'XJ10' a mlaatr fan fiction, Chapter 3
Sorry for the HUGE delay! I was in major writers block, so with out further stalling, here is chapter three! not my best chapter, possibly the longest one out of the three, but yeah, enjoy!
"XJ9, this is XJ10!" Wakeman said with a smile. "Uh mom? You told me I was the LAST robot you built!" Jenny said, a little hurt, but more agitated. "Honey! I did not build a robot after you. He's not my robot." Jenny's mom said. "then why is his name XJ10!?" Jenny yelled, pointing at the now nervous XJ10. Xj10, at this point, was against the wall trying to stay out of their arguing. "That's what he said his name was!" Wakeman replied. "Well actually I would rather be called Jackson-" Xj10 was cut off my Jenny "stay out of it!" She said, and then she turned her attention back at Wakeman. "what else have you been hiding!?" Jenny asked her. "Am I your robot? Am I built for good!?" Jenny yelled. "X!!J!!9!!" Wakeman boomed, silencing her angry daughter. "I would never, ever keep this big

"Surrender!" a voice cried out.
In the Tremorton Park, hiding behind a series of bushes, Killgore was practicing his famous "surrender" he would say to his "arch-enemy", Jenny XJ9.
His hideout was nothing more than a hollowed out log. Inside it were a series of pictures and files. Some were of XJ9, others were of her friends and others were of some of her enemies. He'd been studying them for a long time now. Trying to figure ways to finally defeat XJ9 by learning from the mistakes of others. The last time he made a mistake like that, he nearly lost his glory at the hands of Armegeddroid. But soon he would devise a new plan, one that would finally be too much for XJ9.
He was looking at himself in a broken mirror that sat on the ground nearby.
"Surrender, XJ9!" he said again. "No, no. Needs more emphasis." He cleared h

"I'VE DONE IT! I'VE DONE IT!!!"
As Shelton Lee sits in front of his computer, there's a grin on his face about as wide as the screen. For months, he's secretly been working with XJ9's a.k.a. Jenny's blueprints trying to see if he can make any improvements to her hardware and/or software. After toiling for so long, he's finally done it.
"It's the perfect algorithm!" He says, referring to what's on the screen. It's an outline of Jenny, only it has a gold color to it. The banner at the top of the screen reads…Optimum Jenny.
"I have to call Dr. Wakeman!" And he does so, picking up the phone and pressing '1' (since Jenny's house is on his Speed Dial). After a couple of rings, someone picks up on the other end.
"Hello?" It's Nora Wakeman, Jenny's 'mother', on the other line.
"Dr. Wakeman! I've done it!" Sheldon declares. "It's taken me months but I've done it. I've found a way for Jenny to become even more powerful!"
"UGGGHHH!!! For the last time Sheldon, it is impossible for X

This is a poem that I wrote for the story... like a Prologue I guess? I will be the first to say it really isn't one of my best, I have another piece of poetry I plan on uploading next week. So... whatever, here you go for a prologue.... thing:
It's something that people in doubt search for, it's the light that provides the way, it helps us in our walk of feeling defeated, the path that we think will lead us no where yet we realize sometimes just too late that we've started walking down it, but it helps us as we choose the right path to take to keep us going to the light.
Hope is the stroke of light that people have to experience one way or another in order to believe in something that is better for them some where out there. Knowing that there is in fact another leaf to flip over, and another reason to go on.

The tradeshow. Dr. Wakeman had taken Jenny there with her to see all sorts of new inventions, and to show her daughter off to rival scientists. However, Jenny only wished to find another robot capable of understanding her and holding a meaningful conversation. However, all she found were robots that were capable of performing menial tasks, ones that had no rationality or thought processes. This was not where she wanted to be.
She sighed, and said to herself, "I highly doubt that there's anything here that could possibly understand me...I wanna have a new friend, but the way things are looking, it's just not gonna happen." Jenny continued to walk around the show floor, occasionally shooting a glance towards some giant factory robot or a simple home cleaning droid. None of these interested her in the least bit, and she continued her stroll around the exhibits.
Suddenly, something caught her eye. She looked up and found a banner for a section of the tradeshow th

The teenager felt something trying to push his shoulders from behind; gradually he began to make out words that his companion was saying to him. His right hand was by his head with some of his black hair draped over it. For about two weeks, hed let his hair grow out, so now his sideburns reached the bottom of his face and the hair by his neck was a few inches longer. Without even opening his eyes, he stretched his arms and legs, feeling the torn up edges of his pants and shirt rub against his blue skin.
"Sheldon," the little Darkin said, "Wake up. I can't reach the fresh honeycomb for my toast." Radar's friend let out a mumble of words which he couldn't understand, flicking his hand over his shoulde

"Mom?" Jenny called again as she went into the kitchen. On the fridge was a note:
Went to the grocery store. See you when I get home.
There was even a little heart next to 'Mom' for added emphasis on the love part.
Jenny groaned and grabbed an oil can from the fridge, then proceeding to the couch to see if anything was on TV.
