Your betrayalIt was very windy. The rain lashed against my coat, soaking me thoroughly. We had arranged a meeting with a client nearby, but their house was on the other side of a mountain. A mountain that was only navigable on foot. Luckily the business would take time to clear up, so we were staying with them for a few days. I would have time to dry off before traversing the path again. I struggled through the heavy December rain, straining my eyes to see ahead. I walked slowly behind Sherlock, knowing that if I fell it was a huge drop to the ground.Your betrayal3 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
Suddenly, my shoe slipped on the wet stone and I lost my balance. My leg slid towards the edge of the cliff, and I grabbed at Sherlock's arm for support. Without warning, he calmly brought his arm away from my grip and took a step backwards. For a second I stared at him in terror, but I was still unbalanced and my feet slid from the edge, taking my body with it.
My hands scrabbled frantically at the stone, and somehow managed to catch on a

Raging from inside,
Bringing suicidal thoughts,
Thoughts from people you despise.
You have to get them back,
Get them back for what they did.
Revenge is sought,
No coherent thought,
Whatever they get,
They ruined it all,
They deserve it.
If you could look into their eyes,
And punch out their daemonic lies,
The devils that will spend their time,
Planning it and then...
On your upset,
oh woe oh woe,
How far is it,
They will go?
And then it builds,
And then you feel,
That in this land nothing is real,
Exept for those on whom you prey,
And they will want to run away.
The eternal wave
floods the chasm left by
the burning anger,
With something worse.
The thought's bombard you,
coherent this time,
These things thay said that you despise,
And how you wish you could see their eyes,
Feel the anger rise.

Six o'clock in the morning is never the right time to wake up after a drinking session. John Watson moaned and groaned and tried to go back to sleep, but repeated thuds, rustles and beeps coming from the living room rendered his intention impossible.
He opened his eyelids slowly, but the sunlight attacked his pupils with the force of a nuclear blast causing him to put a pillow over his head with a faint hope to block out the dazzling brightness, which pierced right through his skull. He felt as if a herd of elephants was tap dancing inside his brain, his throat was bone dry and the taste inside his mouth indicated that he must have at least munched on a dead cat. He moaned heartbreakingly once again, wishing he was dead. The noises from the living room, without a doubt produced by Sherlock, certainly didn't improve his psychical and mental condition.
When he finally gathered strength to sit up, he started massaging his temples and tried to pull him

The large pile of papers made a satisfyingly large thumping sound as they hit the bottom of the recycling bin.
John smirked, rubbing his hands against the knees of his jeans in an attempt to rid them of the inevitable dust and dirt. Slowly, he stood up, straightening with a grimace, stretching his back after long hours of cleaning. Looking around the room, John saw progress.
The room was far cleaner than it had been in the morning. John, finally convinced Sherlock to move his most important papers into a cabinet and allow John to throw out or organize th

"John!" Sherlock screamed. "John, wake up!" But the doctor's eyes remained closed, eyes fluttering behind the lids. Sherlock sighed, the panic a completely foreign emotion to him. Not that most emotions weren't foreign. He picked John up and carried him into the living room. He placed John gently on the couch and stood, staring. The doctor looked older, the years weighing heavily on his features.
Sherlock walked into the kitchen, surprisingly clean and without body parts. He made two cups of tea and placed one on the coffee table within John's reach. Sherlock then sat in his armchair, hands steepled under his lips. He studied John while his tea steamed forgotten.
'Clothes rumpled means he hasn't felt the need to iron them. Or he sleeps in them,' Sherlock thought. 'Hair shaggy and frazzled due to many times run

Vulnerable SherlockThree days. That is the amount of time Sherlock had been locked in his room. Three days, only leaving if there was a piece of equipment that he needed. I tried countless times to persuade him to emerge, but to no avail. "Can't you see I'm working, John? Leave me alone." The only proper response I received from him.Vulnerable Sherlock3 years ago in General Fiction More Like This
Having thoroughly given up on trying to get through to Sherlock, I sat reading the newspaper in my chair. Suddenly the door to his room burst open, and Sherlock emerged with a look of triumph on his face. "I have it! The answer was there all along, I just had to know where to look!" He froze as he saw the look on my face.
He opened his mouth to speak, but I got there first, "Four days, Sherlock! Four days with no explanation, no communication save for 'I'm busy, go away'" He looked at the alarm clock on the side, and his face filled with confusion. "I'm sure I was only there for a day, two at most" He fr
