Seeing Adam Savage and Jaime Hydeman at my college was so amazing~!!! I just can't explain how inspirational and amazing they are! UNT, I love you so much for getting these guys to come here!
Basically, what they did was put on an a sorta interview-like thing. And those two answered questions, showed us clips of their most memorable moments, told us about a banned episode they could never air, and just how everything worked in MythBusters!!! I just loved it!!

I buy Purina for my Rat, gladly she's not gotten Ill from it but I don't plan to buy it anymore for her, just to be safe. I'm assuming its only Dog and Cat food right now but who knows how long that'll last right? Anyways.
Heres a site that shows a whole bunch of customer complains regarding the subject. And apparently purina isn't wanting to take blame for these happenings, and won't do nothing about it. Seems as though they don't care.
IF YOU FEED YOUR PET (Dog or Cat) PURINA PLEASE DONT ANYMORE. Choose a different brand that isn't on a recall list, and give them that. I've read some really horrid stories. Be warned some are graphic but it must be said.
I'm ashamed to have supported this company in the past. My dog (and all my past dogs) have always ate Purina Pro plan, and luckily this wasn't an issue back then, and I'm glad my current dog (Cole) doesn't like Purina.

In the year 2076, a failure at a nuclear plant cause a catastrophic worldwide chain reaction, nearly wiping all life off the face of the earth. A small group of earthen scientists and engineers survived, by leaving. After that spaceship of humans left, leaving the rest of the species behind, all the beasts of the earth disappeared. Now, in 5109, a new race of beings has taken the planet. This new race was genetically modified from the blast, combining themselves as a preservation gift from Earth to be resistant to the disease, and save all the species. Essentially becoming Half-Human, and Half-Animal. They have almost all but forgotten humanity, giving them the ability to believe their ancestors were a kind and gentle species.

> Illustrating scenes for the tabletop RPG based on Larry Corriea's excellent Monster Hunter novels (not relation to the videogame, this is paramilitary urban fantasy about finding those things that go bump in the night, and shooting them repeatedly with .357 hollowpoints). All full-color work, something my portfolio is desperately short of, so that's a treat.

I've wrapped up most of my part for Brandon Sanderson's next novel, The Rithmatist, which ought to hit sometime in the middle of 2013. It's a standalone, non-Cosmere, Young Adult novel with another custom Sanderson system, this time for chalk-based magic where drawing certain diagrams and shapes and creatures leads to forceful outcomes, resulting in strategic battles of attack and defense. It's pretty cool stuff, I've drawn a wide collection of spot illustrations for the book in a style outside of my normal box, so I look forward to sharing those.
The cover for Crafty's Alloy of Law supplement to The Mistborn Adventure Game is about done as well, though I've been abusing my loose deadline something fierce as I fiddle about with the details. It's got a lot more going on in terms of action when compared to the cover to the Mis
