I just finished a new alicorn. They are my favorite plushies to make. I have been wanting to make the faustacorn for some time now. She is 18 inches to the top of her head and is made of cream color minky. The cutie marks and eyes are machine embroidered. Please let me know what you think of her.

She is SOLD.. She was bought by Ms Lauren Faust. I am very humbled and honored. Thank you Ms Faust

Pinkie Pie I customized the hair of by following this tutorial:

I've put a tiny bit of hairspray (not epic strong hold stuff, the weaker stuff) on my ponies to make sure their hair stays in place for a long time.

------
You would think Pinkie Pie would be the hardest to modify to make her look more like her show's appearance.... but out of her and Fluttershy (i only had 2 ponies) I found Pinkie easier :O

It may be because fluttershy's hair has those perfect flicks at the end... and mine just didnt want to do it QUITE close enough.

Anyway, i love my ponies :D I hope I find the other mane 6 so i can customise them too.

I decided to make some scale model :) I made it in maybe 7 hours of work and swearing like a real soldier, on Fluttershy base... What to say... I really like how it looks like so I decided to put it on my DA page :)

You can see the other side of Scootaloo in this pic.

And yes I know Dashie has no cutie mark! She looks a bit strange without it...

This is my life size Vinyl Scratch plush. She was made with a pattern from ValleyViolet with some modifications. She is made entirely out of minky fabric. Her cutie mark is made with felt and embroidery thread to give a raised look. Her eyes are made with felt so they will not fade or peel. Her sunglasses are made with felt and silk iridescent dupioni (it changes color in the light). I will be selling her in the near future to raise money so I can go get my Ph.D at UND. So, please spread the word about Vinyl.

[Update]To answer everypony's question: She is 46 inches tall and about 44 inches long.

Video is here: [link]
[Update] She is now up for auction!! You can bid on her here. [link]

I'm particularly pleased with this one, since I took a bit of a gamble on the collar but I think it turned out awesome (not to toot my own horn or anything)!!! I've been working on it on and off for a bit so I decided to just finish it today as a break between commission work.
Two issues, however: I poured layers of clear nail polish into the goggle frames to give it the look of glass but some layers were too thick and they got a bit bubbly. Also, the mane and tail aren't as smooth as I'd like because I had to mix in tube acrylics (apparently I don't have red craft paint? WTF.).

Media:
Polymer clay (Sculpey Primo) on Applejack base. Painted with Americana craft acrylics and some random red tube acrylic paint I found. Goggles are filled with clear nail polish. Collar is a piece of off-white super bulky scrap yarn. Sealed with matte Mod-Podge.

I'd like to extend my thanks and give credit to the following artists and their work for inspiring this piece:

When I saw those 2 drawings I knew I had to make a Spitfire custom in a bomber jacket. Coolness like that doesn't just come around every day.

See-- I'm in Seattle and I'm still working on ponies! Confound these ponies!!!

Anyway, I painted up Snowdrop's cutie-marks earlier today, but while out at dinner, suddenly remembered that I forgot her eyebrows!!! When I got back to my room-- I solved that problem ASAP!

She's a gift for Raven, :iconmutatingraven:. Snowdrop is Raven's OC of course. =)
