible, he got out of bed and dressed himself in his usual get up of skinny jeans, a t-s

"Wow Daniel, you're pretty roughed up, aren't you? What happened to you, love?" Rita, the head nurse of our school, looked at me with some concern as I opened the door to the infirmary. The usual scent of disinfectant was heavy in the air, a little overpowering when your head's reeling.
"Hey Rita." I smirked as she motioned to the patient's bed. I sat down, my body aching. I knew what was coming next. It was the one thing I didn't like about going to Rita's office. It was a mandatory element of our school that an explanation for every injury was presented. The reason behind this was so that at the end of the year, the injury reports were sent home to your parents. It was put in to place about two years ago, when a lot of parents were wondering why their children were coming home with cuts and bandages.
"Don't try and change the subject. I hate asking, but what's your explanation?" Rita sounded deadly serious. She bent down in front of me and began to clean away th
