Me with my wife and son meeting the original Bionic Woman Lindsay Wagner in 2010. I was fortunate enough to have her sign my work in progress drawing of her.

The pencil portrait was based from a poster of her as the Bionic Woman back when her tv show was a big hit in the 70s.

The photo on the right shows the portrait in better detail.

Elixir is a OOAK (one of a kind) Gypsy Vanner. He was made from scratch, from polymer clay over wire and foil. He is painted in acrylics and has tibetan lamb fur hair.

Elixir is about 5 inches long from chest to bum and 6 inches tall or so. He has blue inset resin eyes.

Some of you may remember that I posted a few journal entries about a commission raffle prize I was donating to a show that *Riabhach was running. Well, Elixir here is the commission I did for the winner in that raffle. Congratulations ~boxedinn, he was a pleasure to make for you!

House Borg. I really liked this picture of House, but it seems that everybody and their brother were drawing it. Then one day I was looking at the photo and it brought back memories of Locutus from Star Trek the Next Generation, so I decided to draw House with Borg implants. :)

Canson 11 x 14 115g 70 lbs.
Derwent 4H, H, F, 5B, 6B pencils.
Tortillion

About 5 hours.

Hey folks!
Something new. This is a personal project I've had going on for the better part of this year. Just something I've been dying to do, but haven't had the free time to finish... until now!

MJF is one tough guy to capture. I hope I did him some justice. This is sculpted 1:6 scale in wax.

Christopher Lloyd will be following at some point, though he's still in development.

Thanks for looking!

My dad took me to the cottage yesterday so I got a rare chance to get some outdoor photos. I think he enjoyed roaming free :)

Belltock is a OOAK (one of a kind) fantasy sculpture. He was entirely handmade, from polymer clay over wire and tin foil. He has inset hazel resin eyes, and his hair is hand dyed mohair. He was modelled after a Gypsy Vanner type horse.

He is about 8.5 inches tall from foot to ear tip. With the wings, he goes to about 14 inches to the tip of the wing.

The spine of the wings is sculpted from sculpey superflex. I then glued a sheet of fabric over the spines. Finally, I did several layers of acrylic, polymer glaze, and varnish to give the webbing a leathery finish. The wings are very light and flexible. Also, the wings are set on a brass rod which sits into a peg inserted into the horse's shoulders. So they are easily removed and put back in.

Belltock was a commission from ~BlackCurtains and is not for sale. He was a lot of fun to make. Thanks for looking! :)

Remember this girl? [link]

Well, she got a make over.

Resculpted, repainted, and rehaired. I like her a lot more. I think with the other one I was trying to do a simpler white-with-pink and gold type unicorn, but it just looked ugly. Anyways I like this way more.

She is polymer clay over wire and foil, tibetan lamb fur hair, painted in acrylics. She's about 8 inches to the tip of her horn.

I still have some issues with her anatomy, even though she is supposed to be thinner/ longer... her chest/ shoulder area especially bugs me.

This is the first time I 'm casting a 1:6 head in silicone. I'm still working out on the glass eyes and hair.

Used different lighting with this one.
Here is my finished sculpt of Bella Swan/Kristin Stewart. She was created from professional quality polymer clay and then a mold was made and a limited edition is cast in custom resin. She is fitted to a 15" Tonner body.

Here's another 1:6 scale Clone head I did with Sideshow. Apparently he's going to be an exclusive at Star Wars Celebration VI

Had a lot of fun with the attitude and facial hair.
