Near the shimmering blue lake
Like no one is watching
Except the heavens above.
Twirling around in rhythm
Kicking my leg up as I jump
To the sky I aim
But do not reach.
Batting my angelic wings
against the mystic fog of the night
I am the cursed swan
Who shall forevermore dance
To the rhythm of music that doesn't exist.

"Ever had a nightmare that shook you for days?
Well, I certainly have.
The fear is never-ending, the chase is not a thrill.
It's scary and harmful, a cruel thing indeed.
It has so many versions, but the same violent intent.
Either way, they want me dead in the end.
They're the types that haunt you for days on end,
restless and relentless with torture.
Is there ever a point to them?
Does anyone know?
The chasing is awful, the weapons in hand.
The guys are so focused on the kill that is you.
Ever wondered what it's like, being a deer in hunting season?
Well wonder no more, because the nightmares will show you with no mercy."

Both hard for the both of them,
they spent there last day talking.
"Turn away, if you could get me a drink of water cause my lips are chapped and faded?" she asked turning her head away from him slightly.
He came back in a short minute, his red eyes puffy from crying still. she took a sip and whispered to him "Call my aunt Marie? Help her gather all my things... and bury me in all my favorite colors."
He sucked in a breath of short wispy air. The last of her words bringing tears into his eyes once more.
The girls voice sounded cracked and strained. He hurt to even hear her talk.
"My sisters and my brothers still.." he trailed of, not saying that they have not said goodbye to her yet, just wanting to stay by her side desperately.

I stare at my beside table vacantly, the bottle of pills glaring back at me. My heart does this little stop-start, and I gasp in a quick breath. The pills let out a laugh, making me cover my ears and lean over so far my knees touch my chest. A hiccup-like noise passes through my parted lips; God, I'm so pathetic sometimes! Still holding the sides of my head, I stand and walk to the window. I smile as I look out, seeing you waving to me from the outside. I return in, but as I acknowledge your presence, you vanish in a puff of smoke. A frown, something almost permanent on my face, creeps into my features as I turn away from the glass.
I run a hand through my black hair, a heavy sigh fleeing my chest. I go to the mirror on my dresser, and take in my checked pajama bottoms, dirty black t-shirt, and unkempt and filthy hair. I huff out a breath; something moves at the ve

I feel bad, leaving Frank when he's in bed sick, but The Umbrella Academy isn't going anywhere without me. I walk into our shared bedroom and he gives me a weak smile from where he's lying in bed. I cross the room and sit on the edge of the bed, bending over to kiss his forehead. He hugs my neck. I lift him up with arms around his middle, making him groan a pained protest. I sigh and rest him back down.
I trail my fingers down the side of his face and apologize again, "I'm sorry baby, I wish I could stay with you . . ."
He grabs my hand, smiling. "It's alright honey. I know how much this means to you. Mikey said he'll come over and check up on me. So will Ray. I'll be okay. You go chase your dream," he says, squeezing my hand gently, tenderly.
"Aw baby . . ." I hug him again, the touch making him let out a little sque

'Gerard can be so weird.' Mikey Way thinks to himself as he lies on Gerard's bed. The basement, already dark, is unseable thanks to the blindfold his older brother had placed over his eyes before leading him downstairs to his dark room, then promptly leaving the room, sending a quick "Stay," over his shoulder.
So there Mikey sits, waiting like a good boy, despite the strange thoughts going through his head. 'Wonder where Gee went? Why did he blindfold me? Do Unicorns like bananas?'
Yep, he was strange.
The noise of Gerard coming back down the stairs pulls Mikey from his many questions. He giggles adorably when he heard Gee murmur a sharp, "Fuck!" and stumbles. He feels the bed dip as Gerard's weight settles next to him. He feels slim, artistic fingers softly follow a trail from the bottom of the blindfold to the corner of his lips. The softness of the touch confuses him, as does the feeling it caused in him; it feels like he has fire in his belly.
He's about to

Gerard swings the basement door open, pushing Mikey gently inside, following behind him. They kiss again and again, only breaking apart to breathe, not even waiting more than a second before they re-crash their lips together.
The room is filled with the sound of panting and desire filled moans; taking it a step farther, Mikey starts sliding his shirt off.
And is immediately stopped by Gerard; Mikey looks up at him, eyes filled with one silent question. "Too fast, Mikes," Gee breathes, "we just started this I don't want you to do anything you may regret later, okay?" He says, gracing Mikey's cheek with the side of his hand.
Mikey nods, happy that his Gee wasn't rejecting him. "Um, Gee is it okay if I don't leave; I don't wanna miss you again " Gerard smiles and pulls his lover closer to him as an answer; Mikey snuggles closer, before pausing and giggling. Gerard can also feel the heat from his blushin

Dinner is a silent, awkward occasion. Neither Gerard nor Mikey eat very much, and both stare blankly around, their gaze never meeting. Their parents keep glancing at one another, then sending worried looks at their children. At one point, Donna places her hand on both of their foreheads, and proceeds to ask if they're sick.
Finally, enough time passes for Mikey to stand up and ask to be excused. He stands up, places his plate in the sink, and goes to the bathroom for a shower; God knows he needs one.
An hour later, he races to the kitchen, stomach rumbling and throat begging for coffee. He looks in the fridge and smiles; his mother, the amazing woman that she is, has placed both his and Gerard's dinner in the fridge. Pulling his out and placing it in the microwave, he hears the door to the basement slam open. A moment later and Gee is standing where he had been a minute ago.
Mikey can't help but stare. His older br

they'd say thousands of words.
The warmth of your skin,
comforting and welcoming,
draws me into your arms.
Your gentle touch
gives me butterflies.
The very thought of you
sends me into a world of day dreams.
My heart races at the
very sound of your voice.
The mention of your name
sends waves of joy
throughout my being.
Being with you
gives me the best feelings
as if I deserve them
or even you.
