With semester exam next week, certainly not a good thing to drew stuff like this, but meh need it to outta my mind or else i won't be able to concentrate (pretty cool excuse eh?)
anyway, for a while i'm stucked with artist's intersection, whether i'm going for old Advent style as seen here [link] or going with new design style, the newest one has more of Orbital Frame/Machina style, cause based on the story i made, the Advent supposedly be a relic type robot. So with the new design some of typical gundam design element is totally removed like vent, hardpoint, machine joint, etc........
Anyway the new style still currently under development, might gonna revised it again or even trashed it.
Edited (Again): Changing some parts again like feet & head design a bit, also adding the wings now
[SPOILERS FOR HALO 3] The Wraith reappears in Halo 3, and is slightly more powerful.
The appearance of the newer Wraith is also slightly different, featuring what appear to be rudimentary headlights. It is now a 2-user vehicle with the driver being inside the cockpit, while the gunner is exposed and has a 270 degree view around him. The turret is used for antipersonnel defense, providing a possible defense against hijackers. The mortar blasts from the Wraith travel slightly faster now, and can fire at a lower trajectory. The turret fires energy blasts resembling the shots of the Plasma Rifle instead of a beam the Spectre fires, but the sound effect that was used for the Spectre turret is now used here. A new single propulsion jet similar to the one the Spectre uses has been added on the back, in addition to the regular ones, and its speed boost seems to have increased accordingly. The tank has a subtle greenish shine to it and has a sort of latticework of material embedded in it that glimmers when light hits it. An extremely vulnerable spot has been added, the aforementioned propulsion jet. This jet is partially open, but the cover for it can be knocked off and, if the jet is hit by a single melee attack, causes an extreme chain reaction that causes the Wraith to explode violently, with both propulsion "fins" exploding and the turret exploding with such force that it is warped outwards along the line that the plasma emitter rests in when not in use. In addition, when a player gets close enough to a wraith they can jump on it and plant a grenade, thus destroying it.
It should also be noted that during the Halo 3 campaign, if the Wraith is being controlled by enemy brutes, they will never use the boost as a means to kill you, even on Legendary, and even if you are directly in front of the vehicle. However, whether this is a flaw in game design, or intentional, is unclear.
The badass vehicle of the HALO 3 game. Very devastating attack and is armed with powerful weapons. However, a rocket or spartan laser can blow it up easily!
There are still more interviews and character profiles coming on, but I have only managed to secure a few interviews with the F.S.O.F. members under the Republic's strict military protocols and actions. There are still many others. I will be uploading more in the near future, after finishing my assignments and projects.
Please read and comment on it. More to come...
I will be uploading some more covers of my favourite computer games and comic characters...so keep an eye out for them!
Ive found these images of power armor from a Anime adaptation of Starship Troopers and since their really aren't that many images here of original novel armor on deviantART I thought that Id post these here for future reference.
Im also going to post other images (oddly all from japan) of other versions of the Marauder armor to compare but I personally thought these appeared most likely true to the original source material.
The above image is for a Mobile infantry Command armor suit it appears to be either carrying or riding a large weapon (I dont know exactly what it is). Its a command suit due to its higher level of communication and sensory gear seen attached to its back.
