Dollhouse Miniature in 1:12 Scale Handcrafted from Polymer Clay

I wanted to check in on how my mini burger honing skills were since this is often requested. The effect of the fry being dipped in ketchup is by far my favorite part of this piece.

Hopefully the girth of my fries suits you!

Materials used:

-FIMO and Sculpey brands of polymer clay
-Translucent Liquid Sculpey
-Colored chalk pastels
-J.W.etc. Clear Varnish
-The ceramic plate was an ebay purchase

Another preparation scene! As usual in 1:12 / one inch scale for the dollhouse kitchen :)))

I feel like making a real cake in the end...

The table is only painted by me. I like shabby furniture in other than white. Will show another photo of this scene.

It is by the way listed in my ETSY SHOP: [link]
You are welcome to take a look around ;)

Autumn Harvest

Entirely handcrafted dollhouse miniature. The wooden board measures 6.5 x 4.5 cm.

By my calculations it has taken me about 15 hours or more.
Made of wood, paper, polymer clay.

Will be soon available in my Etsy shop: [link]

I'M BAAAAACK! I have no way of sculpting now that I'm a first-year at college but I've missed sculpture so much! The moment I got home for Thanksgiving break I busted out the clay box and made this:) Happy fingers are sculpting fingers!

I haven't made a Toothless sculpture since my junior year of high school and I know I have learned a lot since then and I've developed more of a style, so I thought I'd revisit this little guy. I had a blast remaking him!!

Here is the original: [link]

Also I'm CRACKING UP at my dog photobombing another sculpture picture.... and the fact that he tilted his little head the same way Toothless is:)

This is a customized Nightmare Before Christmas themed wedding cake "topper" (as you can see, it turned out to be larger than the cake itself... whoops)

This was my first attempt to make a wedding cake topper, obviously the sizing was a catastrophic error on my part, but I wasn't confident enough in my painting skills to be able to get the details in there if it was any smaller.

As you can see, I started with creating a wire shape of the bodies, covered it with clay, then painted. There are other details, such as Sally's hair is made with painted strips of twine, and her veil and bouquet are made lace fabric.

Also, I do not think Sally would ever wear that white dress. Ever. However, it's a replica of the dress my friend wore, whom I made this for.

You've seen enough of my 'giant' hands on photos, now let me introduce you my 'giant' eyes.

The sweet stuff on the table are part of my Tea Party Project - two tables in 1:12 scale meant for miniature collectors.

Here are other photos of this project:
