She batted my hand away and stuck the chocolates under her bed. She got up and did a little stretch, giving me full view of that plumping ass. We said hi to each other, as we usually did, "Sit down for a second, Mark."
"Alright." I said again. She asked a couple standard questions about our relationship, and then talked about me. "Hey Mark," she said, after about five minutes, "can you get me a s

Karen dropped her backpack down with a mighty TWACK, not worried about it's heavy contents. Those books were sturdy. Unlike her legs, which felt like they'd give out any minute, shaking like jelly. A little too literal of a simile for Karen's taste as well.
More than a feeling, her thighs wobbled, shook, and pressed up together like gallons of pudding in a denim sack. Even her calves were several pints too full as well.
Panting heavily, Karen stumbled over to her bed and flopped on it, assaulting the springs in her mattress making them rebel for a few seconds. She groaned, facedown in her bed, short blonde hair splaying about her head, bangs slightly sweaty.
Using the stairs to get up to her dorm was supposed to help her trim up a bit. But if she tried that again she'd effing die. What was the point?
Adjusting her position, trying to spread out her legs for a stretch, Karen received a breeze up her back quite suddenly. Reluctantly, she slowly rotated her head to look into the mirror on

As kaiju attacks have been going on the rise, many have been wondering what exactly a kaiju is. The First Age of Monsters is a subject that has been under taught in schools, seen as just a string of coincidental freak accidents and little more. Now that we are experiencing the Second Age of Monsters, it has become clear that the giant creatures are much more than that. Yet what makes a kaiju different from other animals? How do they come to be? Precious few know the answers to these questions, and kaijuologists like myself have been working for years to improve those answers. This purpose of this short essay is to state, in layman's terms, what a kaiju is, how they come to be, and the different classes of kaiju are.
What Exactly is a Kaiju?
The word "kaiju" is Japanese. Roughly translated, it means "strange beast" or "monster."

Harry Potter is hardly a classic.
Harry Potter doesn't hold a candle to greater works of fiction.
Harry Potter was just a lucky score.
My name is Makingfunofstuff, and I have read all the Young Adult Fantasy books in my library. You will not find another book like Harry Potter. You will not.
Let's talk about opinions.
Whether or not we enjoy something is an opinion. The intrinsic quality of an object is not.
And there are a lot of things about Harry Potter that deserve great respect.
I don't want to say the series is taken for granted, as it is obviously appreciated by many people. But I do believe that for the most part, we don't actually realize what the crucial elements are that set this story apart and raise it above the average work of YA fiction.
I don't know if J.K Rowling is a genius, or just had very good instincts about how to tell a story, but she comes across as a master at avoiding many mistakes that other autho

As I did I thought of the Metroids, the parasitic life form from SR338 that seemed to have dominated my life ever since my first great battle with the Space Pirates upon the planet Zebes. I remembered how the Space Pirates had tried to use the Metroids as a bio-weapon and energy source. I had stopped them then, but it had only been the beginning
Tallon IV, Aether, the entire Phazon Crisis I had fought the Space Pirates, thwarting their experiments to use the Metroids as weapons and energy sources. It had not always been the main goal of my missions, but I had done it in the firm belief that it was better to eradicate the Metroids than to allow them to become a weapon for the Space Pirates. That had been my conviction as I descended to the surface of SR338 to eradicate the Metroid

It was one of those secrets.
Lyra awoke, still completely dumbfounded by the events of the previous night. She looked to her left to see that the space Bon Bon would normally occupy was empty. The mare shook her head as she began to talk to herself.
"Of all the things that Octavia had to tell her, she had to tell her that? I mean, not that I'm complaining... That was... Different..." The unicorn let out a lengthy sigh. "I'm going to have to have a word with that pony. Spreading those things around about ponies is not cool. Well... It was nice..."
Lyra groggily hopped out of bed, her weighted eyelids urging her to fall back over; last night had completely worn her out. Her eyes half closed, she scanned the room for a clock, finding it in its usual place. The numbers that stared back at her forced her eyes open with a start.
"Twelve-thirty!? Cinnamon Swirl will have my head!"
Her horn glowed and her magical aura enveloped her work uniform. She hurriedly trotted down the stairs, running i

#31) As well as being a brony, I'm a furry. I find that some bronies alienate me because of that, and many bronies become offended when people assume that they're furries. What the hell? Shouldn't they know what it's like to be out of the mainstream? Is it bad to be a furry? Why can't I be both a furry and a brony?
Answer: The furry fandom has a lot of negative connotations surrounding it. The stereotype of a furry to a non-furry is someone who is attracted to animal-people, which a lot of people are uncomfortable with. When ponies became popular, a lot of people started saying that pony-fans are furries, while many pony-fans became vocal about not being part of the furry fandom just because they like ponies.
Personally, I find this to be exactly why applying abstract labels to things can be damaging. Not everyone wants to be part of a fandom based on their interests; some are fine to be remain without labels and titles, and instead prefer to just appreciate various inter

They kept having the most random of meetups outside of the apartment, more often than not by the bulletin board. Faith went there every day, even after the Cenotaph had been updated and stalled, even after Ascot's flyer put back up in spite of damage. Trodes went there every morning to see if something had been updated, because as a Division Leader he needed to know what was on the board. As the days wore on, the bags underneath Trodes' eyes became a little more pronounced, as were Faith's -- but hers were most definitely not as bad as his.
"Because sleep is for the weak."
It was his answer, and the blonde found herself lifting a brow, and then snorting. "That's quite a stupid answer," she told him, looking back at the board for any new flyers. Luckily enough for her, the bags beneath her bright green eyes weren't easily seen, even by the raptor blues that Trodes owned. Trodes crossed his arms and snorted in response. Shepard walked toward the device slowly, contemplating his decision. "Is destroying the reapers the solution? How will this affect the galaxy? How will this affect Tali and I?" His mind was racing a mile a minute as he thought to himself. "Was this what Legion felt like? Yeah, you need humor at a time like this." He pulled out his Carnifex; the very one Mordin had given him as a sign of goodwill. He remembered on the ride to The Shroud how Mordin gave him it and said, "Took this from your cabin before decommissioning. Tuchanka home for Blood Pack. Might see vorcha." He said smiling. This was right. Destroying the reapers was the answer. He shot at the generator, remembering old friends. Mordin, Miranda, Jack, Thane, Garrus, Joker, and Tali. He remembered seeing her face the first time, how her beautiful, pale purple skin glimmered under the light from his cabin, and how beautiful her eyes shone. He remembered how they would just cuddle and talk of each

After his morning meal, he would go home and do the day's work, later spending the afternoon hours collecting mushroom caps, firewood, or whatever his uncle needed. Every evening, he returned to sit underneath the tree until sunset. It was the only place where he really felt alone and free to think and dream as he please

You came hissing your depraved war cries
Faces drawn like a slave to your lies;
Under the dark
Shaking your champagne bottles
You sprayed your froth- throttled
Me out of spark.
Gathered up my rivers
In pitch darkness
Starved my suns brightness.
Pulled out of my landscape
Like a picked-clean bone;
Cornered with no escape,
I died in numbers unknown.
You popped corks loud enough
To drown songs of my youth.
But your fire
Could only lick my feet;
I climbed out of the mire,
To lend fire to your funeral pyre.
In time I found and held a handle,
And blew out my first birthday candle.

When they came in, they always came in fast. They skid low across the atmosphere like silvery stones, flushed with coldness and dawn. It seems like they had been coming for a few years now, and perhaps observing for some time before that. We knew what they had been doing for awhile, but due to the scale of the previous conflict their depredations went unnoticed. Unnoticed at least by nations and armies. The inhabitants of a remote farm would go missing. Bandits, of course. A fishing vessel might disappear, just before dawn on a clear calm night. Drift mine, most likely. However, the disappearance of all the human inhabitants from certain remote island chains seemed harder to explain.
As things were rebuilt, one missing person became ten, then a hundred, then a thousand. A sort of harvest was suspected. It took radar and collective will to finally see them clearly. Silent, swift, and hungry. We almost never saw them at all. We never found any trace of their victims. They came o
