As the young teenager slowly awoke from his uneasy slumber, he could hear faint sounds of singing from the living room. He blinked and waited a few seconds, making sure he was safe in his room. He found it hard to believe but after a few minutes found it be true. He slowly sat up, trying to regain his composure.
He hated having that dream so much, but it wasn't a normal thing. He only would have it once or twice a month. Yet every time he had it he would feel unsafe. Getting up, he quickly got dressed into his normal attire of blue jean shorts, black shirt, green plaid over shirt, hat, and shades. Looking at himself in the mirror, he sighed trying to smile.
' You're not him…you never will be…just smile.', He thought to himself.
Finally, he managed to smile but it wasn't a real one. Glad that he could do that, he walked out of his room and into the living room. He heard the singing again, seeing that it was Harvey cooking some breakfast.
