Makes me think
I've met you before
But from where?
We met face-to-face
In this God forsaken place
But you are my reason
In wanting to stay
Strange things are happening
Weird dreams are forming
But you make it seem okay
I feel safe when you're near
Help me understand
These pains I can't withstand
Hold me in your electric touch
And never let go

I leave mothers resting area and open it. I almost drop to the ground.
"Hello, dear nephew of mine!" A woman with emerald eyes and platinum blonde hair dashes towards me and hugs me rapidly.
At first I couldn't recognize this woman with her strange hair colour. But then I recognized her green eyes, and knew instantly who she was.
"Is that my aunt Maggie in the flesh? Wow, did I forget a holiday or something?"
I chuckled at her. Usually she only visited us on holidays and birthdays since she lives in Phoenix.
"You are so cruel to me, Brendon! I'm here for your birthday!" She pulled on my cheeks like I was a little kid.
"My birthday isn't for another month." I stated as she looked genuinely surprised.

I haven't learned anything at all even though I made the biggest mistake anyone, any necromancer could have made.
It was a forbidden destiny passed upon us to have the power to resurrect the dead, as long as their death was still in a 24 hour period, only we weren't allowed to use it.
That rule was stupid, incredibly stupid.
I thought that then and I continuously believe that now.
Except in those times I had been so blinded by love I couldn't see the consequences of my actions, or my brother Anthony's. &

I sat alone in the room holding my mother's hand as one of her last requests. She was on the verge of death and had been since late October.
The room was a silent resting area for her. The only sounds that could be heard were the sound of her low sooth breathing and the ticking of the mahogany clock on the wall.
I was dead still and my face pale from countless nights of no sleep.
The room looked unrecognizable. The curtains were pulled to the sides and let the foggy morning brightness fall into the room. Everything looked of a pale egg shell colour.
I wiped my eyes with my free hand and my older brother Anthony walked into the room. &

"Yeah. My car broke down and I'm kind of...stuck here..." She shrugs.
"Sorry to hear it. Nobody really wants to be stuck in a town like Oak Dale."
"You're telling me. This town is..." She bites her tongue to stop herself from insulting Oak Dale.
"Awesome." She says sarcastically as she finishes her sentence.
"I'll make you a deal-let me take you around Oak Dale and try to show you it's actually way more interesting than it seems and after I'll take you back to Los Angeles."
Her eyes narrow suspiciously at him.
"I didn't mention I lived in Los Angeles to either of you..."
"Uh," Dylan stutters for words.
"Whatever, are you going to accept it or not?"
She felt forced to answer partly and he's changing the subject for a reason she has no idea why but obviously

Cassidy walks downstairs to the smell of bacon- the restaurant is as empty as last night and Kurt is sitting in the same spot as yesterday too, only reading the newspaper and chewing down on some bacon and black coffee.
She sits next to him in the same stool in the same stool as yesterday.
"Hey, eat up your parents would worry if you didn't." Kurt hands her a plate full of bacon and she eats away without saying anything.
It's kind of funny how back in Los Angeles Cassidy was so worried about her weight and now she's eating ice cream and bacon.
Then again a few pieces of fat won't affect her really.
The bell on the entrance doorway rang telling that someone had arrived.
"Mr. Paterson, you've gotten another letter from the bank. Make sure you listen to this one or you might go bankr

She doesn't feel she could confidently explain why she doesn't want to eat anything from here so she agrees and suddenly his worried look is gone.
He took her to the back of the Museum and there was a pair of vending machines-aw, Cassidy's Holy Grail and worst nightmare all tucked in one.
She finally recognized some food from Oak Dale such as the package of M & M's she was staring-actually, more like glaring at. Why did she stumble against something so delicious?

Cassidy takes a quick glance at her cell phone before getting out of the car. Lists of text messages appear from people at the party. She doesn't bother to read Aarons 50 texts but she reads her mom's. Her mom by now must have heard of Cassidy running out of her party like that and was worried so she reads her mom's.
Dear, Cassidy. Sorry about Aaron. Take your time before heading home.
It'll be okay-Love, mom.
Yeah, a worried mom alright-having rich parents isn't as fun and awesome as it seems. It's really lonely when your parents always are too busy with their jobs to come home often and say I love you before going to bed. E

She was running in a forest of Oak trees in the middle of the night, she was probably in Oak Dale because that's where you can find Oak trees.
Her face was terrified, it was clear she was being chased by something.
A squeal came from her as she tripped as she tried to climb down a hill.

Not Oak Dale beds.
Unfortunately, Dr. Baker said she should stay in town at least for another night before leaving, she agreed.
She didn't feel like questioning him even though she wonders why would certified doctor would live in Oak Dale and he suggested for her to eat dinner with Dylan and him.
She got a little excited at that offer.
She would have the chance to get to know his family better-his dad, maybe his mom, Sky... Well, maybe they could meet another time or something.

Glimpses into the future
Short quick visions of the future may be seen, usually the glimpses consist of people close to you or yourself but there are the occasional visions of strangers you don't know.
If this is the case it is because they will be one of the people you will become accustomed to.
Glimpses are usually in the form of dreams when your unconscious mind is able to bring you visions.
40 % of all Americans gifted enough to have visions of the future deny or don't realize that they aren't just dreams.
70 % of Americans that realize and embrace their talent thus try to make a career of it fail because other citizens don't believe in their future glimpses.

How long exactly had she been asleep for?
She glances over at the clock on the wall, 8:00 am.
She always was a morning person but the Bakers weren't or else they would probably be up by now.
She rubs her forehead.
Ugh, not another dream. Now, there was no way that Cassidy was going to take the chance and fall asleep again and have another dream.

The two of them headed downstairs to the old fashion designed kitchen.
A dirty blonde woman with dark blue eyes sat at the table eating a mouthful of mashed potatoes with Dr. Baker.
She was really pretty-that must be Dylan's mom.
Cassidy sits between Dylan and his mom.

She was wearing an white tank with I ♥ NYC written in black and the heart in red, gray skinny jeans, red converse shoes, and striped black and white fingerless gloves.

Then again, Cassidy would be angry too if someone was wearing her clothes without her permission.

For a place located in St. Claire city, I couldn't have asked for anything better.
Until, in the corner of my emerald coloured eyes I spotted Stephanie for the first time. I remember thinking how beautiful she was. Like in fairytales, it was love at first sight. Or, for me it was.
Stephanie wasn't necessarily an open book; she would show up certain parts of her life and kept others, more important parts, a secret. A secret only those born into the West family could ever have known.
I couldn't judge her on this flaw of course, I was exactly the same.
