Third illustration from ToD series... Well yes, she's learned to run and jump, and no, she isn't hunting the squirrel, she's just having fun while it comes deep in forrest: remember she is omnivore and it does not know the taste of meat (YETyet...ECHOecho...). Oh as you can see, its wings still being too small to be usefull for anything.
I spend two weeks to paint this, I dunno what else can I do on it, and I definetly want to continue with another painting. by the way, I couldn t work on this all the days because personal problems and work.
20, 25 hours? I don t want to lie you but I think it been even a little less.

Second illustration from ToD series... Since it came off its egg, our little baby dragon has been walking grasslands and plains, feeding with the grass and sweet-wild fruits, yep, it is omnivore. it's wings are still stunted and almost completly rigid. It doesn't know the taste of meat yet, but it will...

EDIT 08/02/12(Latinoamérica)02/08/12(U.E.): one friend of mine, Francisco Nogueiras, is a genius composer. He saw this painting and he composed the very first movement from what will be this dragon's saga.
Please, join here, clic play, sit back with this painting as background and tell me what do you feel =)

First ilustration from ToD series... it shows the birth of a little baby dragon, crying (yep, crying...) at its first contact with the world. He is not happy...
The emeralds encrusted in its neck and jaw actually are coming out from its body. Is for these crystals that dragons have their mythological magic.

Thx Juan Molinet for the idea of crystals!

This started out as a speedpaint then it evolved from there. It was really cool seeing how I could take a speedpainting to a finished product.

I never expected a DD! Thank you!

"Fourth illustration from ToD series... And the creature watched out how those white beings started to move their wings and rapidly they flashed away... He knew he had a pair of wings as like them. But he didn't realize that they still were too small..."

Basicly, I just came depressed every time I saw this guy: :iconalgenpfleger:, And getting depressed is not too bad! because I just want to keep practicing and shut off the facebook, and practice and practice and practice!... but I really think my journey on this path has just begun...

This started off as a random sketch on one of my Livestreaming sessions. I liked it, and hubby pointed out that I should do some clouds or something. So, here's clouds or something. Took approximately 40hrs of work from start to finish.

Technical information: 14x18" acrylics on board.

For sale, inquire for details.

My scanner cut this!! >.<
I tried to scan it again and again, but the results were always of lower quality, so I decided to upload this digital copy.

Anyways, this is my half of the Art Trade with :iconallagar:! I drew her OC Bluerrion.
